Not surprised at all! David the owner is the worst! There are other ways for a retail store to get Montana West products! Even Montana West state that he lies! Web site has more Mt West products than Mt West and the go-to the warehouse!!! Gave him my ID and my credit card pictures! And this still was not enough! Because billing address does not meet shipping nor does it meet where my house is!!!! I am always getting products and I dont need a porch pirate stealing! I use UPS has a mailing address. Please dont use him!!! Update!!!! No kidding I am a business owner!! I have multiple address! Still the worse. People go to YK they are AWESOME best prices.
Received an email that my package will be delivered today. I ordered nothing, nor did anyone in my family. I tracked the origin to Best Choice - Dallas, so I tried to call them to find out whats going on. I am concerned about my card getting hacked. No answer, but a recording that says the destination mailbox is full. Sounds like either a shady or really unprofessional business.
I have placed several orders with them and had no problems, until my last 2 orders. Damaged, missing and wrong purses. I tried to email but it always says the email cant go through.
The workers acted super rude towards me and my mom, he kicked us out the store due to accidentally going through the wrong door and told us we couldn’t shop there since it’s not open to the public and only wholesale, which we did have our tax ID number but by the way he acted toward us we decided to leave, highly do not recommend shopping here.

BUYER BEWARE!!! BUYER BEWARE!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!!I was excited to find a new state side merchant to patronize. I placed my order, and received it very quickly. I did notice a refund to my card for 2 bags that I ordered, that were not in stock, at the time of shipment. They didnt notify me, just proceeded to credit my card. Okay. I understand. Moving on, I recieved the order, and 1/2 the order was wrong, they replaced out of stock items with items not even similar. I ordered Concealed carry purses, and received regular purses. I do not sell regular purses.I wasnt notified that any of my order was out of stock. It was a surprise, but not a good one. After 3 days of reaching them, and being interrupted and hung up on, because they were busy and needed me to call back they finally sent me a mailing label to ship the 3 bags back, claiming that once they were recieved theyd credit me. 1 week goes by, I never received a refund, a confirmation of refund, or that they even received my bags. I know they did, because I tracked it with my UPS tracking. I called, they said they had the bags, and theyd give me a store credit. I kindly said I wanted a refund, like you said youd give.The girl was confused and didnt know how to respond.A few hours later I recieved a phone call, stating theyd credit me. I thanked them. A week passed. I have not seen a credit. I called and kindly asked if I had been credited, and to please send me a confirmation email of the credit issued to me. The man claimed he couldnt do that, or issue me any proof that they had sent credit and that now its the banks problem. He was very sarcastic. Kept repeating over and over, call the bank, its easy...Then proceeded to hang up. Sooo here we are...3 plus plus weeks after recieving my shipment, and Im still awaiting a credit.I just dont understand conducting a business like this one has been conducted. Especially with a new buyer.Its really sad.

I experienced same as Ms. Cheryl Newbanks. It seems that they intentionally sent wrong items and refused to refund for them. I reported to PayPal, but Best Choice still didnt resolve it. The thing that I buy from them is worst choice.

If I could give them less than one star I would. I would never buy from them again! They made a $227 mistake on my order, sending me 6 bags that were not the style I ordered, and then would not send me an RMA label to ship back. They expected me to pay for shipping back to them and then they would send me the correct bags. RMA labels are the norm in our industry, they dont do that. Next, they didnt have half my order and replaced with other items I didnt ask for, and sent wallets that didt match. ALSO it took them 9 days to get my $1000+ order to me from Texas to Arizona! It typically only takes 4 biz days to get an order that far. I buy from vendors on the same exact street as them all the time on Monday and have my order by Friday same week. I ordered on a Monday by Wednesday they had not accepted the money or picked the order yet! I had to call them to tell them to do this. This company has the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have ever seen! They do not understand English very well, they do not understand customer service very well, and the whole order was just generally a pain from beginning to end!
Terrible company! I placed a wholesale order and they got my order wrong! First their website part numbers do not match their packing list. I emailed them (as directed on the packing list) and their response was what about it....I called them and he argued with me. I emailed pics of the wrong product that was hideously ugly and no response! I bought some flip flops from them and they started falling apart first time I wore them! If you value your product DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
When you black they follow you around the store... When they have a hiring sign up.. if your black and you inquire they say.. were hiring men! I wonder what they would tell a black man?
Worst company ever, and we have dealt with many bad companies, do not expect any emails or reply from them when you have a defective items from them, that you will have for sure, when you know what kind of company it is
