Great customer service! Although the shoes I was looking for (Tropical 6 rings Jordan, size 10) was out of stock. The gentle called the Ledbetter location and confirmed it was in stock. As a previous retail employee and supervisor of customer service, I greatly appreciated the simple effort!

Get the building up to the sky scraper and when you got the sky scraper send it out to the mirror mail bag and then put it on the five star rating just to see the next jacket on easy street with the industry come to Versace then we can go to the party in the street and they will make them move up to the next

They have great shoes. Customer service is good too. What they should work on is updating their system to show if another location has the shoe youre looking for. I paid for a pair of shoes I was going to pick up somewhere else; I get there & turns out they dont have it either. Its frustrating, youre guaranteed a shoe, you pay for it, drive to the place & its not there.

Eh....store is nice, and clean. Staff really didnt seem interested in helping. We walked the entire (small) store and did not get asked for help. Purchased my throwback Jordans elsewhere....

If i could give this place 0 stars i most definitely would. Walked in to buy a pair of shoes for my 13 year old son and there were 4 guys and a girl, all footlocker employees, young at that, highschoolers i presume, lounging around by the entrance giggling away and not paying attention to the customers. Worst place ever. Didnt even bother to come our way to help. Lost my business here permanently.

Terrible customer service

Went to at least 4 stores in Dallas lookin for a specific pair of shoes and no luck. A gentlemen by the name of Robero N was the first salesman who took the initiative to find out what store around me had them available. He helped save me alot of time. He was nice and very helpful.

They are doing a robbery today they should not collect taxes and they are charging more than $ 100 dollars and if you pay everything together, even if they are things of $ 65 dollars like a backpack they still do not collect taxes and they are not giving the receipts so that you do not realize I am still waiting for my receipt in my email I paid $ 17 dollars in taxes in things that should not be charged 😡😡😡😡😡
