Mid july i came to fix my phone screen just to fix some cracks, the next week the left side of my screen stops working and so does the right side off and on, come to find out, i drop my phone A FOOT and the screen cracks, the whole sides of the phone doesn’t work anymore. cant type a password to even open the phone, can’t scroll down my notification center. it looks like a screen was thrown on top and problems have happened ever since, totally unacceptable

I just wanted to take a moment to share my recent experience. I had an ASUS laptop that I couldnt get to operate because the screen would flash constantly as if having a constant seizure amongst several other issues. It was so frustrating! However, the kind owner eased my worries with courtesy, excellent customer service, fast and efficient service, and he kept me updated on the progress. He is very affordable and didnt make me feel silly for spacing to give him my password. When I went to pick up the laptop, he even took the time to show me how it looked now since he had to reinstall the OS. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping his customers and ensuring their satisfaction. He even took a moment to engage with my 19 month old son. I cant say enough positive things about this awesome place. I will be coming back in the future. Thanks again! I highly recommend them!

Ive had to take my Iphone here more times than i can count.. But he always get the phone repaired fast and never have any problems with the phone after he has fixed it. He is also very reasonably priced. Id definitely recommend him .

Took my phone here today to get the screen fixed. I got my phone back with a new screen but on my way home I realized that my phone no longer could hold a charge (it had held a charge for 4 days while having the screen not working) and not only could it not hold a charge, it just stopped charging!! I had never once had this problem before, or else I would have fixed both problems at once. Thanks for the new screen but now I have to get a battery replacement 🙄 I do not recommend coming here.A week or two later and here I am with a new battery. Phone still will not charge. My phone never had this problem before. The owner of this store is at fault for his mistake. Even after I replaced the problem battery with a brand new one phone will still not charge!! I would never reccomed anyone coming here.

This is truly the worst place. We brought in our phone to get fixed. He charged double for a new screen. When we got it back the camera didn’t work, the home button didn’t work and we couldn’t make a phone call. We paid almost $500.00. Complete scam!!!

The service at this business does not even deserve one star. I brought in an iPhone that had a broken speaker, and left with an iPhone that had a broken home button, camera, and still did not have a working speaker. I came here to fix my phone to avoid having to purchase a new one, and instead was given back my device in worse condition then it was originally in AND still had to buy a new phone. The man who was working was completely unprofessional and blamed me for him breaking my device. I will never allow anyone I know to use this business!

When we took a tablet in, we were told it would be done in 4 days. Well its been 2 weeks. Had to pay $82.00 up front and still no tablet.
