After a horrible experience at the Tampa Fl store I didn’t think I would ever go to another Louis store. But, while in Dallas i decided to check out this store. Stephen was super friendly, and helped me find the perfect bag. Highly recommend this Dallas location. Ask for Stephen, he was friendly and attentive!

The best Louis Vuitton store I’ve been to in Dallas. The reason being because, they have a huge selection compared to the other LV stores in DFW & the customer service from my experience has been superb here. If you ever visit, ask for Elaine. She went above and beyond to help me and made me turn into a loyal Louis Vuitton customer. The only time I shop now is if Elaine is working, her expertise combined with her kindness is what you call top of the line customer service.

Michael was absolutely amazing. He helped me find the perfect gift to add to my husband’s gift bag. I think we’ve found our go-to person for this location. He walked us through the entire men’s accessory collection to ensure I had what I needed. Thank you for making the process fun and easy.

I had never been escorted around to shop. It felt awkward at first but Michael Cruz put my concerns to rest. He was professional, courteous, polite and helpful. I made my purchase and return for my second purchase with the same reception . Overall, it turned out to be a great experience.

Where do I start on how terrible this location was? Every. Single. Employee were entitled, rude and made the short time I was there uncomfortable. My mom and and I came in to find both of us a new bag. We weren’t in there five minutes before we knew we weren’t spending our money there, so we left. We did however go to another luxury brand’s storefront and let me tell you this different was remarkable so we spent all our money on another brand. We will never be back to this store. I’ve heard some terrible things about this store but thought it may have just someone having a bad day. No, this store is that bad. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere!

Erick is the absolute best... I totally understand he is a representative for LV but he really makes you feel like you should totally be there. Very friendly and amazing service. I was able to ask questions and have focused time. I like this location of LV... great all around

Came here to pick out my Mother’s Day gift and had Colby helping me out and showing me different bags as this was my first time shopping here. Not only did Colby help me find the perfect purse for me, I even ended up getting the matching zippy wallet and a purse for my mother-in-law. I did not feel rushed or as if I was a pain bc I didn’t know what I wanted. Colby really took the time to show me around the store and explain their different collections to me. We are extremely pleased with the top notch service we received from Colby and will be back for more future shopping here!

I like that I got a little space to shop. Sometimes it seems like your pressed to pick any item at some luxury stores. In my case, I had a pleasant shopping experience.

Thank you to Alex who was our SA for our tour of the store. May I just say how fantastic he was. He helped with all of our shopping needs and made sure we were taken care of. Wonderful customer service and extremely knowledgeable of the store. Next time we are in, he is our go to! Such a lovely store.

I would never buy another bag at this location ever, I went to pick my bag up on 6/3/21 at 3:30 pm, that I purchased never received a call as I was promised nor an email stating it was in store. Then I get in line the lady at the door was like how can I help you I told her I was here to see if my bag has arrived she then took my info and said if it’s there she would have someone bring it out I said so I can’t go in and make sure I have the correct bag? She said no that I would have to get in the other line that’s wrapped around the building, when I purchased the bag the other employer stated when you come baby you won’t have to wait in line they’ll let you in. Well they didn’t they gave me my bag I had to walk through the mall and find a seating bench to open my bag to make sure I had the correct bag. This is very bad customer service. Then I witnessed her letting another customer come in and pick up his order I was livid. Avoid this location because it not equal opportunity at this location.Also I wanted to make an additional purchase. Never Again!

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at the Louis Vuitton at Northpark Mall. My client advisor was Todd and he went above and beyond with excellent customer service, and was just as nice as could be!I went in last night and told him that I was treating myself to my first bag after hitting some business marks that I have been working towards for 3 years. This day has been long coming, and I told him it was my first Louis Vuitton and was very special to me. He brought me every size, shape, and style of bag until we found the perfect size and style for me.In fact, he texted us this morning because we left empty handed last night and THE bag of my dreams showed up on their shipment this morning. Throughout the process, he told my fiancé and I about the history of the company and showed us some fantastic photos of celebrities throughout the years wearing the brand. I can certainly say I have more appreciation and understanding for the company and for the bag I now own after hearing so much about Louis Vuitton’s rich history.Some experiences and purchases in life I have walked away from feeling a little letdown or that it wasn’t all that I hoped for.. this was NOT one of those experiences. Every penny spent was worth it and more!Todd, Preston and I are so appreciative for the care and time you spent with us. We look forward to our next purchase in the hopefully near future.

You could probably feel better after leaving McDonald’s, and management might want to take note. You wait in long lines only to be treated poorly. COVID safety is their priority, not customer satisfaction. So sad after leaving. I have never purchased from them and now I for sure never will. Our line time was between 45 minutes to one hour.

Terrible customer service. Called to secure a bag on hold even paid for it, to drive 5 hours from West Texas for them to not even have it. Can’t call the store nor can customer service even get ahold of anyone directly at the store. Texas does not have a limit capacity and I feel they get a high watching customer stand in line for the satisfaction of making us look like sheep. Go to Chanel.

Omg!! Truly amazing now that Dallas has a Full Louis Vuitton with Both Men and Women clothes Ready to Wear. Probably the only down side to Dallas was the shopping high end stores were not as big on selections but that has changed now.

Very unorganized, unprofessional, never received myHang tag stamped. It was actually lost. No one couldFind it. I was told for months it would ship. I neverReceived my hang tag or a replacement. In all my years,With LV, I have never experienced a store like this.Horrible. Also my sister had a hang bag repaired. After 3,Months she called the store. It was suppose to had been shipped to her. Instead, it was at the store. No one called to let her know it was ready. Unacceptable!
