I will never use another body shop again! My home is in Massachusetts and if I ever need collision work again they will have my business, even if it means traveling 3 hours. Ramon, Rubi and their team did a fantastic job on my BMW. They kept me informed, they used OEM parts for the repairs even when insurance would only pay for used and aftermarket, they shared my whole claim file with me and didnt hesitate at all. I couldnt believe I had finally met an honest vehicle repairer. They deserve more stars!

R&R is by far the best auto body/collision specialists in the area. A wonderful family run business that treats people as if they were part of the family. The work done by the team there is always spot on, meticulous and every detail is taken care of. Unfortunately for me Ive had to deal with them several times over the last few years due to minor accidents but they really are the best around! Just a pleasure to deal with on every level and extremely helpful! They even got a warranty item covered and fixed by GMC while they had our car there! Thank you all at R&R!

Excellent! Ingersoll GMC had brought my truck to this shop for restoration of rust in the two rear quarter panels. Ramon is very knowledgeable, identified the problem areas. They rebuilt the rusted areas, added two new quarter panels, added protection underneath as protection from future corrosion and repainted the new panels beautifully. No orange peel. Superb craftmanship and attention to detail.
