Went here to grab a few groceries while waiting for my dinner to be done and it was a pretty good Publix if you ask me! Its a pretty big Publix, plenty of space to move around in and not bump into anyone and is also very clean! Selection is massive as all heck, there is a little bit of everything for everyone if you look hard enough. Service was also pretty good on all fronts, no complaints there! Its a very good Publix and Id recommend it to anyone who needs some groceries!Photos are of the inside and outside of the store, the many aisles and departments included!

I love this Publix it just may be the nicest one in Cooper City. It seems to be bigger than the other two Publix located in Cooper City and its in a very nice Shopping Plaza.

Always neat and helpful BUT today I got so disappointed. I ordered my daily lunch meat this morning and when I arrived to pick up. Nothing was there ready to pick up. Surprised by 2 associates talking very closed.to each other. When I asked where is my meat they went to see the ticket hanging on the wall and replied to me that I have to wait 10 minutesWhy then I ordered online?

I called asking if an item was in stock. The lady on the phone put me on hold to check, came back on the phone, told me YES it was in stock. I drive to this specific Publix just to have to scavenge the store and find out that it has been out of stock for months..... where were you looking lady? I was on hold for so long it seemed as though she walked to the product and saw it on the shelf. 👎🏾 I wouldnt care if I didnt have a full plate of things to do but calling in advance is supposed to make things easier not more complicated!

Many of their products have higher than usual prices but this particular store has the cleanest and best atmosphere Ive been to. The clerks are nice and exceptional. The managers care about their employees and the customers issues. It opened just a few years ago and still maintains the freshness from day one.

I love Publix. I only wish they had deals more often on Gatorade, and more electronic coupons.

In the deli section, they got half our orders wrong for our subs, and I am really upset. I love Publix, and I have never encountered anything like this before. Im not sure who was working at the deli since my brother went to pick up our subs for dinner.

I went to get a money order as I have been doing for the last 3 years, been a publix customer for over 20 years AND today because I went in dressed in pajamas, the lady I asked for a money order from looked me up and down saw my card and was like oh no we dont do that. MIND YOU I HAVE BEEN USING THE SAME CARD TO PAY MY RENT FOR THE LAST 7 MONTHS. Its pathetic, the ID check is to make sure you are who you say you are, but the whole denying me because my bank is NOT real like chase (which is what she said) is discrimination. < in reference to this statement was made by Valencia or whatever that females name was. This publix has lost my service. I am so disappointed in the fact that this happened, when all I was doing, was trying to pay my rent. NEED TO HIRE PEOPLE WITH PROPER CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. The customer service manager IS ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. The girl in the front at customer service is equivalent to a mcdonalds worker, that cant take an order correctly.

Could have opened more Lanes as it was busy. Asked for assistance from two people who basically just told me the aisle and then walked away. One gave me the wrong aisle number. Otherwise everything else was fine and most items I wanted were in stock. Other Publix that Ive been to have friendlier and more helpful staff.

Very nice store. Employees are always super nice, greeting from entrance, ask if you need any assistance to find products, cashiers handling products with care. Clean and organized. And always has brisket lobster soup..today and tomorrow 23rd buy one and one free!

As always, I had a very pleasant shopping experience. The aisles are clearly marked with signs showing how patrons should move through the store. These one-way aisles will take some getting used to but, all in all, a wonderful experience. Note: They even do special orders for items youd like to see carried in the store. Love my Davie Publix store!

I go to publix at least twice a week. I have been to others but this one is my favorite. In the deli I always look for Raina she is amazing. I have always had a good experience but she is amazing. Ive never met a ruder store manager in my entire life. Paul James, I believe that is his name, is incredibly rude and unprofessional and has caused me to stop visiting this Publix altogether. Numerous people I know have had similar complaints and Publix has not taken any action as a result of this.

I like it because it is smaller than most, so its easier to navigate and find what Im looking for. In addition, I have always had a good experience at the deli. The workers there are very courteous and helpful.

We are pleased to find other places to shop other than our whole family using anything in Plantation anymore to spend our money. Us, our family and neighbors took a pledge not to use anything there as the city facilities have gone downhill and the city board doesnt seem to care so coming to this Publix and another nearby has been a real pleasure. Even better than the one closer to our house. Thanks for more than one place to go in a big city.

I went to my favorite Publix to get the usual groceries. I go to the deli department for some lunch meat. I order my ham “sliced thin, not shaved”. Of curse she dangles a piece if ham from across the room asking if that’s okay! Well, from that social distance, it looked okay. I get home and open the package and it’s NOT sliced thin at all! Why is it that some employees understand what thin, not shaved is and others just Willie-Nilly slice it?? Aren’t they all trained with the same procedures??? It’s so frustrating.

We love shopping there everyone is very friendly and helpful. We drive all the way there instead of going to the one down the street from our house. Its a small Publix and they are not friendly there. The manager needs to train his employees how to treat the customer like the ones on University!
