Ordered 13 beautiful personalized leather journals for a company event on a Thursday afternoon and was shocked to get a notice they were shipped out on Friday. They arrived faster than we expected which is always a pleasant experience and even though they sent the unlined paper when I had ordered the lined with an email and photo they quickly shipped the lined inserts and we had those in hand also within 2 days! Nice quality-better than we expected.

Ive purchased several items from Pegai from when they were in Chicago and never had any problems with my order or product. I was sad to see them move to Texas, but in my recent order I received the same exceptional service.

Received wrong item and seller refuses to answer at least 10 emails for a return label. No phone number to reach anyone to assist with this problem. Also ordered a replacement due to needed as a Valentines gift, also no info regarding the processing of the new order, if I will receive in time. Very disapointing experience!

Defective items; they claim insect bites create the distressed look; they do not stand by doing the right thing for the customer. I am demanding a refund.
