My family and I stopped on our way through town and we were all glad we did. The assortment of flavors is wonderful. We tried the sugar cookie, chocolate chip, junk yard, and brownie batter. Each one was rich and moist, as cookie dough should be. Of course we didnt finish it all, but we left with smiles on our faces. The woman running the shop was so sweet and patient with us as we made our selections. We will be back next time we are in town, for sure!

Delicious cookie dough that is bursting in flavors. Had my scoop of cookie dough with a scoop of ice cream that was a delightful treat. The cookie dough is very rich so I saved half of it for the next day, which was still really good as a leftover.I am pleasantly surprised by the taste of the dog cookie dough, they call Fi-Dough that I got for my dogs. The simple ingredients intrigued me to try it myself…Pretty good. My dogs loved it! Definitely worth getting for your pups.

This store is fun and delicious. I love that they started serving snow ones. We enjoyed our Hawaiian snow ones with the ice cream and cream on top, it’s the only way to eat a snow cone! The older woman cashier was very nice and even let us in a couple minutes after they closed. She was very patient with us as it was our first visit to the store and we asked so many questions. It satisfied our sweet tooth cravings. Can’t wait to stop by again next week!

I have mixed emotions about the texture and flavor of the cookie dough. I am a constant customer of 2 years along with my twin daughters whom use to love this place, not so much anymore. The overall quality of the cookie dough has severely changed. It has a wet and slimy consistency as if its old, lets not mention the visible sheets of plastic covering everything from the cookies to cookie dough. The bookies are still yummy, cupcakes and cookies not so much being they were hard, stale and my cupcake had no cookie dough as advertised. I feel like I wasted money for old product. I also purchased a cake slice which was clearly purchased from a grocery store. What happened to the originality of company? Theyve replaced staff and management but no one to properly answer the customers questions. Im so disappointed I will never visit this place again. A perfectly great family outing ruined.

The dough was so rock hard the girl couldn’t even scoop it. Doesn’t even compare to homemade. Disappointing! She also told us a small was 2.50 and could be several flavors and then charged us $7+ ! We asked her to explain but she couldn’t speak English enough to..

Unfortunately I experienced some of what I believe the worst customer service. I entered store and lady was on speak phone. So a gentleman stepped up to offer his assistance. He had a positive attitude and answered all questions of my concern, in which I appreciated. When It came to me and my daughter to check out we spent $50 because the gentleman persuaded us with his service. The lady wouldn’t even allow him to ring us up on register. I believe if someone is providing great service management should allow them to continue to do so and not interrupt. Great tasting dough this is about the service

The cookie dough was quite tasty and they even offer gluten-free flavors! My favorite dessert is the Brookie-its a must try. Trust me you will love it! The super sweet lady during the day now knows me by name. Their desserts are so addicting. Id say my only complaint, which is more of a preference, is that I wish they had soft gooey cookies instead of the crispy cookies. Some days the cookies are perfectly soft and other days they are crispy. I love soft cookies so I wish they were always soft. Overall Dallas Cookie Dough is putting out a great product at a comparable price. See you soon.

Stale, old, dry cookie. And a single little baby scoop of cookie dough that didnt even fill out this container for $2.50 when on Uber Eats its labeled as Cookie Dough Bites. Plural. Called and the worker said she actually gives out more than what she is supposed to. I havent even gotten out the tiny cupcake for $4.00, yet. It seems like Im paying for the decorative icing instead of a cupcake. Do not at all recommend this place.Posted picsUpdate, opened up the cupcake and was dry and crumbly. Seriously. Did I just get a leftovers from last week? Is this how this place normally is? I would love to have my money back and just get some candy in the check out isle over this.

Idk what happened in the last couple months. But I hated the flavors and texture. I tried the chocolate and it had clumps of flour and flavor was offset. I tried baking it instead as the lady insisted I do if I didn’t like the dough. It didn’t bake at all simply turned into a gooey puddle of nastiness. Rating so low due to I wasn’t able to return items that I didn’t like and the change in product.

