Maybe their food truck is better. This location consistently takes forever just to get someones attention, to get service. And even then, service is really slow to get your order after you make your choice. They also seem to take only one order at a time.

My daughter made us drive all over to find bubble tea. Found this in a hip part of Dallas. She loved it so much she wanted to take my 88 yr aunt. And she got quite a kick out of that as well.

I like this place the most in Dallas! The bobas are so soft and not super chewy. The drinks are sweet and just right. I normally get a Thai tea or a classic milk tea!

If I could give zero starts, I would! Today I waited in line for about 25 minutes, only to get to the front of the line and try to order and each item I wanted was unavailable. No boba, no boba ice cream bar, no mochi. Are you kidding me? I waited in the sun for nothing!!! The least you can do is put up a sign to let people know youre out of something. What kind of boba shop is currently not serving boba. Service was also REALLY slow, 3 customers in front of me and I waited for a long time.Ridiculous! Do better NoBobaddiction!

Boba balls were perfectly sweetened and softened. Taro milk tea with boba and Lychee tea with boba in a split cup. Delicious. Taro flavor could be stronger.

Bobaddiction is awesome! We ordered the Taro, Mango, and Honey Dew drinks with boba pearls and the flavor is amazing and the texture if the tapioca perals were spot on. We also ordered the ice cream mochi and its perfect! The mochi is soft and chewy and the ice cream center makes this dessert. Its nice to know that we finally have a boba tea shop in the area

Ive been going to their food truck/store off and on for years now. They make very tasty, good quality teas. I love the honeydew and honeydew cucumber milk teas! I really fell in love with the honeydew cucumber! They ran out recently but they got it back again and it was surprisingly not good. Im not sure if its because they had to get the tea from someplace else because of the virus or because it was a different person making the drink. I think they had to get new ingredients because of the virus because it tasted like the cheap tea mixes you can get from the store. Hopefully theyll get back to their old supplier soon. Not sure if this the case with other tea flavors too .

Really good Vietnamese coffee but their hours online aren’t correct. I never know when they’re open and I’ve gone on numerous occasions just to find that they’re closed. Super unfortunate.

Love the mango tea with the jelly pops. Really good. $4 for reg and $5 for a large. Located in deep ellum. There is street parking for some change or parking lot for $2. Great place to hang out, a lot of culture around. Awesome place surrounding to venture, explore and enjoy.

I like coming here as it has a great variety of milk teas but it seems that the staff is always inconsistent and regardless of costumer volume there is usually no boba by the afternoon which is in the name. It has been well over a handful of times I go weekly sometimes twice and there is no tapioca.

This place recently opened at the original site of Monkey King Noodle Company (now a few blocks West) and its already pretty spectacular. Serving delicious desserts, Id recommend their ice cream Kama especially their spiced banana which is out of this world comma and theyre blueberry which tastes as if youre eating a mouthful of fresh Maine wild blueberries. There custard cups are not to be missed.

Love this place! Only a grab and go type place tho. No seating and outside window order. Love it regardless.

I did not like boba until I came across a Bobaddiction truck at the Japanese Garden Festival in the Fort Worth Botanical Gardens. I got a taro drink and it was so delicious that I tracked down their shop in Dallas and paid them another visit two years after my first taste because I had not forgotten how good it was.

Flavors are a bit off. Make sure to specify sweet or not. Favorite drink taro smoothie! So glad they added smoothies! Must try mango moochi!

Great boba, you can even get 2 flavours in one cup! The teas had their own unique style and the boba was yummy and chewy. I had inquiries about their t-shirts, and the staff were very helpful and responsive. An awesome stop in deep Ellum!

I came on a rainy day with a large group of friends, and they had just closed. But their friendly employee heard us and asked the manager to make an exception. I got the taro milk tea, and was it was delicious!

We ordered the large classic milk tea, with light sweetener, and a hot jasmine tea, with light sweetener.They were both like drinking nectar, and this is the second time this has happened.The girls that were working had no idea what was going on, and walked away from several customers outright.The lids for the cold beverage cups are exceedingly flimsy and dont close. I spilled tea on myself while the lid was perfectly in place.If you like to taste things other than sugar, skip this place.

I ordered the almond milk tea and it was great. The bobba is chewy and the milk tea isnt over-sweetened.

The taste is good and like the store says you will get addicted. Its sweet but as as sweet to stop drinking it.

I ordered and paid for extra boba in both drinks and each drink barely had boba in them. Also asked for very little sweetness, and teas were sickeningly sweet. And there were black, hard pieces in one of the teas...had to throw away for fear of what it was.

