This is my 3 rd car I have purchased through this dealership. After Todd Bennett took it over, I have had nothing but the best experience! I wanted to buy a used car but before I went to Jeep or Audi, I called them to see if they had any. Fortunately, they did and once again, I had the best of the best! They are honest, they are not pushy, their prices are much better then the other dealerships, and their team treats the consumer like family! Went to look at a Alfa Romeo Guilia Sport today. I was surprised how well the car drove. It was as smooth as my Benz is. I think this is due to the 19 sport wheels that came on it where as my Benz has 17s. Also while it is AWD the bias is way more too the rear than the Benz which gave it a very solid feel in the turns, while being held in place by the sport seats, which had great lateral support. The salesman (Ismail Ahmed) was very courteous and happy to help. Ive been looking to replace my Benz when the CPO runs out in the next couple months and while I went to check out the Alpha on a whim I will be strongly considering it now for my next auto purchase. They also sell Masserati at this dealer which is always fun to look at. Id love to take home the Masserati Gran Coupe pictured below but its out of my price range for now...until then heres some pictures of it.

Absolutely had to of been the worst experience trying to buy a car I’ve ever experienced Or would ever think I would. First, I was told the car was already detailed and was ready, to actually arriving and it still being detailed. The salesperson took be on a 45 min test drive, not due to the actual route but because he got lost. Fell in love with the car and was ready to sign.... let’s talk numbers. I go to sit down for a loan, ok great, I have excellent credit. Not a problem. Let’s talk my trade..... my car was valued at least 7,000 less than it should have. As I did my research on my own and was already previously quoted the proper value range for a trade from other dealers . Laughed at them when they showed me the numbers and told them the accurate range. The car I wanted to buy was listed less than others in the area and they were trying to cover their loss. The numbers on the work up sheet didn’t match, also the months of financing increased each time as well. They thought I was someone that could have gotten taken much advantage of. I would never recommend anyone to buy a car of this standard ever from this dealership. The quality matching the professionalism did not match ONE BIT. All of this during a time of distress as we have all been battling life with a new norm with the corona virus. Stay away from a dealership of this class.

The team at Todd Maserati/Alfa Romeo really exceeded all my expectations. I was looking to upgrade to an SUV from my Audi S5 after doing my research the Alfa Romeo Stelvio caught my attention because of its perfect balance between utility and luxury. I submitted a contact form through their website and the very next morning I received and Email from them.I was promptly scheduled for an appointment, I showed up and Rob immediately made me feel confident that it was Todd Maserati/Alfa Romeo where I wanted to purchase my vehicle. That very same day I took a Stelvio for a test drive and I decided to go forward with the purchase. They evaluated my car and Frank then took over with filing paper work, it took a few days and some extra paperwork to hear back from some banks, but the team never gave up and kept me posted throughout the process until finally I drove away in my beautiful Alfa Romeo Stelvio. WOW 🤩 best experience I’ve ever had. From start to finish Tyler and his team exceeded all expectations! I love my new Stilvio TI Sport! Friendly, professional, honest and fair. Car shopping can be intimidating and a grueling process. I was in and out both visits (initial visit and picking up my new car). The finance manager was a pleasure to work with as well and explained everything thoroughly. I ran into a hiccup with my insurance and Tyler wasted no time and found me a company offering a lower price with all my same coverages so I didn’t have to shop around which can take hours! FINALLY A NEW AWESOME OWNER!I bought a new beauty yesterday and experienced a new level of customer service! Just WOW! I was greeted by Amie Bennett, Bruce Bennett’s daughter. She was immediately my friend! Looked out for my best interest and not pressuring me to purchase. Todd, the son, took care of me as well. This is a family run business. They treat you as family!They have infinite knowledge of the cars there and their prices are lower than the other dealerships I had gone to. Chris, the manager of the service dept, was thorough and cared about my other vehicle that I brought in to have brakes done. He even notified me about a recall that I didn’t know about and promptly fixed it.I sat with Bruce, the owner, and just talked about anything and everything. What a great family owned business! They use to own one in Wilton for over 35 years. I know that because I grew up with Todd and he never disappointed me or my family. We went to his old place that he does not own anymore to replace our Armada lease and asked for Todd but all the manager’s I think his name was Jason he would not tell me where Todd was thank God I had his cell phone number and I called him and found out he bought Todd Maserati AlfaRomeo of Danbury. So my husband and I went to see him and meet with Steve Papadakos at the front desk. He was very friendly and kind and after a while Amie came out and come to find out Steve sold me the Pathfinder I currently have after a test drive in a new 2020 Maserati Levante and the masks and then saw Todd And was driving home in my new 2020 Maserati Levante and it was affordable luxury. Bought a used BMW from this dealership and it has been a total nightmare. I bought the car under the impression that the car had no issues, drove the car a total of 11 days and a drive train malfunction appeared multiple time. The first time it happened I took it to the dealership and their service department told me the hot weather was the reason my car was action up. I didnt believe them so I took it for a second opinion and found out there were multiple things wrong with the car. NOT ONLY DID THIS DEALERSHIP SELL ME A CAR THAT WAS NOT TRUE TO THE LISTING THEY TRIED TO BRUSH IT OFF LIKE NOTHING WAS WRONG.THEY CLEARED THE CODES ON THE CAR JUST TO PASS EMISSIONS AND SOLD ME THE CAR KNOWING THE CAR HAD MAJOR ISSUES . I Took it to a BMW service department and they told me the turbo in my car was failing and there were seized exhausted hardware. Tried reaching out for them to take care of the matter but they left me dead in the water so I had to handle everything myself. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NO ONE DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALER VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND DOES NOTHING TO HELP THE CUSTOMER. WORST EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD BUYING A CAR.

