I was a bridesmaid in my friends wedding, and was 6 months pregnant for my fitting. Needless to say, the size we got was a gamble. When I tried it on a month before the wedding, there was no way it would work. They quickly offered the solution to order more fabric from the designer to make alterations to the dress. They were speedy, understanding, and helped me to troubleshoot. Great customer service.

I had to book a last minute appointment at Bella bridesmaids and was thankfully paired with the BEST stylist Anna-Maria Springman. She made the experience of trying on dresses so much fun & was incredibly helpful. She pulled the perfect dresses for me to try on and ultimately helped me find my maid of honor dress that I love! I can’t say enough good things about Anna-Maria!!!

Plan to spend more on shipping and alterations than the dress itself ( which was pricey for mediocre quality). They have limited locations and options for trying on dresses and do not offer exchanges or returns! Their sizing chart is not correct for all styles. And while a dress may technically fit, that does not equate to looking stylish on all body types. I don’t think I will be able to wear my dress tastefully for my friend’s wedding. Additionally, you must sign for delivery (no opting out) otherwise you have to pay for delivery again. On top of that, I never got an email with FedEx tracking info as promised. If you are a bride, please do not choose this place for the sake of your bridesmaids. Choose a company that offers more options for trying on or at least offers exchanges/returns. It took 3 months from the time I ordered to get my dress. .

Sara North is hands down the best! I am a future bride to be married in a couple months and I would 100% recommend her to anyone walking down the aisle in the future for bridesmaids dresses. She was extremely helpful, stayed late, and had a very helpful eye with style/fit. Sara helped make my bridesmaids dresses look cohesive and added extremely helpful tips on how to do so. This was something I needed since I am the first in my family to get married. I already feel like she’s made this process so easy and was truly enjoyable to work with!

I went in for a bridesmaid dress fitting and the try on process was so smooth and easy. The customer service was amazing, everyone was so sweet! The ordering process was really simple and our stylist filled us in on the limited time discounts so we all got our dresses discounted! Couldn’t of asked for a better experience! Ask for Sara as your stylist.

Getting my bridesmaids’ dresses could not have been a better experience, I was able to give the consultants a vague idea of what I wanted and they found the absolute prefect dresses, each one of my ladies has their own unique dress to fit their styles but they all compliment each other so well!! Would definitely recommend, ask for Sara if you can, she was so fun and bubbly and knowledgeable about designers, fabrics, and color combinations. Great experience!

I cannot say enough good things about this team! I wanted my bridesmaids to each pick a different color dress and a different fabric - this meant a lot of coordination and visits to the store. They were incredibly flexible in letting me stop in to make sure the dresses all worked together. It made it easy since none of my bridesmaids live in Dallas - they could still try on in their home states and I could see the dresses in person in the Dallas store. They were so helpful and let me take my time at each visit. They offered insight when I asked for help but didn’t push me to pick one thing or another. They were fantastic!!

The worst customer service experience I have ever had in my life. I’m blown away by how my family and I were treated by their owner.Do not waste your time going here, especially if you want bridesmaid dress shopping to be a celebratory and special experience.

Joreaa and the rest of the staff could not have made this process any easier for me. I went in with a general idea of what I was looking for and they were able to bring that idea to life. Joreaa was patient and super helpful in providing me options. Would highly recommend this store!Bonus: I am currently planning my wedding in NY (from Dallas), with all of my bridesmaids scattered throughout the country. There just so happens to be a Bella Bridesmaid store near every one of my bridesmaids homes allowing each of them to go into the store, get measured, and try on the dresses I chose before committing to a purchase. I think this is a huge plus when it comes to being a bridesmaid.

We did not feel welcomed at all here. It was very rushed, and it seemed like the girl helping us was getting annoyed easily.... we decided to buy bridesmaid dresses from Azazie instead after our visit here. 0/10 recommend

Can i just say that this was a way better experience than my visit to the Shreveport location. My consultant at the dallas location was so kind! She happens to be from louisiana my home state and she also graduated from my same undergraduate college!!...so we instantly made a connection! Highly, recommend this cute boutique in dallas! Heads up, set an appointment before hand. Do not just walk in. I was in and out in 30 min! thank you sweet girl! I didnt even get your name but i made sure to give her a hug before i left! She’ll do well in dallas texas no matter where she goes! 💛

Awesome experience, they are very attentive and patience with helping to find the best dresses for your special day. Dresses are priced closer to prom dress cost so not as cheap as David’s Bridal.