First timer I love different types of cookies. Only reason this place receives 2 stars is they put vanilla icing on chocolate chip cookies. I BOUGHT 2 they tasted horrible, my cookies were stale not edible. My cookie dough tasted old (junkyad flavor) I called store and since I ordered through doordash I have to contact them to receive refund of products. I tasted better. So much better. I received half scoop cookie dough for $4. Not price worthy

Dough tasted awesome and delicious. Only reason I rate 3 stars is I wish I could’ve received more than a half of scoop for $4.00. Seems as if the lady was struggling to scoop dough. Usually when I come a gentleman serves me and we’ll I receive my money worth. It’s like she’s trying to save product. Why is it that scoops are getting smaller but product cost rises?.

The Dough Dough helped me have one of the best birthdays ever! My boyfriend ordered me a custom cake and every step of the way they were so helpful. They listened to his suggestions and also added their own creative touch. Everyone agreed it was the best cake they ever had!As for their cookie dough it is equally as good. I would suggest getting it one scoop at a time; it is very sweet! It’s also really good with ice cream!

The edible cookie dough provided has great diversity in flavors, and overall is very competitive with the quality of other edible cookie dough locations I have tried when out of town. My major complaint is that the past week they have been using smaller cups that are roughly half the size, putting less dough in and charging the same amount. Can the owner please shed light as to why the quantity is decreased but the price is the same? And no, it is by no means the same amount of dough.

This place was sooo good. I got a ridiculous amount in the “dough sundae” that I could only eat a quarter of but loved every bit of it. If you’re not into sweets don’t go here. It’s a typical size dessert establishment such a steel city pops/doughnut places. I can’t wait to go back and try other flavors. (But will probably order a single scoop) Very friendly staff and were quick!

Honestly pretty disappointed with this place, as it doesnt seem to live up to the hype. The cookie dough is pretty good, but when is cookie dough not good? For how expensive it is here, youre better off going to the store and buying a bunch of cookies for the same price. Its also incredibly sugary, so one scoop is more than enough for one person, and would be enough for two people to share.

This is a review about the COOKIES not edible cookie dough.We tried the Reese’s, Oreo, Lemon Meringue and one other, can’t remember the flavor. The cookies were huge! Fun. But, cakey in the center and just thinned out as they went along till the ends were crispy. Some may like this, but it was not our cuppa tea. 🙁 the Reese peanut butter cookie was really salty, no one liked it. Oreo cookie was best, but we still found it meh. Lemon meringue was better than the Reese, but still no one finished it. Overall, very unimpressed. 👎🏽

This place was a little pricey but the girl that helped us was friendly, very informative and gave us great service. The product was pretty good but a little more than I would pay for it again.

Have been here twice now and had a great experience both times. Lots of flavors to choose from, including gluten free and vegan options. I had red velvet and tried the regular cookie dough as well, both were great.

I tried four of the Dough scoops. I had the Original C. Chocolate Chip, the Birthday Party, the Cookies N Cream, and the Sugar Cookie Cutter. I enjoyed them all but my favorite was the Cookies N Cream. Though the Birthday Party scoop was a very close second.

If you want a delicious home made cake this is the place to go. I recently placed a cake order. I wanted everything customized. They were able to provide it. The dough cake was a GREAT hit at my husbands birthday party. We enjoyed ever bite. Even had leftovers. The staff is awesome and management is great at keeping in contact with customers. I LOVE THIS PLACE.

Whats better than safe-to-eat cookie dough? Absolutely nothing. This stuff is secretly addictive. Loads of great flavors, even the plain is excellent. Get a scoop or two, or buy some to-go. Staff is always very friendly.

This place is awesome. The staff is great. I place a order for 2 dozen iced sugar 🍪. I needed them the same day. The manager made it priority that i received my order for my little girls 8th birthday party. Cookies were unicorn themed and turned out delicious and pretty. The overall vibe of this place is great.

