Its always pleasant to come to the store. The majority of the employees do a good job, but there are some employees they see you walking around and trying to ask a question they dont even turn around to acknowledge you. Buffalo most part the store is clean the shopping carts wheels are smooth it doesnt matter which cart I pick up every time I dont have any issues picking a cart. The supervisors are great and the cashiers are super! Good job Publix Thank you for being in our neighborhood ☺️🙏

Normally my weekly trip to this Publix is the bane of my existence.However todays trip was incredible all thanks to Georgia in the deli. She was exceptional!! Totally redeemed the deli department.

Fun atmosphere. I know its a supermarket but the people there are happy and ready to laugh.

Third time I order a sub and when I arrive it is not ready, it is disrespectful that an on-lime order with a delivery time is not fulfilled…. its the worst…. and the manager named Jorge because he did not care about this situation

I liked browsing and getting things in this store! Its pretty big, clean, and easy to navigate, especially for someone who is new to the store altogether. Service was good and helpful, to the up front cashiers, pharmacy workers, Bakers and back store managers assisting as needed. Prices were my only complaint, they felt a BIT much for what I was getting but not TOO much if that makes any sense. Other than that single complaint, its a good store with good employees and plenty to buy! Give it a go if youre close by or if it is your preferred grocery store!

I know 9 times out of 10 have a good experience here at this Publix but today unbeknownst to me I noticed that there was an employee that I havent seen in quite a while so I questioned about it and it turned out that I asked one of the cashiers and I was told that this employee had quit so its definitely going to be a shame not seeing his handsome face there anymore!!!! He would greet me with a Hello every time I saw him he was always hard-working,He would just go the extra mile for the customers he will truly be missed.

Overpriced ! Was my go to store, no more ! After 10 years in this area, managers, workers, cashiers all seem new : unfamiliar and unfriendly unlike the past . I use the store for only an occasional emergency need . I now drive 10 minutes extra to a Winn Dixie where I find a better selection AND PRICE ! Even Walmart and Aldis have better prices ! Publix is getting too big and uncompetitive !!!

1st time at the Deli, a young man was standing there waiting-asked how long? He stated 30mins..so i called out HELLO CAN WE GET SOME ASSISTANCE? Deli lady responded, we see you! Dont need to be known WE NEED ASSISTANCE NOW PLEASE!2nd time I ordered online -Boars Italian Sub...the sandwich had more spinach & cheese then meat. Had to gut it out to make sure there was meat.Publix suppose to have a better reputation than this. This location reminds me of an ill equipped Winn Dixie!!

This is a great place to shop during the pandemic. It is typically uncrowded and small compared to newer Publix stores. Shoppers are masked and respect social distance. The staff is very friendly. The pharmacy is terrific. Ive gotten flu and other vaccinations here the past two years. The pharmacists and their assistants are committed and kind. This is a big asset for the Pine Island Ridge Community.

Shopping for groceries here is fine, but stay away from the deli. It is the worst Publix deli I have ever been to. Every time I go there for a sub or some chicken tenders I leave disappointed.

Grocery store shopping, supermarket style. Glad to know there is this place right in my neighborhood. I can get almost everything from food and household items. Many brand names like Kraft, Silk soymilk, Pepsi, Clorox, Lysol, Pampers, Yoplait, Colgate, Dial soap, and Nabisco. Also value items and organics brands too . Theres Frozen foods section, produce department, meat and seafood department. Hot and cold deli departments. And a bakery, customer service center, and a pharmacy all in one supermarket. Very friendly staff, plenty of free parking and free grocery bags for your purchases.

I placed an on line deli order, wasnt ready, I had to wait with a number to find out where it was. When I was called the clerk behind the counter said it was partially ready, but the person making the order left and it was not being worked on. Whats the purpose of ordering on line if you have to wait with the in store customers? Terrible customer service.

I have been shopping here for over a year now. I was very disappointed on stock this morning. I go early all the time to bet the rush. Bought a case of miller light which was fine until I had to lay it on its side to put in my Granny cart to bring in from my parking lot. Beer was leaking all over the place. Thank goodness not in my car. Two can were cracked. Ugh. Smoked paprika not one jar from three different vendors were on the Shelf except for organic. Publix bacon that was on sale three packages only. Hamburger meat family size package only two packages and the meat counter. Only two packages of family size pork chops in the meat counter. Just overall disappointed in the stock this morning. The staff was very friendly as usual and even at checkup. Like I said I always go early and Ive never seen it this low on various items.

All I have to say is that since they change general manager a few months ago this place is not the same, I use to enjoy the bakery department. Now they always missing something, specially the little cuban rolls, they are either to hot to be packed or not ready(this never happened before) they have only 2 registers open. The employees dont smile like they use to do, I thought maybe I came in the wrong day. But nope, is been like that since they change the store manager, sad...if you check the good reviews they are from months ago, exacly when the old manager was there.

HORRIBLE PLACE TO PARK. I WAS IN THERE FOR 2 MINUTES, CAME OUT AND SOMEONE HIT MY CAR AND LEFT! POLICE ARE ON THEIR WAY NOW. SO UPSET!!!

Lost our online order until we were standing in front the bakery with the order number and confirmation on the phone. They miraculously found the order ....then proceeded to make it without the 3 for a 3rd birthday. We asked to have a big 3 in the middle. See the photo for what we got instead. Abysmal.

We are pleased to find other places to shop other than our whole family using anything in Plantation anymore to spend our money. Us, our family and neighbors took a pledge not to use anything there as the city facilities have gone downhill and the city board doesnt seem to care so coming to this Publix and another nearby has been a real pleasure. Even better than the one closer to our house. Thanks for more than one place to go in a big city.

As i was waiting in line at around 8ishpm at the center register, i noticed a skinny kid talking to his female friend / coworker at the 10 items or less register on the east side of publix, talking about this customer in front of me waiting to pay. i saw both of them look at him and as soon as this customer looked around, they quickly turned away to get to work. why cant anyone mind their own business? i feel like they are disrespecting him. such shame on your employees.