I used Bella Bridesmaids for my wedding because they were one of the best in Houston. I had my bridal appointment with the ladies at that location and they were amazing and attentive. My maids live here I assumed that the experience would be the same. It wasnt. My bridesmaids were so turned off by the Dallas location that only a couple of them ordered their dresses from them and I had to find another vendor for them to go through.My second experience is why I am writing this review. I was the MOH in a close friends wedding and went to try on the dress she picked for me. The girls seem like you are interrupting their day and they make you feel that way. I tried on a 10 in the dress I would need and she helped me clamp it to see what it would look like in my size. After measuring me she suggested an 8. Which I didnt agree with because the heavy duty clips were taking a huge part of the dress away, but they say that they recommend this because of your measurements. I left feeling like I was about to buy a tent.When I did go to pick up my dress and asked to try it on I was beyond upset. I showed the girl at the front desk that my dress was so big that It wasnt staying on my shoulders and all the extra fabric made me look 6 months pregnant. She said that the other girl recommended it because of my hips... and that they couldnt do anything about it. I wanted to cry.I had to take the dress to be altered and EVERY part including the hips had to be taken in by inches. I spent $100 on top of the already $300 dress which would have been fine if it fit. I understand that their process is to measure you, but during that first meeting the sales girl could have done more to help me feel like I was making the right choice. Maybe let me try on another dress by the same designer in a 6 and an 8 so that I was making a more informed decision.I will say that the lady that helped me through purchasing process was very helpful and kind, however, my overall experience with this place has me wanting to tell all brides to stay away. They arent worth the added stress on you or your maids.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience here. I worked primarily with Kathryn, but also with a couple of other associates and the manager when I needed to rearrange my appointments around other bridal appointments. I began this process really unsure of what I wanted, and Kathryn has helped me with at least 5 different lineups of dresses (that I can remember....) and a multitude of appointments to look at each about every two weeks for two or three months. Incredibly patient, enormously helpful, and I am so excited for my ladies to finish the process and look fabulous. Thank you, Bella!

Brides, do not choose this place for bridesmaid dresses. They are not fun to work with as a bridesmaid. DO NOT bother stopping by without an appointment. Under no circumstances will they let you try on a dress unless you have an appointment. Also even if your bride says to pick anything in a certain line of dresses, you cannot unless it is specifically listed as an option the bride chose. The bride has to call to add a new dress to the list before you can purchase it. This place really needs to think about their customer service and be more flexible. These are bridesmaid dresses after all, not $$$ wedding gown.

This company is unique. As a consumer, youre supposed to somehow know they are a franchise who no other location has anything to do with the other. If they find out youre not using them as your home store, again, because thats the consumers responsibility to inform them...they want nothing to do with you. Wasted my fiancées time. Forgot to put her on a waitlist when they said they did. When she called to confirm, they researched her collaboration with other locations and gave her a courtesy appointment they call it. If youre having a wedding outside of Dallas with your bridal party, good luck at this place. You should make a sign that says we only want your business if you only buy from us!

Update from original review - we ran into a friend yesterday who is also engaged. She seemed flustered and overall upset. After talking weddings, she said Im so sorry... I just left Bella Bridesmaids and it was the worst experience ever - absolutely ruined the day for my mom, sisters and me... We said OMG US TOO! And we all agreed that other brides need to know that this place is not worth the drama during your special time!!!If youre getting married, you deserve to feel celebrated, welcomed, and special. Unfortunately, this is NOT the place to go for any pleasant experience.I wish I could say something great about this place but, honestly, I really cant. We used this location for my sisters wedding and, while the dresses were great, we never felt like the women there were ever warm or welcoming. We had to warn the bridesmaids that they would feel like theyre not welcome or as if theyre not good enough to be there, but just to go in and smile and be fitted anyways.Nonetheless, when my next sister got engaged, we went in. We were met with, once again, a cold welcome and brushed over to the side. We were told that we only had 30 minutes to try on dresses and when we asked why, the young lady was defensive and rude. We asked to speak to a manager - the OWNER came out and the following conversation was one of the most horrible customer experiences Ive ever had anywhere.When we told her how we felt, she immediately responded by turning it around on us, saying that we were upset because we werent told what we wanted to hear?! When she became aggressive, I decided that we needed to leave, so we calmly grabbed our bags and left. She followed us through the store, yelling at us. We all left shaking and making sure that we would never let another bride feel the way our sister felt. A day that was supposed to be fun, celebratory, and special was instead a day full of insults, anger and disrespect.There are other places to go where your wedding will be someones priority and you will be celebrated. It is not worth it to go here. Trust me on this.