Worst service ever. I wanted to shop local but the shift manager made my multiple visits so bad I refuse to shop here again. You have a sign outside that says “pick-up” orders and a phone number. In the time of COVID that usually means not entering the store. With a baby I was excited and call to pick-up my order. I was rudely told “that’s not my job and I would have to wait until he filled all the other orders”. So I went in and all I heard was him muttering under this breathe about entitlement and just to get out of the car. Between the price for half filled small cups and the constant displeasure the workers display I have to find a new favorite treat shop.

I tried edible cookie dough before but nothing comparable to this cookie dough. Wish I had a milk but unfortunately they were out. The manager on duty was extremely polite, me & my husband tried several flavors and took about 11 minutes just to decide. He was very patient with us!!! I most certainly will be visiting this location again. My experience was beyond awesome. If you love cookie dough, ice cream and lets not forget kid friendly music. Visit these guys. My ticket was $42.58 but it was worth it, plus it lasts up to 3 months in the freezer. 😋😋😋😋😋

OMG! So delicious! Every time I buy this for my office everyone loves it! Highly recommend. Im DYING to try one of the cakes. They look delicious.

The bottom line is their Brownie Batter Up cookie dough is the crack cocaine of desserts. My boyfriend says that description doesnt go far enough, and in fact, its the heroin of desserts. I can see that, as it gives you a sugar rush and is totally addictive. It has the added benefits of not leaving tracks and its significantly less expensive. One last recommendation: go for a topping. Even though their concoctions really dont need any more sugar, Mini Reeses Pieces add a nice touch.

Love this place — although the brownie batter is ridiculously addictive. I visit entirely too often.... but the people are very kind and the product is excellent. They even have some vegan options!

Get their blueberry cheesecake, caramel ice cream, peanut butter flavor, or cookie dough and you will be satisfied. I cant choose my favorite between those because they are all so creamy and delicious.

Some friends brought me to this place for my birthday. Mmmmm the cookie dough was sweet but very satisfying. The gentleman who served me was very nice. Although it was a bit busy at the moment. We decided to dine in. I received a brookie with a candle burning for my birthday. It was very surprising and made my visit even better. Very nice gesture. I will remember him when i visit from now on.

I really enjoy this place, but be sure what you’re getting into! Cookie dough is literally that, so it’s super super sweet, pretty much like eating raw sugar. If you have a huge sweet-tooth, this is the right place for you, if you don’t but you want to try it out anyways to see what all the fuzz is about, I’d suggest getting 1 scoop, or sharing a 1 scoop with a friend! The staff is really friendly and helpful, and if you asks to sample the flavors before ordering, they’ll give you a tiny tiny spoonful, which is great for deciding! Loved this place!

I was extremely excited to try this place and it did not disappoint! The cookie dough was delicious! I knocked off two stars because this place will not give you any water - you have to buy a bottle. This place sells extremely sweet rich cookie dough yet wont give you water to have with it? All the other dessert shops I know will give you a cup of water for free. This place has a kind of high price tag and also makes you buy water. I left very excited to get home and drink water after a big serving of extremely rich cookie dough.

I used to visit this location often when I used to work in the area but with my relocation, it wasnt an option anymore. Given that I was near 75 on Friday night (11/1), I decided to take my kids and introduce them to the Dough Dough. It was probably closer to 8 more or less when we arrived and only one guy working then. He didnt greet us and seem annoyed that we were there. I noticed that attitude but still went about asking how his day went and in a very annoyed and short tone, he replied. No other comment and not even a thank you when we checked out and left. Quite honestly, very disappointed in how we were treated. I never experienced this before in previous visits but I also visited at different times where different people were working then.

Great service! Great Dessert! Always friendly and very detailed. Very clean, great atmosphere. The food is literally edible cookie dough! And they have so many, TOO many, flavors to chose from. Its so hard. But so good.

