I come in this Nike store often and always get bad vibes and dirty looks from the managers and some of the employees. There is one manager in particular (white lady, tall with red hair) who makes it known that she doesn’t want me purchasing multiple shoes with her snarky remarks. I’m assuming because I use my Nike family discount that there may be a personal vendetta against me for whatever reason. I’ve never been notified that this was an issue and no one has ever approached me personally I only get snarky remarks from the manager and stand off-ish vibes from the employees.This is the closest Nike store to my home and sometimes the vibes they give are so bad I’ll just leave and go all the way to Plano.I’ve called the store numerous times to speak with a manager but no one ever answers the phone. I just want better treatment and to feel comfortable going into the store and getting what I need. If it’s a problem I’d rather a manager speak to me face to face and let me know what I’m doing wrong. The passive aggression is strong in this store towards me.

This store had a nice atmosphere. The sales associate and cashier were very kind, prompt, and professional. I will visit this location again.

Long line and 1 person at the register: No biggie.Associates standing around: Meh its Friday, whatever.Im next and associate not at the register pulls me out of line to check me out. Im thinking cool except hes taking a while messing with a handheld device and talking to someone through his ear piece. Meanwhile 2 people at the register that were behind me get checked out quicker. So I asked, whats taking so long I could have been out already. Are you in a hurry? No but 2 people that were behind me have already been checked out. I couldve been out by now Would you like to get back in line? .....✌ Got what I needed at Academy. 6/11 8:30-8:45

I had great service! Spent more than I had planned, but I was happy with the purchase!

It had shoes for me to fit. The problem is that the shoes for summer. The snow would get into my shoe.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life, went to purchase a pair of shoes I had known were available at the store through the Nike Website because I needed it ASAP as a gift. As soon as I walked in I was ignored by all employees when they had like a dozen of them just standing doing nothing. Had to walk around the store for a couple minutes and find someone to assist me. This male asian representative named Richard was very rude and dismissive of my questions about the shoe, and exclaimed “They had no shoe of that kind” without even checking for the shoe I was there to buy. Finally after I told him to go check in the back, he had found the shoe. This location was terrible and I would’ve just bought the shoe online if I knew this what I would’ve had to dealt with. Terrible customer service and training of employees, avoid this place and buy online if you value your time.

The black manager is so rude, he feels so good about himself, because he wears some fancy shoes maybe, everything else is pretty good.

The store is always so organized and clean. The clothes and shoes are top quality

Bought a few things from here and when checking out had a slight issue. Denise was incredibly helpful and patient with me until I sorted it out. Outstanding!! Thank you.

This place is HORRIBLE!!!! I placed an Online order and checked in once I arrived. No one EVER CAME WITH MY ORDER! We waited for over 20 minutes and had to go in and once inside everyone was so unorganized! I was So UPSET!!!! I will NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN!!!

Horrible customer service. A lot of employees just standing around talking to one another but yet no one came up to me, no one asked if I needed help, no one greeted me. I’d rather take my business and buy shoes somewhere else. Hire employees that actually want to work.

Nadrena was awesome! Very friendly and great customer service. While others were standing around. She was the only one to engage with the customer! Kiddos to her!

Everyone in the store was helpful, but, Torin...he was the most helpful! He suggested my GF get the shoes that she needed for her bad knee...it was the Nike zoom x invincible Run FX shoes...according to her, they feel like you are walking on air...also, torin mentioned that they felt that way prior to her trying them on....when you go to this store, I highly recommend asking for Torin to help you...its 11:53pm at night, and she sittin next to me now cleaning them up and saying man I love these shoes. 😁

I bought my first shoes online, brought them in to exchange the size, and got $40 back. The line was long, but the staff was very friendly. Nike should give them a raise.

Great location, new products and lots of staff waiting to assist customers. Would like to see more Nike locations (not outlet stores or dept stores carrying product) as certain products appear to be found at Nike only.

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME CALLING THEM they never answer their phone EVER ive called them on week days and weekends, mornings and evenings to ask them questions about business hours etc cause the last time I drove an hour and a half down there to spend money and buy shoes and clothing for a birthday they were closed. The hours they have were wrong. I called other Nike factory/outlet stores in dallas metroplex to get info on the north park store and they told me aswell that this location never answers their phone and apologized for them..I finally had to get a hold of my friend that lives in Portland and works for Nike corporate to get this stores exact hours..

