I have had my car fixed here twice now. Todd is very professional and very reasonable. Very helpful through the whole process and dealing with insurance. Theres a reason this place is rated as high as it is.

The guy that was at the desk was extremely rude. Was going to get some insurance work done here but I ended up walking out. Made me wait while he finished an email and answering phones. No big deal.....its more of the way he said it. Then he attempted to tell me I didnt know what I was talking about when it came to my own insurance. To many other shops around here to treat customers like they mean nothing. Take your business somewhere else. These people arent worth it.

I am completely floored by how well I’ve been treated by this company. The price was very affordable but the quality exceeded my expectations. The owner Todd came in at 5 am and worked till midnight to ensure the highest of quality. Not only did they do an amazing job on the repairs of the bumper and buffing, they cleaned the inside of my vehicle too. You just don’t see businesses like this anymore. The owner is very involved and cares about doing great work. Wish I could give a higher rating than just five stars! No need to get estimates anywhere else... these guys will take good care of you!

For whatever reason the hood on my SUV got chipped in multiple places and due to neglect on my end got to the point where the entire hood needed to be repainted versus touched up. I checked out multiple body shops on both sides of the river for quotes. Precision Collision was by far the the best value for work. I did some additional research on them to ensure that the quality is at par with other well know body shops, I decided to go with Precision Collision.I cannot be happier with the work! The team at Precision Collision did an amazing job for a great value! I will be 100% going back for any future work that may be needed.Do your research but you wont find a better bang for your hard earned dollar and quality as well from other Body Shops in the area.

A tree fell on my 98 SVT Cobra. These guys did a FANTASTIC job restoring and repainting it! These guys are the best. I STRONGLY recommend them!

My car had damage from the front bumper all the way down the passenger side of my car clear back to almost the back bumper. I’m talking my passenger side mirror was missing and the window was cracked. They got the work done in just a couple days over 2 weeks from when I dropped it off. I would of gotten back sooner but once they fixed it someone backed into it in their parking lot so they had to re fix my bumper. But of course that was at no extra cost to me and I couldn’t be happier with the results, my car looks as good as the day I bought it!!!🥰

Todd was SO helpful! I had been involved in an accident & my insurance company was trying to total out my car. I cancelled my insurance claim & figured I would just get it fixed myself. After talking with Todd, he told me that I would be able to keep my car & insurance would fix it. He helped me pick the claim back up & have my insurance pay for the services. Front end of my car needed new parts & some body work & it only took about a week. AMAZING customer service & AMAZING results! I 100% recommend to anyone needing collision work done & I know where to go if I ever need to again!

I researched several body shops for their quality of work and pricing. After 4 estimates, I decided to use Precision Collision for the work I needed to have done to the back of my Toyota Highlander. I spoke to the owner as well as to one of his staff and they were super friendly and helpful. The work they did was excellent and the cost was about half of one estimate I got from a large shop located on Harrison Street. I cant say enough good about my whole experience with Precision Collision and if I ever need more work done, I will certainly return their way. I highly recommend them!!!!

Our van was involved in front in damage causing our entire bumper to be replaced. Todd was attentive to our needs on when we needed our vehicle but also to the quality of the job. He found additional repairs and located parts quickly. His team also knew that painting a bumper (different material) requires a different shade (unlike our last repair that left our bumper darker). He came in on a Saturday to finish up so I could have my van on Monday. Todd, thank you for your quick, quality work. We will be using you as our collision repair always.

Best auto repair experience ever. They did a very thorough inspection of the damage to make sure the estimate was as accurate as possible. They were able to get my car in quickly, despite the Christmas holiday. The work only took a few days. As an added bonus, when I got my car back, it was spotless and smelled awesome! Thanks!!!

Had to have my bumper replaced that was damaged in a parking lot. Todd and his crew went above and beyond my expectations. My Nissan Rogue looks great. They also took the time and cleaned it so when I picked it up it sparkled. I would recommend them to anyone who needs work done. Their work and customer service is exceptional.

Best experience ever!!! They had to pretty much repaint my entire Armada and it came out amazing. Even with the thanksgiving break it was still done super fast. Todd is amazing and very personable. Precision Collision repaired the rocker panel on the passenger side of my car. They fixed it for hundreds of dollars less then what the dealerships wanted and they even detailed the inside and outside. My car looks beautiful and I am extremely happy with the work that was done. I would recommend them to anyone and plan on using them again if needed. Wonderful experience :)

Todd had taken care of paint-less dent repair a couple of years back and did an amazing job, so he was the first person I thought of after my cars rear bumper was damaged in a hit-and-run accident. The bumper required some fill work along with a complete repaint. Todd pointed out the difference in the factory paint shades on the sheet metal vs. urethane surfaces, and said he would actually provide a better match, and he totally delivered on that promise! Fantastic work, and it only required a day and a half in the shop.

Todd was very friendly and very accommodating. He provided a quote on the spot, and his price was good. Scheduling the repairs was easy, and they were done when they were supposed to be. The vehicle looks as good as new, and they even cleaned the inside thoroughly. Ill definitely recommend this company to friends and family - a great experience overall.

