Great customer service. Great quality vehicles. They are prior salvage vehicles but having a body shop and repair shop for customers only is comforting. They definitely work with you as long as you’re willing to hold your end of the deal. Love my SUV from here.

They are completely honest about quality and reliability. If you speak to them they are willing fix things in the vehicle before selling. The staff Yasmin is very nice and willing to help anyway she can. They have a variety of vehicles, I have bought a few SUVs from them. highly recommend.

Receptionists are very nice but that’s about it …….. your better of getting a car from an actual dealership or getting a bike 🥴, we brought a car and they told us nothing about the non stop electrical issues which cost us a lot in towing and temporary repairs, the car was not worthy of fixing and a dealer of that make told us that too, I only used it for about 3 months while the remaining 2 ish months were filled with getting the car towed repeatedly and waiting weeks on end for an answer, without a rental 😒 save yourself some stress and hassel and GO ELSEWHERE, THEY DONT CARE about giving rentals when needed etc, they don’t care about you as a customer so take your coins elsewhere, I Would a billionth percent highly NOT RECOMMENDED this place, pay more for less problems, this place ain’t worth it, and PLEASE DO YOUR RESEARCH AND TEST DRIVE THE VEHICLES BEFORE PURCHASING, ! You have been warned . 🙃BTW their hours are 11:30-2 lmao go elsewhere .

Very friendly and relaxed service. They sell salvage cars and are completely honest about quality and reliability. If you speak to them they will fix things in the vehocle before selling. Its all about finding the diamond in the rough.

These people are very unprofessional they sale cheap lemon cars they have discriminated against me because of some old car damage that happened almost a year ago now and their discriminating against anybody they see with me this business is not business is not good at all they should be prosecuted

If I could give them less then 1 star I would. The staff is courteous but they DO NOT stand behind their product. My girlfriend needed a car so we checked them out and while we were in their multiple customers came in during our visit complaining their car wasnt fixed properly which was a red flag. One lady was in their had brought her boyfriend saying he was tired of her car not being fixed right had paperwork from another shop and the guy who I found later was the owner didnt even have urgency in handling his issue and pretty much in my opinion said forget the couple we got there money. We still decided to test drive a Chrysler 200 which was actually in pretty good shape which she was enjoying until a quick search online revealed the car was 4000 over the blue book which is nuts considering it was a base model and was REBUILT. So we tried a Ford Taurus that needed to be detailed badly (they dont clean the cars at all) that we couldnt drive it long because it felt like it needed a wheel hub assembly and it had a smell. The last car we attempted to try was BMW truck but midway in the test drive the dash lights lit up like a Christmas tree which I know from dealing with rinky dink Byrider that its obvious their mechanic is clearing codes instead of fixing the vehicle. She kind of liked it plus it wasnt over priced like the 200 so we took it to our mechanic to check it out to see what the problems were and after he did a diagnostic scan and visual inspection he gave us a recommendation of dont think about buying it because it needed 3900 in work plus he said one of his customers bought a truck from them and he has it in their shop more then he has had it and not once has D&S fixed his truck instead they clear the code and give it back to him even though the guy has took the diagnostic paperwork showing the thing needs a timing chain. That was enough for us so we just took the BMW back and went to Lujack which put her in 2011 BMW 3 series. Again the staff was nice but Ownership obviously doesnt stand behind their cars, the cars are overpriced and the MECHANICS ARE TRASH. My recommendation is avoid unless youre DESPERATE.

Over priced salvage vehicles. Would not recommend them at all. Have heard from others that theres shady stuff that goes on in that business. They say they will work with you but then dont. They only make sure the vehicle runs thats it straight from Alexs mouth..
