Nice friendly staff

Terrible experience! Took 2 months to replace a carb and side plastics. On top of that I got it back home and my battery was missing and the scooter still didn’t run! The older guy was nice it was the sneaky young kid in the back

I arranged to meet someone to open up the Danville store on a Sunday. My kids and I drove two hours to meet at the right time only to be ditched. After calling the store number and speaking to Tom, apparently no one knows who even runs their Facebook page, or who I spoke to, because the Danville owner wasnt even in town.I sent screen shots of our conversation to prove I had made these arrangements. Nothing was done.Back in the car for another two hours home empty handed.Four hours wasted with two disappointed kids is NOT how I wanted to spend my mothers day.

These guys are great. Owner is down to earth and fair and the young guy working there does what he can to make sure you’re happy.

Very upset and disappointed with this place I paid almost $400 on windows visors for two different cars and they told them that it was lifetime warranty and they had me in their system I would not need the receipt or anything my visor on the passenger side broke went back to get it fixed and they would not replace it cuz I didn’t have the receipt don’t trust this place they lie and rip people off
