This autozone was so helpful. They tested my battery for me and when they found it was dead, they started replacing it right in the parking lot for me. They also pulled out a chair so I could sit inside with the AC while they worked. I’m incredibly grateful and love how quick and easy this whole process was. Strongly recommend this location.

Came in today great customer service. Jersey helped me find everything I needed in the store and made me laugh a couple times. Overall, great experience came in got what i needed and the help i needed to get the job done. Would not have happened without Jersey and the teams help.

At auto zone you can get any part needed for any job great or small. From headlight bulbs to windshield wipers (which theyll install free of charge) theyll also loan you tools to do immediately necessary repairs in their lot. The staff is quickly and easily able to look up your specific vehicle for specs on anything and if they dont happen to have it in stock at their location they can send you to one within five to ten miles generally to obtain it. If not they can order the part for you and have it in short order for pickup.

Jersey is my go-to guy for vehicle parts and knowledge. I highly recommend him to anyone with questions about their vehicle. He always takes care of his customers with a smile

Jersey was amazing! The customer service experience was top notch for 102 degree outdoor battery change. I also want to add that the customer service did not end when I pulled off the lot. I called back with some follow up questions the next day and he was able to help me. I will not go anywhere else from now on. Overall great experience and great employee.

Had an issue with a flat tire. The pump across the street wasn’t working and Jersey came out and inflated my tire with his personal air pump. Had to drive all the way back to Richmond in a couple of days and I don’t know what I would’ve done without him. Definitely a place that will do anything for you to make sure your car is running smooth and make sure you have a good experience. Can’t say enough good things about them.

This Autozone did great work for me. Jersey handled everything the way he should have by helping me solve my battery/ Alternator problems. He was able to diagnose that alternator had gone back and he found somebody to fix it on the spot in the parking lot with less fees than a auto shop. This was fabulous choice and saved a bunch of money. Great Service!

Went to auto zone twice today. 1st time I had to get the stuff to do an oil on my car. The second time had to get front end parts for my car. Jersey waited on me both times. He is just so amazing. He was so friendly and willing to help. He answered all of my questions that I asked and even showed me the deals that auto zone offered on oil changes. I will always ask for him when I go in this auto zone. They were very busy but that didnt stop him from giving me the best customer service and attention that I needed. Had issue an issue with my alternator. Jersey tested it, it passed. Thinking the issue was the alternator he allowed me to take the new one home and try it and if it wasnt the problem he would allow me to bring it back. Great service.

(My husband was at work and unable to go with me.)