Dropped my vehicle on a Monday to get some minor rust repaired. Picked up the vehicle on the following Friday. Before entering the office I noticed on the vehicle that a small ding was in the area of where the rust repair was suppose to be. The vehicle had a little rust above the left wheel well and inside the gas cap door. I brought this to the attention of the gentlemen who assisted me. He said he could repair the ding. Not wanting to leave my vehicle for another week I asked to reduce my original estimate. This gentlemen did reduce my bill $100. I left with the vehicle. When I got the vehicle home I opened the gas cap door. I couldnt believe what I saw. It appears they smeared some material over the rust and painted over this material. The material was not even smoothed out. This looks terrible. Never will I return to Precision Collision in Davenport, Ia. I will never recommend this body shop to anyone. Very disappointed with Precision Collision.

After having 3/4 of my truck gouged by a snow shovel I was a little worried about being able to get a whole body paint job done for a reasonable price, and after having gotten outrageous estimates I thought the whole body job was a pipe dream. After 1 week, 5 days and over half of the competitions price my truck looked factory new. They went above and beyond to make sure my truck was taken care of and done right. I would recommend them to anyone looking for premium quality work at more than a reasonable price! 👍

On separate occasions, Precision did nice work replacing my front and rear bumpers. I was impressed with how well they matched the paint since my car is nine years old. Customer service was good, and the owner, Todd, seemed trustworthy. Id recommend them.

I had a fairly major job done involving the rocker panel dent and also the bumper. Todd Doss was patient and helpful through the protracted insurance process.He offered a discount for the bumper, which was a previous damage not covered - and was fair to reduce costs since the bumper would have to be removed anyway for the insurance-covered work. So the replacement cost was trimmed down through this.They also touched up some spots where the paint had chipped - as a complimentary (no cost) gesture upon my request. So no nickel-and-dime approach, these are professional folk. Those tiny parts were not well-finished, but since it was a free job its perhaps somewhat fair to expect that rather than satiny gloss.One thing I would have liked is a bit more of a pro-active approach in dealing through the maddeningly long insurance process. Here the insurance company took quite a while....and I had to do a lot of follow up. A bit more engagement and visibility would have been appreciated.Overall, very good work for the paid parts, and a reasonable/decent customer service experience...they were on time and within budget and their way of working with me was sound.

Precision collision have done an outstanding work on my 2014 Ram Ecodiesel repairing a small dent on the rear bumper. I dropped my truck on Tuesday noon and by Wednesday afternoon it was all done. Bumper looks like New and the price was 60% below other body repair shops. Thank you PC.😁

Todd was great to work with! About a month ago I had bought a car off him and we had nit picked about some very minor scratches and one other thing and he had fixed it with no problem or complaints. He made me feel like an actual person and not just a customer or a sale. He was very pleasant and easy to work with and talk to and he always responded quickly to my texts or calls. He also was able to get me a spare key fob within a matter of a couple days along with fixing my bumper and getting it back to me as soon as he could considering I didnt drop it odd until they were almost closed and my car looks great!! Todd has always made sure I was happy with the vehicle I purchased from him and the repairs he has made. I would definitely recommend him and Precision Collision to anyone and everyone!

READ THIS: I have a racecar with a lot of custom work done to it, I cant do body work. When I showed up at the shop aside from Todd the office guy, Id never met any of the workers. I visited to check up on the car just as one of the workers was taking it to the shop. He didnt rev it, speed, or joyride. It was calmer than my own driving. Not only did they respect my project vehicle, but when they fixed the bumper and washed it, it had never looked more stunning. The price was more than reasonable. 10/10

After searching for a shop to fix my trucks fender, bumper, headlight, and mirror i found percision collision... to start off they cut all the other estimates in half and would have it done within the week.. couldnt be more happy with the quality of work they put out and the time they did it in!! I got hit by a deer driving down Rt-84 out by Port Byron, IL. The deer hit me in the right front quarter panel then spun around and hit my passenger side doors. I had a 500 dollar deductable from my insurance that he didnt make me pay. The work done was magnificent and no one could tell my car had been wrecked. I would tell anyone to use this guy. He is nice and he actually cares about his work.

I have never had repairs done on my car before (I may be one of the lucky few to avoid accidents for this long...) so when I had to find a place to do them after going through Geico - Precision Collision was the first place I called. Why? Because theyre 2nd on Google and Arnolds Body Shop was book out until March. Anyway, Im glad I called them. They got me in right away and fixed my car fast.Todd was super friendly. He told me what to do before I came in, such as make sure Enterprise was picking me up, etc. When my car was finished he stayed open later than usual so my husband could pick it up. Then even ended up giving us $100 off repair for something they said they did (scratch or scuff to a headlight) that I cant even tell anything happened.Either way, I am 100% satisfied and would probably use them again in 5 years when I may have another accident that requires body work. Well done!