We visited NYC a few months ago but didnt have enough time to stop by the famous Do, Cookie Dough Confections. We looked up to see if Dallas had a similar place, and we found the Dough Dough. We stopped by a few weeks after it opened around 11:30. We didnt have to wait in line, the store was super cute, and it was easy to find. The dough was AMAZING. My toddler loved it too. The place is small, but it fit me, my toddler, and my baby (in a stroller) just fine. This is our new go to place to fulfill our sweet tooth. Definitely recommend!!

I’m sure it has its niche, however it’s not for me. The junkyard sounded great, but Small portions & toppings, dough was heavy & left us extremely thirsty: It’s definitely not ice cream or yogurt. But it did look as if other patrons really enjoyed.

I was exited to try this place out since a close friend recommended me this place unfortunately when I came this Saturday at 2:30 the gentleman working was very rude, terrible costumer service, I had asked him to explain the menu to me and he only said we charge by the scoop of ice cream which was not helpful at all. Mind you the place was not busy at all. He seemed very annoyed from the minute we walked in to the minute we steeped out.

Cookie dough is good but the customer service is lacking. The guy with the braids has helped us several times and I have come to the conclusion that he doesn’t want to be there. No smiles, no enthusiasm...basically bitter. You should get rid of him.

The store is cute and clean. The staff was friendly and patient while we were deciding and even let us sample some flavors. We each purchased two scoops but were unable to finish it in one sitting due to the sweetness. We also purchased the dog dough and it was definitely doggy approved. Overall The Dough Dough was a great experience and we will definitely go again.

It taste like cake batter its so good!.... My favorite desert from there is their Brookie brownie Its a layered brownie with brownie, cookie dough, orea and chocolate icing in top and OMG! Yall gotta try it and pop it in the microwave for about 15 to 20 seconds and you have a very delicious gooey chocolaty cookie dough treat!!!!For those complaining about their prices Id say their prices are good for what they give you. It’s a nice concept, but the cookie dough just isn’t good enough to justify the high price tag.

Atmosphere was great. Giving it 2 stars mainly because it was so expensive for one scoop of dough that couldve easily been made at home. There is a ton of sugar in the dough. If you are sensitive to sweets/sugar, I dont suggest going here. Maybe the sugar content can be cut back a little bit. Next time, Ill make my own edible cookie dough or buy some raw from the store and take my chances.

I have been following the Dough Dough on Instagram for about a year and have been totally fan girling about it ever since. I have a serious obsession for cookie dough so learning about this place and realizing it’s not far from my hometown was a dream come true. I went this weekend and it was FANTASTIC I think the cookie dough was amazing. The prices I think are very reasonable for what you are getting. So the comments about it being “overpriced” is ridiculous you’re getting a good product and good service. Also for all the other reviews saying the cookie dough is “too sweet” I mean come on it’s cookie dough of course it’s sweet but they do it the right way. 10/10 would recommend the dough dough.

Ive been to the Dough Dough three times now. All three times there was a line out the door. And theres a reason for that (that isnt just that the stop is quite small).These desserts are super delicious. You can sample the flavors before you have them scoop. And I usually get two scoops -- one scoop is $4, two is $7 -- because you can keep the dough for later. Just pop it in the fridge. You can even make cookies with it, but I havent bothered. The dough is so good on its own. Yes, it is VERY sweet. That aint a problem for me.The flavors Ive tried:Red velvet -- super delicious and incredibly rich. I only ate half a scoop before I had to stop. I picked it back up the next day. Still delicious.Birthday cake -- super sweet with little sprinkles. This is my favorite of the three, honestly.Sugar cookie -- sugary and simple. A good basic flavor to try if youre not sure this stuff is for you.Im sure Ill be back soon. :)

They have a VERY small indoor space for placing your order & the menu could be more clear. However, they have knowledgeable staff & allow samples for customers that arent sure what they want. One recommendation would be to have a container for cones when youre taking them to fill/eat at home.

