So I got the triple scoop of all coffee ice cream and a large bubble tea.The ice scream was fresh, creamy and low sugar.The bubble tea was made more from the honeydew powder but the consistency was great and the taste awesome.Definitely if your passing thru come get a treat for everyone!!!

If you have a sweet tooth this is the place. I dont recommend the shaved ice. Go with the regular ice cream flavors.

Amazing ice cream! The owners were even better! Checked out he full store front and back and it was cleaner than a new car. Very happy with the ice cream and the shaved ice was a nice treat. If you are lucky you can see the owners dog outside. Overall, love this place. 5/5 stars.

I wanted to share my experience visiting “Bala Ice Cream” off hwy 61 north in Dallas.The shop is clean and well lit. Inspection score was excellent. Menu boards were easy to read and everything was priced. My pet peeve is seeing menu items without prices! Staff was super friendly and never rushed us, they even offered samples!They have excellent ice cream, but for me the shaved ice was the real surprise! Not to be confused with Sno-Cones (which they also sell), shaved ice is a frozen flavored milk based mixture. It’s frozen into a large cylinder that’s shaved to order. I had the rainbow version, with several flavors combined. Fluffy ribbons of mild light flavor! It’s topped with your choice (so many options!) of real fruit purée syrup.We are so excited to have this shop right around the coddrner, and can’t wait to try more flavors!

Absolutely an amazing experience here. I saw someone recommend it on whats happening in Paulding on Facebook and I am so glad I did. We had ice cream, the speciality shaved ice (strawberry banana) cant wait try try all the other ones. And we have 3 different bubble teas. Everything was excellent. We loved the treats as adults and so did our kiddos. This is a great place and the owners (a couple) were super sweet and helpful. Definitely check this place out you can thank me later.

Absolutley outstanding ice cream here in a location where I never thought Id find a selection like they have. I got a beautiful Thai milk tea shaved ice drizzled in condensed milk with coffee jellies and my partner got their Cookie Monster ice cream. Huge servings too! I didnt think Id find a ice cream place like this outside of Duluth or Buford Highway. I feel like home here. The inside was immaculate too and service was super friendly, letting us sample a taro and brown sugar boba milk tea that was insane. Youd have to be out of your mind to go out to one of the boring chain joints instead of eating here. I will be coming back for sure!

Excellent service with an enormous variety to choose from! Very clean and open space. The owner was very helpful and made our family a sample of their specialty shaved ice which is a MUST try! We will all be getting that next visit! We had ice cream and shaved ice which were all yummy! My kids asked when could we come back again before we even left! 110% satisfied and you’ll regret not trying it out!

This place is fantastic. I’m so glad my boyfriend took me here this weekend. I got the cookies and cream shaved ice and it was delicious. They have an extensive variety and the owner and server were very friendly. Definitely better than an average ice cream place. I will be back.

The shaved ice is awesome! And I love the banana splits. The workers can also recommend items if you arent sure what you want. Overall great selection and good prices!
