My experience at Strieter Lincoln Motor Company was exceptional. The salesman, Scott Cameron, was professional and pleasant. There was no pressure but he answered every question i had. He offered pertinent information and walked me through the process of procuring paperwork on the car once i got it home.I definitely give Scott and Strieter Motor Co. highest marks!
Took my Lincoln Continental here for an oil change. Service department was great! The receptionist visited with me for a while as I waited and was really nice. My first time here and was pleasantly impressed.
Had two deep scratches, but Strieters took great care of my vehicle. Amazing staff and customer service! Kept me updated and got my vehicle back on perfect time in excellent condition. Great Work 👍
Jim manager of body shop is pretty awesome .cares alot about his customers. They have my car there now .feeling excited when it is done ik my car will look amazing. Ppl there are very kind and friendly .

I have always been treated wonderfully at Strieter.
This shop has done repairs on my car twice and I am not disrespecting their skills because they have done a lovely job.However, I was disappointed when I picked up my car today. They had signs saying they’re “Practicing Social Distancing”, but no employees in the Body Shop office were wearing masks and no other customers at the time other than me were wearing a mask. This pandemic will not end without your help, so please do better with your policy as a company.

The Strieter’s service department continues to out do itself!! I picked up a nail & was losing air.... I stopped long enough to confirm the issue and top off the tire at a convenience store. A call to Ron and without any hesitation he said bring it in. Michelle saw to it that my grandsons were made to feel extra special while we waited. I’d give these guys 10 stars!! Thank you!!

Ive dealt specifically with their body shop. The employees here are extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. They once identified and diagnosed my vehicle from a close up picture of my cars bumper (answer-Toyota, dragging engine cover). Ive had occasion to use them often over a period of 25 years. The workmanship is excellent and theyve done some minor work without charge (reattaching said engine cover). I would never go anywhere else.
As always I received excellent service. They always treat me with respect and do not treat me like I have no idea what I am talking about because I am a female. They have great staff and are always willing to answer my questions.
Prompt and courteous service by the Body Shop personnel. Repairs were done quickly and appear to be good. Could have polished the other headlight so the new one doesnt stand out like a sore thumb though.
They where not able to do anything to correct the problem that the 2014 Lincoln Navigator has with the cluster lights not being visible with sunlight shining in on the speedometer head. Lincoln will not fix the problem. Strieter spent about 45 minutes checking the Lincoln out. They printed out all the report and factory support information. They didnt change for any of the service.

Not a very good experience when i went here to look for a new car. It started out rough when we were on the lot and could not fine a sales person. Eventually we went inside and found two of them drinking coffee and talking. They did apologize but said they say us and thought we were just walking past them to get food next door. At first i thought that was an honest mistake, but it was not. I told them i was looking for a Lincoln Aviator or a Navigator. Thats when things went down hill. My wife and I are both attorneys, that means wearing a suit every day. I, personally, like to dress comfortable when I can because of this. I assume it was because i was wearing a t-shirt and shorts, but he leaned back and asked me if i have any idea how much those cost. The look on his face made it clear he did not think we could afford this car and was not even going to walk out to the lot with us. I told him i did know, and that we currently have a Lincoln MKZ and love it. He then asked if he could see it. When i told him we brought the Jeep to trade in, he started asking questions about the Lincoln to see if i was lying about owning one. We may not be the richest people that have ever come in there, but as partner in my law firm, i assure we could buy a car no problem. The whole experience was very off putting. Needless to say, another dealership got our business. Moral of the story, bring a tax return with you if you want service at this place.

Terrible customer interaction. Unfriendly, obnoxious, and up right snoody. The people at the desk have no interest in making business unless you come in wearing a suit. Seem to not want to associate with common folk didnt even look at the car or know the make or model. Would not recommend to anyone. Save yourself the time.
If you ever need GREAT service, they are the BEST GUYS... The are Lincolns so cars are the best. Still dont understand how American can buy Lexus over any Lincoln product... Great owner..
Set up appointment for an oil change. They were ready to take my car in at 830am. Walked to a nearby restaurant and had breakfast. When I was done with breakfast my car was just about done.
My husband replaced our Aviator with a Navigator from across the country. Josh Sargent made the long-distance purchase easy and safe. His excellent communication (Facetime included) helped us make the commitment for my husband to fly and drive to Strieter Lincoln. I had my 2015 Chevy Malibu worked on after hitting a deer. While driving home, car (transmission) stopped shifting gears. Transmission was gone. Called Strieters, mechanic that worked on my car showed up. Said it was his fault, was gonna cost him his job. He didnt shove the quick connect transmission line together all the way. Ive been given the run around, told it was not there fault. I pd $26,000 for this car. Bought it brand new. To have the guy running the body shop screw me out of repairing my car. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO Strieters. Bad buisness practices, blatant refusal to own what there shoddy body man did to my car.
I had a work done in the body shop in January 2017. I paid only my insurance deductible, however their quoted estimate was $300 under what they actually charged my insurance. I guess it wasnt money that I paid, but still...The work was estimated to take 4 days, but actually it was 5. The detailer who cleaned my car interior must have used a dirty rag to wipe the black interior of my car, because there were dusty wipe marks everywhere. The worst part was that my car smelled of cigarettes for 2 days. Had to leave it in my garage with the windows down to air it out.With all of this said, the body work was good and I am happy to have my car back in its original condition.
Did not buy car here but did inquire about service work. They didnt seem very interested. Maybe they were busy or felt repair not enough. ($1500. Did elsewhere)