I just ordered 3 drinks. 1 with half the boba. got my drinks and one was not correct. i asked for it to be corrected. the woman asked me to open the drink. i couldnt. she took it from the counter and stabbed it with a pair of scissors. I told her i would not accept the drink as that was not sanitary. she said the scissors were clean. I demanded a new drink. her expressions were over the top rude. then after she remade the drink she shook it up and it spilled all over her and the cup. she presented it dirty. i asked for a napkin and she refused to give me one saying they were out of stock. i asked for a clean towell and she said they had none. i do not know why this person is employed at this company.

I usually come here often but the last 2-4 times ive gone i ask for coffee jelly instead of boba and they give me boba or there was a small bug in my drink. I always get the Vietnamese Coffee and its been very thick and slimey lately. use to love this place but now its just trash :(

Absolutely delicious! I cant even call it cheap eats because it tastes like heaven! We ordered the sampler pack which had an almond cookie, egg custard, gingerbread souffle cheesecake and a pineapple tart.. all were perfect! We immediately went back for the Roasted Spiced Banana ice cream which beat all the ice cream Ive had in a very long time. Service was great Coung (sp.?) is a super talented pastry chef-definitely a keeper in my book!

Got the vietnamese coffee hot chocolate and it was all right. it got cold super quickly, which was disappointing because it was freezing outside. the good boba at the bottom made up for it. their t-shirts are super cute.

As a uber eats delivery driver I waited 45 minutes in a line of 2 people ahead of me and when finally got to the window they shut it not acknowledging I was next because they were changing shifts. Once I showed the order I waited another 10 minutes (maybe 7 minutes) in the heat only to deliver this 1 drink a block down the street. I am very disappointed because while there I watched customers wait in line and watch as no one came to the window to acknowledge customers were outside in 102 degree heat waiting to get this drink. I never had them before and never will base off my uber eats pickup experience.

Its a walk-up window, so nowhere to sit fyi. They were out of shaved ice, but the normal milk tea boba was pretty good, especially with the less sweet option that allowed the tea flavor to come through.

I really like the boba here and honestly I will come again against better judgement because I don’t know of any other boba place in town. BUT I just found a screw in my boba and felt that I needed to share that. Please investigate whatever you’re using to make your drinks because this is very dangerous!! Thank goodness I felt the screw before I bit into it! I’m sort of underplaying my shock and fear at this but this is very upsetting and shocking!

The 2 stars are for the delicious thai tea with boba. The missing stars are for 1. The drinks are pricey. $10 plus tip for 2 drinks is pretty expensive, especially if your lid is cheap. 2. They dont have the normal boba lid with the plastic wrap that you pierce with your straw. Without that lid, it makes for a very messy treat. 3. We placed our order of 2 drinks, and noticed that the group of people behind us got their order before us. After 15 minutes of waiting, the guy at the window said he forgot about us. So all in all, good tea, bad service and cheap products.

Ate a gyro from the pop up at an arts fair. The lamb gyro was created to order with fresh ingredients .

The staff is friendly, but the drinks had too much boba. Over 1/3 of the cup was boba. Even though their big seller is the egg waffle, they arent serving it at the moment because theyre reworking the recipe.

Since moving to DFW my love for taro boba tea had decreased but I was playing PokemonGo last Saturday and got thirsty I decided to try this place and it tasted like the boba tea my younger self used to enjoy. It was just a perfect blend and I cant explain it so Ill just say my faith has been restored.Also the lady who charged me knew I was really thirsty so she gave me the bottle of water while my tea was being made instead of making me wait for it and that was really nice.

I usually give bobaddiction 5 stars, but today the guy at the Window was rude, very rude. First I was standing at window for a good 3 mins ( no one was there to take orders), so I lightly knocked. Then I tried the tea of the month ( blueberry lemonade ), told him I wanted boba and light ice. As it was time to pay, the guy pulls the tip bucket out in front of me as to hint I should tip. I was paying by card and typically tip 15%-20%, but bc of what he did I checked off 0% on the iPad and he saw me. Before I could finish signing my name he pulls the iPad away and hurries and slide the window close. He brought me my drink, I said thanks. When I got in the car I wanted to take a sip since this was a new flavor for me. I was surprised I was getting only tea bc usually I have boba with every sip. I literally had 5, maybe 7, bobas in my blueberry lemonade. I was so pissed, I paid for the large and I only get 5 boba? My reason for going to bobaddiction is bc I love the boba. Im really considering going to fat straws from now on, simply bc they dont skimp on product and their a little cheaper with a huge variety of flavors. Im so shocked at bobaddiction bc I loveddddddd coming here.
