First of all Let Me Go thank God for this day that Im able to tell you my experience at Sam Moon. My mother needed a purse I decided to go by Sam Moon because they have some really nice purses in there. I wanted to do something special for her again I want to show her how much she mean to me so I picked out a purse it was 3 in 1. In other words it is a big purse with two smaller purses came together. Also I got me a couple of face masks. I was very satisfied with the prices. I knew that I was going to find something for her but I went to get her what she needed that was the purse. Customer service was great I found what I need it. You cant go wrong in Sam Moon. They have so many different other things that you can check out especially if you a shopper like me. What woman dont like to shop sometime we got to spoil ourselves thats the way I feel. Thank you for blessed me with a purse that my mother is very satisfied with. God bless you all:-)

I love going to Sam Moon in Dallas they have everything a woman could want as far as all types of purses and wallets and jewelry and odds and ends stuff, the cool stuff. I can literally stay hours in that store. You should go there and give it a shot. If you dont love it and Im wrong then Ill apologize but I promise youll love it.

Theyre selection is great! Lots of helpful, friendly staff available. Theyre very attentive. If its busy when you go there are plenty of check outs to get you and your selections on your way. Check out is quick.

Clean and well kept. Some stuff was knocked over but you can always chalk it up to customers being customers... Well organized store too and it was easy to find what i wanted. I took off a star because the workers werent very friendly and i didnt feel welcome here

A nice place to shop for a new purse or wallet. But some of the items they have are beautiful but cheaply made & for the price some are just not worth buying. Some of the prices should be a bit cheaper & they defiantly need more people who speak fluent English. I had trouble understanding the lady there. The sandals/flip flops are beautifully made. Other than that is an ok place to shop.

Guys this is my personal opinion may be other can share if this a common for Sam Moon and other shops nearby common parking issue. Over the weekend I went to Sam moon for purchasing I parked in common parking lot safely, After shopping when I came back I see a big dent on my Honda civic car on the trunk I have attached some details for reference. I called 911 waited for more than 2 hour, No Cop turned out for inspection, I called multiple times asked to patch me with the Cop so that can coordinate about the direction, I tried contacting 911 they say there is no ETA when someone will inspect it’s your personal choice either to leave that place or can wait but there is no ETA.I checked with Sam moon security person they say there is no CCTV Camera outside only inside and they can’t help on this contact 911. There is one more strange thing on checking other shop personally about the CCTV Camera, No one turned out and say anything about it, looks like there is no provision they have made to make this place safe.Looks like this whole dram will put a big hole into my pocket from 1000 to 500 $ as insurance deductible unexpectedly.

My rating would be higher, but the folks that work there really need to attend a diversity workshop or something. Theyre always staring at people of color like we all steal. I really want to spend more time in there and really shop, but it is way too awkward. The long stares, and them following you around is beyond ridiculous. No thanks! My bf loves this place, & takes me once a year for vday, or my bday both are in the same month. I get what I want & rush out.

It is easy to spend a great deal of money in a place like this, there are a lot of things your girlfriend, wife, mother, daughter or female friends will like from here. My wife loves to shop here, I first learned about this place when we were dating and she always buys a couple hundred dollars worth of stuff from here. She normally gets birthday or Christmas gifts for all of the females from this one store.

Used to love this place so much, not impressed with the prices this go-round or the products available! May not be a stop on our next Dallas trip.

Wasnt happy they let me come in right before closing and then after I had picked a few things out to purchase. They turned lights out and made me check out. Didnt realized they closed at 7. If that was the case they should have told me when I walked in they were closing.

I liked Sam moon but it was really my girlfriends idea to go there. More things for her to see and shop for. It did have a couple of nice places to dine at. Those places are usually well laid out and are pretty good sized. And it will require some walking. But otherwise for an open air shopping center its not a bad place to visit.

This place is crazy. Be sure and set out an hour or two maybe three to go to be there. Its big and theres a lot of product in there I bought several things there. Purse for my mom. Jewelry. Fake pearls. Business card holders. Luggage. Theres a whole bunch of stuff in there! So take your time. Enjoy it! Its affordable some of its a little better quality than other but it is overall a good value. The people are nice and you got to make sure that if you take your kids that they behave because they will address that. And I think its awesome! Go check it out! You wont be disappointed or maybe you will but if you are I dont know what else you could want.

I had been wanting to go to this store and I finally went. It was everything I expected and more. I spent 3 hours there just looking at everything they sell. I was in awe at the number of purses and styles of purses they have. The jewelry is costume jewelry but it is beautiful. You can get a beautiful necklace and earrings that match for a great price. I highly recommend going to this place you will love it!
