Had a wonderful experience today at the boutique - there was a short wait but after a few minutes we were promptly whisked into the store and attended to by Titus, who was absolutely fantastic. I already knew exactly what I wanted (a Saint Louis GM tote) but Titus patiently explained all of the available options and showed me everything I asked for. We weren’t dressed to the nines at all, but I never felt judged nor uncomfortable. I even walked away with an extra wallet that I didn’t plan for. The staff also provided restaurant suggestions as we were from out of town. Everyone was friendly and accommodating. Stellar shopping experience and would be happy to come back again. Thank you!

My first time in Goyard boutique (thanks to Dallas for opening up one here). I walked out with the most beautiful bag - crossbody/clutch trunk. One side is goyard print, the other side is all tan leather, with gold hardware - its so gorgeous! Titus was my SA. He was awesome - thank you, Goyard!

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS LOCATION, I am confident you will regret it.My fiance purchased me aa new bifold wallet from this Goyard location. It was a birthday gift, I was so excited to receive. The wallet was well packaged and appeared to be quality made. This unfortunately was not the case.Within two months of use, the wallet started to peel, stitching came loose and the Goyard printed pattern began fading rapidly. We of course contacted the sales rep who sold my wife the wallet she asked that we send photos, immediately we did. Over a week later, baited with a message that the resolution of this issue would prompt the purchase of a bag- we received a response. We were told that they would need to reachout to France- which sounded fair. After another week we sent another email, before finally being told that the repair would run $350. At this point the wallet was less than 3 months old. I normally keep it in my suit jacket chest pocket, little wear here...Take my advice and consider taking your business elsewhere. This location lacks in basic consideration and customer service.

I have purchased two bags from this boutique. I have worked with the manager Brooke and client advisor Lindsey. Both of them are amazing and where extremely helpful. I was also able to have my one bag marquage aka monogrammed. The entire experience was easy and smooth. I love shopping with both of these amazing women at this Dallas boutique!

We have been a long time admirer of Goyard. It was really hard to purchase the creations as they did not have a store in Dallas before. I was so happy when they decided to come to HP. We went in with the intention on purchasing the Artois MM. However, ended up with the Isabelle instead. we were working with Lindsey and she is the sweetest associate ever. She doesnt rush you into making a purchase. She wants you to take your time and explores other creations before making your final decision. We are really happy with our purchase and will definitely come back for more.

I called this store to purchase a new beach bag (St Louis GM) Brooke was very helpful and had an upbeat, yes can do attitude. She was able to help me order my bag quickly. This was the best distant order experience I had. I called on Monday and I received my bag on Thursday since she shipped it right away. I cannot review the store itself since I have never been to the Dallas location, but the customer service was top notch.

The experience at Goyard in Highland Park Village was amazing from start to finish! After we were denied entry into Dior and then ultimately ignored when we did get in, it was a day and night difference in terms of customer service. My wife loves their product and we will be returning again later this month from Austin. Our sales associates name is MACKEY so if you plan on shopping there, ask for her! By far one of the best purchasing experiences weve had! Mackey secured the sale with her expertise, advice, and persistence. We did not even have to ask her to show us a certain product because she immediately was on it. She even showed us other products that have potential to fit us. Amazing! Ask for Mackey!

I visited the store yesterday and had a really great experience. I walked in with no appointment so that may have been luck because some of the other major shops turned me away due to me not making an appointment. The SA I worked with was amazing(forgot her name, I’m bad with names. I’ll add later)! She educated my mom and I on the brand history and answered all questions I had. The interaction was so genuine that it was like I was conversing with a long time friend! Needless to say, I purchased a bag and will be going back this weekend to get a wallet!

I purchased a large limited edition tote from the Dallas store as an anniversary gift. Upon opening the gift, my wife discovered an obvious defect on the surface of the bag. We informed the boutique and they were UNWILLING to help. Advised to send to New York for me to pay for repair on a NEW purse! They sold me a defective tote, and is FRAUD!! This is the way they treat “valued” customers. Great at snooty, terrible at customer service! Take my advice and DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THE DALLAS STORE!!!

The customer service we received from the store was absolutely terrible. We went in and wanted a zip up tote bag. The lady told us they dont carry any zip up bags. I purchased a tote anyway. The following week, I went in to buy a matching wallet and when we walked in, I saw a zip up tote and asked to exchange my bag. I had never used the bag but just removed the plastic. The bag was in brand new condition but they refused to do the exchange. Instead, they made up a lie and said there was a stain on the handle. There are no stains anywhere on the bag, but this was their way of refusing my exchange. I would never do business with Goyard again.

I purchased a tote this week from Meghan, over the phone. Meghan went above and beyond trying to help me with sizing and color selections as I do not live near the boutique. We emailed several times and she was soooo kind, never once sounding annoyed by my many questions lol. She was off for a day and I even received an email back from Brooke who stepped in to answer a few additional things. They were both so helpful! Times are awful with this pandemic and anything to help make you feel normal again, is much appreciated ! I had always ordered from NYC. But Dallas is now my new spot! Thanks ladies !!

The management of this store and customer service is absolutely awful! After receiving an expensive item as a gift for Christmas, they were unwilling to exchange a wallet for a different color due to it being 4 days outside of their exchange window. There was no consideration for the window falling during the holidays where by this store was even closed several of the eligible exchange dates. Management is unprofessional and the company has lost a customer for life. Beware before you shop there!

Horrible management and staff. Brooke is a terrible manager and the store has bad customer service. I purchased a $2,100 bag just 3 months ago that already has scuffs despite me taking such good care of the bag. Brooke said that she would look into it but after me following up numerous times, she said that it would be $730 to fix. The leather quality is not what you pay for also. Disappointed in Goyard. Bad service, bad management in Dallas and bad product. I have never experienced this kind of service or had such a faulty product with a brand name like Goyard.

Drove to the Highland Park location today, to find several people standing outside whom have evidently been waiting for over an hour. We’ve all attempted calling multiple times, no answer. Web says the store is open. Lots of lights on but the doors are locked.
