This Publix was handily in the square I got dinner in so naturally, to walk this dinner off I got some groceries right after! Super Market supreme as it is a REALLY big Publix! You shouldnt have problems moving around even during busy hours cus its just THAT big, with plenty of space and is clean as all heck to boot! Inventory is pretty darn big to, Id be surprised if you didnt find what you were looking here unless you were looking for something innately specific! Service was good, nice to speak to and very friendly, made the checkout after I got everything very pleasant! No problems or complaints here, its a good Publix and if I had to get groceries, Id go to it again if I was close by!

This store is somewhat old and due for a refresh but its clean and organized with helpful staff, Pharmacy included.

The people in every department have very good customer service qualities. They speak to you and ask if you need assistance. Unlike Walmart. Those associates stay far away and try not to make eye contact.

This review is specifically for the deli at this Publix. I am big fan Publix and everything they offer. I love Pub Subs just most people who live down here. However this Publix Deli at Regency Square has to be one of the worst in all of south Florida. They never have online order done on time, numerous occasions I would come to get my online order sub 10-15 minutes after the set pick up time and they haven’t even started on it. I understand the deli at Publix’s get slammed here and there, which is why I give an extra 10-15 minutes of cushion to pick up the sub, but to not even have started the order until I mention it while I’m there pick it up. It defeats the whole purpose of ordering it online. If you need to do shopping this Publix is fine. If your looking for quick lunch or good lunch at the deli of Publix go to a different one.

This is the only place I can find great products. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable.

I live closer to another Publix, but this one is my favorite place for food shopping. The pace is generally relaxed and not rushed. The staff are very personable, friendly and helpful. We never feel as if were putting anyone out of the way when help is needed. Oh, and we seem to save more money here than at other Publix locations.

I have only been to this location three times and each time was an unpleasant experience, it almost feels like some of the employees are not friendly to people of color. The customer service manager was very nonchalant about a poor customer service experience that I had with a deli clerk named Leonar. Ms. Zorilla was using unclean gloves to pick up food that was in the hot case and after several unsuccessful attempts, she then started using the tongs to prepare the food. Also, there was a cashier by the name of Shirley who was equally as rude! I dont plan on returning to that particular Publix location ever again. I will not spend money where I dont feel welcomed! The bag boy was nice and I appreciate his pleasantries and disposition.

One of your cashiers refuses to make ostrich noises to me, which is completely absurd because as the CUSTOMER I am always right and I deserve to know what an ostrich sounds like yet one or your workers discouraged my request. #worstpublixever. I still gave an extra star though because I purchased 32 jars of peanut butter and was able to pay it all In coupons

Ive been to this Publix on multiple occasions to get the same thing -- a whole chicken tender sub. I understand that with different people working in the Deli one should expect slight variations in how the sandwich is made each time, but this time definitely has to be the worst. I dont usually call over the phone, but it was recommended to me at the other Publix down the street.The sandwich I got today was horribly made with no care at all. One of the sauces that was on the order sheet was left out completely and it didnt even look like the sauces they actually put on there were spread evenly on both sides of the bread. It also tasted as if the chicken was old since it was physically tough to eat at some parts. I really hope whoever was making sandwiches today (April 7 2019 near 3pm) really gets their act together and that Publix cracks down on sloppily made sandwiches.

This SW Ranches location gives amazing service!! Everyone here is super friendly and often knows their regular patrons by name. They also make the BEST sandwiches at this Deli and always go the extra mile. Believe me, I know this because I love Publix subs and have ordered them at varying locations all over Miami and Broward County while out and about. I live near Wynwood and still will travel up there to run errands and get one of THEIR sandwiches!

If i could put no stars i would my experience here was terrible. I went there to purchase a simple drink for 3 bucks and left with no receipt which was a mistake i will never make again. The cashier did not tender me out and kept basically swiping away with my card info until it ran me broke. I had to wait several days for the money i felt was wrongfukky taken from me to be returned to my card. The mangers were awful and rude and not helpful to a situation in which their employee wronged me. Finally i was fed up filed a police report and demanded to speak to a higher up which i did finally. This store manager Tony was very helpful and immediately returned the money to me. He was not at all aware of the extent of this incident. All Im saying is they are possibly running a scam here and always get your receipt.

Deli is awful! zero customer service. Prepared to be ignored. Dont even waste your time with an online order. I tried ordering online three times. All three times deli items where not ready at requested time. Then I had to wait in line to speak with someone behind the counter to help.

Publix just pissed me off. So I go to get wraps with my daughter and I see the spinach bin is empty along with every other bin and I said to the guy, I would like to have spinach, he says we ran out. I said how do you run out of spinach literally in a supermarket. So he takes off his gloves, slams them, doesnt say anything to me and walks away. He magically comes back with bag spinach. Plain laziness and rude!! Never getting wraps here again!

Of all the local public this is the worst. Slowest deli counter Ive ever seen. Every time Im there I hear the employees complaining about their jobs as if the customers arent there listening. It needs to be updated as well. Easy in and out compared to surrounding publix, less traffic.

Deli SUCKS. They did not have the following at the deli...(White bread, wraps, small and medium cups, lids, napkins, popcorn chicken, etc.)Ohh and did I mention the bad service and no sense of humor. All I have to say is if youre hungry, GOOD LUCK.
