Me and the boyfriend had to make an unscheduled stop at this location on a super wet and rainy day because our windshield wiper randomly decided to pop off while driving down the road. 🌧️Why do they make the instructions for installing the wipers so confusing? Maybe it was the frustration combined with the icy rain and cold temps, but neither of us could figure these things out. We took turns for like 30 minutes, jumping out into the rain, attempting to attach the wiper, and giving up because our fingers would get too cold. Finally he did the smart thing and went into the store and asked the clerk for assistance. WHICH THEY DO FOR FREE. Took the guy 5 seconds. We shared a quick laugh about it before he ran back inside.