We were very excited to visit this place and we were disappointed once we tried it. Now not everything was bad the service was amazing the young man that served us was very helpful. Now the thing that we did not like was the food obviously it was extremely sweet and gave both me and my mom indigestion. Plus it was extremely expensive we bought a cookie sandwich one scoop of cookie dough a piece of cake and 2 water bottles and it was over 20 dollars which is ridiculous I can go to Braums and get a full meal for less than that. Overall I am very disappointed with our visit.

I only gave three stars not because of back service or because the store wasnt clean. Everything was perfect, it just wasnt for me. Im not sure how a person can eat a whole scoop of raw cookie dough without getting sick. Plus it was very expensive, a little over $5 for a scoop. On the plus side you can take the dough home and bake it if you cant eat it in its raw form. However, its probably cheaper to go just buy store bought cookie dough.

Although they were very nice, they are pretty well disorganized. I ordered online, paying for overnight shipping, but didnt receive the order until 3 days later. I was told they didnt have the flavor I ordered so I picked another flavor...twice. When I finally got my order, they gave me one of the wrong flavors after all! I just wish it had been a smoother transaction, as I had to answer a few emails and phone call in order to receive the product. In the end, the dough was good.

The service was fine, but the food was literally just raw cookie dough. When I heard about the dough dough, and the “ice cream cookie dough”, I thought it would be like an ice cream combo :(. Little disappointed by that. They did use pasteurized egg whites, so it was okay to eat. I wasn’t wowed by the flavor. Next time I want some cookie dough, I’ll just make it. For two small cups it was over $8.00

This place is amazing! I let the staff pick my flavors and they all were yummy, I keep craving the junkyard :). Everyone was so friendly and it’s super cute inside. I took my kids back the next day and they are hooked too!

I got up this morning wondering what would happen today. The possibilities seemed endless. Then it started POURING. I couldnt walk my dog because it was raining too hard and she started to get sort of lethargic which was no good. Suddenly the storm abated and we were able to go outside and play. It was a good day.

Visit date: 11/3/2019Customer service was superior. I found out bad news and decided to go have a cheat off my diet. Upon entering the Gentlemen there was cleaning. He told me about all the doughs and baked goods they sold. I ended up buying 4 doughreos and 3 brookies for the family. Omg they were delicious. The establishment was clean, smelled great and I actually leftd with a smile on my face. I dont know the Gentlemen name but I give him thumbs up on his great service he provided. A couple people became impatient but I enjoyed the conversation and music. I was actually trying to place a catering order when the couple behind me decided to give the guy a hard time. WAAAAAAAAAYYYYY too sweet!!! I have a sweet tooth, but almost everything I tried was extremely sweet!!! All of us in the car felt sick to our stomachs or felt like it was way too much sugar. The only flavour I enjoyed was the brownie batter, which isn’t really cookie dough. To those with allergies, I will warn you that the gluten free sugar cookies tastes like there is almond extract in it. No one reacted, but I’ll warn you in case you’re allergic. Very disappointed 😢. I’d rather make my own cookie dough with HALF the sugar!!! So sad....

Its was a small neat cute little store but very crowed on the wall it said no more the 23 people I can bet you there was at least 30 costumers in the store . I got two scoops of the sugar cookie VERY BAD it was to buttery and way to much sugar . I was very disappointed with the service it was so slow I saw two people leave because it was so slow the employees were very chatty the employees were talking to me and my family for at least five minutes . I think I will come drive by in a few months just to see if it is less crowed. but I will not be back to get more dough .

When you want to feel like a kid again and achieve every sweet tooth desire in your chubby kid heart, THIS is the only place you need to go!

A bit over-hyper and over-priced.It’s a fun concept for a dessert place in Dallas.

I was not a fan, but I dont like cookie dough in general. Brownie was basic. Family enjoyed their dough.

Great spot to check out. Loved the different flavors.
