Like every Napa Ive been to, excellent service and as helpful as ever. Some products are a little more than the discount parts stores, the quality and hassle free returns are worth a few dollars more.

The staff are wonderful and knowledgeable. That’s really why you go to NAPA...when you need a specific unique part fast and cannot wait to get it online. Rockauto prices are way cheaper if you have 3-5 days to wait on parts. It’s the only local auto parts store in Danville.

One guy was grouchy but the other 2 were ok..

Parts are reasonable and service is good. They go out of their way to help you. Only downside is that they never seem to have enough people working to get to you waited on in a decent time.

Worst parts store Ive ever dealt with not once have I gotten the right part the first time even after I tell them exactly what I need they just send whatever they feel like and then this morning I go to return intake gaskets cause guess what there wrong n the stupid clown behind the desk says he cant refund my money cause there open never used just opened cause they come in a Brown box and if those dumbasses cant tell its the wrong one on there little computers how am I suppose to look through a Damn box and tell its the wrong one I will never deal with this place again complete morons that work here I will drive the extra 20 minutes to a AutoZone