Management seems not to be on the same page when it comes to pick up. I understand and appreciate that you going to make sure my merchandise gets to me but if error occurred with the name and I still have proof that I am the buyer why give me a hard time if one manager tells me that it is okay. And then an employer tells me otherwise. so I will not be purchasing from this store anymore.

Management and team is amazing with limited customers in the store at any given time.

Clothes have deteriorated in quality and the service is lackluster. Ive switched to Adidas and Reebok, as the quality is still worth the price. Also the price for products here is astronomical compared to various other outlets.

The store has temporary hours, but the mall itself is opened an hour earlier. The store was very nice but not much selection when it comes to Jordans. Still had a very good time shopping here.

Literally drive across town just to get to this nike store on time so that I can exchange my merchandise. It was 5:45pm (they close at 6pm) and they closed their doors because they let in double the occupancy limits. Definitely not safe considering the pandemic and also unfortunate for those who got there before closing.

I had questions about my online order and they will not answer the phone. I called 10 times over 2 days. I went to pick it up and there were more employees in the store than customers. One of them can’t pick up the phone??

I loved the visit. I was in and out in about 20 minutes, walking out with an amazing pair of running shoes. They had other styles just not in my size.

I called for a week to ask about a particular shoe at different times of the day and no one answered the phone. I called other Nike stores that did not have the shoe I was looking for and referred me to North Park...and I called again and still no answer. Then I called North Parks concierge to get the number and call them. The concierge said she would give the staff the message to contact me back and they never called. If the phone number is the incorrect number on the site or if its just not working...PLEASE TAKE IT DOWN or do not have a prompt to speak to an employee there!!! NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE!!! ABSOLUTELY THE WORST!!!!

Each sneaker 👟 I picked they didnt have my size.

I am extremely disappointed in the customer service I have tried to reach them by the telephone because of Covid restrictions I am trying to make an order and I have been on hold for 5 to 10 minutes and have called no more than five times today. Yet their website says they answer within one minute heck I could’ve drove down there myself within amount of time I wasted on the phone no thank you Nike North Park

My son really likes Nike shoes. I do not care for their high prices. We stopped by the Nike store at the mall just to take a look. The store was not crowded and there were plenty of sales people walking around, but we could not get any one to assist us, so we left.

Staff can be incompetent and non acknowledging of consumers when they walk in. Probably the most snobby Nike “Athletes” I’ve shopped with. They need to get off their high horse and provide customer service. I’ll take my business all the way to the grapevine location. Cheaper prices too

The store is pretty big and clean. But personally I’d prefer going to a Factory Outlet. Main Nike Stores just dont seem to want to cater towards people with wide and extra wide feet, which is a shame.

Huge selection of stuff staff everywhere in case you need help and then you dont even have to go to a register to pay if you are using a card.

They don’t really have any shoe selection. Maybe only 20-25 in the entire men’s section. Very disappointing for a “Nike” store

I came today and made about $500 in purchases. During my time I came across quite possibly the rudest employee I’ve ever seen in Nike. The brand is great and this store UIS usually great but this woman did the store a disservice. I asked that she get my size off of the mannequin because it was the only one left in my size. She was angry to help me and when she returned with the item she nearly threw it at me and walked off angry. I told a manager and requested to complete a complaint but he seemed busy. He was polite in speaking with me but I want to ensure this woman doesn’t treat any other customer the same.

Store smells odd. Cashier unhelpful with return. Told me to call nike direct on 800 # since I could not locate email receipt for exchange. Lost my place in line which was out the door...

Store is beautiful and the athletes are easy going and very knowledgeable. Could be a bit more engaging but in a sales environment most customers don’t want engagement they want responsiveness so I get. Not a huge fan of Northpark mall but the Nike store is great.

The most comfortable Nike Shoes I’ve ever owned the fatigue factor is zero on legs and back. Go a half size up tho they can be narrow in the toe.

The store and location is great, but the customer service could use some help. Prior to coming to the store I checked to see if I could make an online purchase return. When I got there the woman helping was unsure so she called her manager to come help... he said I couldnt return it at their store because the online transaction was completed through PayPal (odd because no other store has ever given me any issues about this).. I was then like okay, well can I at least get store credit/giftcard and was told No. I would just say to be careful when coming here to make online returns and be prepared for them to tell you No. Called customer service right back and they told me that I shouldnt have had any issues with my return at the store and even requested the managers name, but unfortunately I didnt get his name. Ill just have to go through UPS to process my return since they werent willing to accept it even though the receipt says I could. Maybe they should add more detail on the receipt so that they dont waste peoples time.