This has got to be one of my best customer service experiences. Not only did they work with me to get into a vehicle they went above and beyond to make it happen. I called at 3pm to say Id take it and drove off just a little while later! I had my daughter with me they gave her hot cocoa and put on the Disney channel while we did paperwork (my daughter hates sitting around and she had so much fun here ) great personalities no pushy salesman and really excellent customer service I would recomend to everyone

Just purchased a used Jeep Grand Cherokee form this dealership through Joe in sales. Ive purchased a number of cars over the years and have never left a review but feel Joe is deserving of one. During my test drive I had a number of questions on the vehicle and could tell in a matter of minutes that Joe had taken his time on learning this vehicle both inside and out. Every question was answered with no hesitation. With Joes down to earth personality and knowledge on vehicles I see no reason you wouldnt want to buy through him. I recently purchased a vehicle from this dealership and was very impressed with the overall experience. I was purchasing from out of state, and from the very first phone call inquiring about the vehicle I could tell that the workers here truly cared about their customers and were willing to help me any way that they could. Everyone I came in contact with at the dealership was very service oriented and a pleasure to work with. I was also very impressed with the financing department and the work they were able to do for me to make the deal happen. The only way I would say they could improve is to make sure the vehicles are detailed before taking pictures for internet listings, and to do a little better of a job detailing the vehicle upon pickup. There was a very serious storm in the area the day before pickup so it is somewhat understandable. Bottom line, I would absolutely do business with these guys again and would say they are worth contacting if you are in the market for a vehicle. Was only here for a few minutes for a few quick questions, but the staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly. They let me sit in a few show room cars while I waited to ask the few questions I had. They were no-pressure as I asked my questions, and gave me a business card should I have any additional questions. I did end up buying the car model I was asking about, but ended up buying used from a different seller (nothing against this dealership, I was just looking for a specific used model that was only in stock down in NJ). When it comes time for service, I will be using this dealership because of the great initial experience I had here.

