Long story short fossil is back and bigger than ever. They have this limited edition space jam collection in, I purchased one of each because theyre limited numbered to 2350 and Im so excited for these. I highly recommend you go into store and get them before they sold out

And, they will be happy for your business.I bought a watch from here, and I had a really good experience with Brenda. She showed me different watches and straps, and then weeks later I went in to get my watched resized. I forgot the gentlemans name, but he showed me how to resize it myself so I could save myself the drive over there too!And! When I felt like I was being crazy, I had called thinking I had messed up my watch, but they kept me on the phone; I described the watch and they confirmed with me, as they were looking at the same watch in hand, that everything was A-OK!Fossil is a really good company, and cares about its customers. Thats all any consumer can ask for. I am happy to shop here for many years to come. Plus their leather goods are nice and perfect for being unique or as traditional and timeless as you want. They have something for everyone!

Finally a awsome experience Brandy made my day .My son broke his smart watch this weekend .We brought it in and she greeted us within seconds and warranty exchanged it for us without hassle I was prepared for a bad experience hoping. I wouldnt get dooped on the warranty it has .But thats was not the case total 360 experience I love people who know thier job and is able to help make an experience worth the money we spend ...she even helped my son set up the watch again . Went in for a repair on my smart watch and was helped by Dedra. She was very friendly, helpful and patient with me on the repair and all my follow up questions. I left the store with more knowledge of the watch than when I first bought it at another location.

Store is great. Brand is great The watch I purchased...not so great, I purchased the Venture Q Gen 4 for about $300 with taxes mind you on Amazon its about $50-$100 less. The battery life SUCKS! The watch is so stylish and functional but youll be lucky if it lasts the full 24hrs advertised.

Great staff. Super friendly, immediate and quick service. Got a new watch and had it engraved in just a few minutes. They also helped me repair an old Fossil watch. I was helped by Kristen and she was awesome!

Fossil has watches and high end leather goods. They make a great watch and they have good customer service. Not usually too busy and they will usually do small services for free (changing links and such). Batter changes cost 10 bucks last time I was in.

Ordered online to pick up in store. I prefer the FOSSIL brand, so I had a pleasant visit. Greeted promptly upon entering, was in&out in apprx 15 min, had time to browse for my next purchase and speak with the associate concerning accessories.

All the employees are super nice and professional! Went in on my lunch break and they were quick, efficient and helpful. The little blonde girl, Carlynn had excellent customer service skills and went over and beyond to help me. Had a terrible experience ordering from Fossil. Ordered a purse; it was defective. Sent to their warranty center, and I had to pay for shipping. They credited me the cost of the purse (w/o) shipping. The purse went up in price afterward, and they wouldnt replace. So lame. Now Im out more money than I was in the first place.