Cant even try on a dress without paying $30??? They just lost my business and all the other weddings I will be in this year. Hope it is worth it losing customers left and right.

They were super easy to work with and the dresses came out gorgeous. HOWEVER, they gave more than half of my bridesmaids dresses that were WAY too big and each girl had to spend $100-200 on alterations to adjust them for the wedding.

Very unhappy with the customer service. Went in and tried on a bridesmaid dress. They had one size 6 in that dress style and it fit me perfect which I knew it would since thats the dress size I normally wear. The lady took my measurements and told me she thinks I should go with a size 8 I was very adamant on going with a size 6 since the one in store fit me and was still even a tad bit loose. She then proceeded to tell me how big my hips were which was not something I wanted to be told and again kept pushing me to order a size 8. I trusted her since she is the professional and ordered the size 8. When the dress arrrived in mail and I tried it on it had immediately fell to my waist because of how big it was. Now the alterations are costing me $140 because of how much they have to take in. I called the store to see what they could do to help and thy say they cant doing anything because the lady took my measurements and they recommended the size 8. Well Im completely unhappy because the measurements were obviously way off for it to be that huge on me. Overall im not satisfied with this place. The ladies who helped me in store were also very rude.

Went to this location to try on a dress that my sister had picked out at the location in DC. The customer service was horrible. The lady that greeted me was rude and treated me as though I was an inconvenience to her. The dress that was chosen can be worn different ways but when I inquired I was told that I can go online to pull that they dont have that information there. I hate that I have to order the dress from this location after how I was just treated.

Beyond disappointed with the customer service at this location. I am the maid of honor in my best friends wedding. She is from Dallas so a number of her bridesmaids were home for the holidays and we made an appointment to have the Dallas girls pick out their dresses. The bride and I visited the Winter Park location and the owner told us we could visit Dallas and they would take care of us. That was not the case. After being at the location for 15 mins the owner came out to explain they were only doing the appointment as a courtesy and we had 30 mins. She then proceeding in arguing with us for 15 mins. She was more concerned with being right then helping us. The reason we choose to do business with Bella Bridesmaids was because we were under the impression we would get the same customer service at very Bella location. Not the case. No customer should ever feel the way we did leaving any business.

Great service but difficult to be on the clock!

I was so excited to order our Monique Lhuillier bridesmaids dresses from Bella Bridesmaid in Dallas. I brought my Mom, Aunt, Cousin and Maid of Honor all in from out of town. We chose a gorgeous strapless chiffon ML dress in a beautiful blush color...Well, we got the dresses in last week and it is a horrible washed out beige/peach color.The owner of Bella agreed that our dresses were not the color of the sample we were previously shown. They mailed one of our dresses and the sample we saw to Monique Lhuillier in New York to show them that the liner inside the silk chiffon is different enough to completely change the appearance of the color, ML refused to do anything about it whatsoever. 9 dresses the wrong color. When all of the girls got their dresses in the mail they called me and said THIS IS NOT THE COLOR WE ORDERED!Bottom line? They only care about the next sale. They said that they do not have control over dye lot variances as they are produced in China. Will do absolutely nothing to make it right and Bella while they agree the color is off apparently has no clout with Monique Lhuillier.No one will do anything to make it right other than to offer back the bridesmaids a slight discount back- still leaving them out $300 and without a wearable dress. But, that doesnt change the color of the dresses. Bella told us we can order new dresses at cost, but I would only buy from Nordstrom where you can return or J Crew where if it isnt right you can send it back!!!!!!I teach Pilates at a very popular Dallas studio and we get lots of newly engaged girls getting ready for their wedding. I will definitely NOT recommend anyone going to Bella after this experience. In fact, one of my co-workers recently got engaged and made an appointment at Bella to buy her bridesmaid dresses. She was treated so horribly by the manager that she, her mom and two sisters just walked out.So, if you are ordering a bridesmaid dress from Bella- be aware! If ANYTHING is wrong with the dress- they will point the finger and blame the next person. Dont expect them to take any responsibility or stand by their clients!