Bought a brand new Rosso Red 4c from Alfa Romeo of Danbury, and all I can say is that the experience was amazing. Joe my sales adviser went beyond the call of duty to make sure that I left with a smile on my face and the sales manager Gregg was there from to start to finish. The best part was that there was no haggling with price. I told them exactly where I was at and they agreed with no bait or switch nor pressure. Wow.. what a great dealership!I called ahead to see if the car i saw online was still in stock.. To my surprise it was.. i was greeted on the phone by Brian Demersky...I have to say he is a very down to earth guy.... As soon as i got there i was greeted by Brian and he remembered my name and the car i was interested in seeing...Long story short I cant believe the experience was actually very enjoyable.. Brian was very informative and friendly.. we ended taking about other things to the point i felt like i was riding in a car with one of my friends.. just discussing our daily lives! The car is amazing and everyone at the dealership was an absolute pleasure to work and do business with. This review is just for the service Department and customer service. Danbury dealership did not have the car I wanted. Bought mine at Westport. Decided to do the first 10k service at danbury as it is only 5 min from my house. Big mistake.First off getting the appointment took forever. The service center hardly ever pick up the call. I called multiple times to make an appointment.I got the appointment for a Monday @9am. Decided to do the night drop off. All of the envelopes were wet/damp from snow/rain that happened from the week. How that got into the box where the envelope is I have no idea. That should be fixed as the envelope did not seal because it was already sealed from being wet and I had to carefully pry it open and make sure it wouldn’t rip.Day of appointment, again I called MULTIPLE times to get an update on my vehicle and I also wanted to mention that there was a recall on my car for an update, which needed to be done. After several calls with no one picking up, I finally called the sales center where I got someone to talk to on the first try. Told him to tell the service center about the recall on my car and if he could call me back and let me know about an update. Never got any call. Again I called around 11am to see if my car was ready, and again no one picks up. Called sales again and they transferred me to Larry at service and this time I finally got an update. Also asked him if his phone is properly working, just responded with “were just a little busy”.Went to pick up my vehicle, and the bill came. The bill came to 200+, which didn’t make sense to me as the first service is covered by the Alfa Romeo. After some back and forth, Larry just said he didn’t see any coverage, so I called Westport for more details. Apparently the first service is covered within the first year to the date of car purchase, which I was over by 7 days. BUT, she also mentioned that there is a 1 month grace period as they do it all the time, so my service is still covered. I talked to Larry about this, and he just said “dunno what your talking about, never heard of such a thing”. Finally gave him the phone with the lady from Westport and she had to explain it to him how it works. During this whole process, I could tell he was very frustrated and clearly didn’t want me there. He eventually just pushed the keys to me and said “apparently its covered, you can go”.I work in customer care so I understand how hard it can be. For a luxury dealership there seems to be a clear lack of staffing for the service department. Additionally, having another dealership tell you that it is covered seems to be lack of knowledge. If you knew that it was my first service ever, it makes sense something is amiss if its not covered.

The salesman Joe was extremely understanding and professional he deserves to work elsewhere. However, his supervisor is negligent and needs to have his work ethic reviewed. Im stationed overseas and was going to put down 8000k in a 15k car (I could have paid full price cash but decided to finance the rest since Im buying a house soon). I was very excited and willing to complete the purchase asap. I have a credit score of 817 and have an exceptional credit history. This dealership wasted my time and decided to do business with someone else after countless efforts Ive made to purchase the vehicle, Alfa Romeo of Danbury thanks for taking care of your Active duty military members ( I will take my business elsewhere since thats what you guys told my brother I should do).I will also, contact the Better Business Bureau.

If youre looking for an Alfa, I highly recommend Joe & Gary at Danbury Alfa Romeo. They simplified the purchasing process, provided a great price, and they provide pick up and delivery in the event that you need service. I was going to make the purchase from Miller Motors, but their sales staff was arrogant, their pricing more expensive, and they pushed me to take a car in inventory vs finding the exact model that i wanted.

I recently purchased a used BMW 328xi from Danbury Alfa Romeo Fiat. The car was started for me before I left the dealership to warm up. The very next day I noticed the service light was on (only briefly comes on when you start the car). I called them immediately, they told me the car had been serviced and the red service light will just come on when you start the car and will disappear. A few days later we drove an hour to them to have the car checked out. Again, they told us the light was on but nothing was wrong with the car.That same day we took the car to BMW and they informed us that the lights indicate 5 items were PAST DUE for service (spark plugs, microfilter, brake flush, vehicle check, and oil -- although Danbury Fiat did send me documentation of an oil change). I was quoted ~$1,100 for the fixes. Danbury Alfa Romeo Fiat never informed me of the light and told me that they will not assume responsibility to fix the other issues.Shame because everyone was friendly before I put the deposit down. Afterwards it was like pulling teeth to get any information or straightforward answers from them.Ive never written a negative review, however, this one feels well warranted.
