Theyll have a bunch employees in the store, ten people in line and only 1 person at the register. Rarely do they open another register. IDK what the others are there for. I see some putting things back on the racks. (probably after being left by someone tired of waiting.) Its not just this store. The one on Mockingbird is the same way. And its not because of the pandemic. Its has been like this for years.

I came here on November 1, 2019 and one of the employees gave me a really good compliment about my new haircut and I think about it a lot so I wanted to leave a nice review. I don’t know her name but she had dark hair and was in the dressing room.

Do not come here if you are trying to shop. I literally just had the worst experience that I have ever had! Never in my life did someone treat me like I was a shoplifter when all I was trying to do was try on an outfit with a hat. I never expected to be racially profiled and discriminated against. Never again will I ever be back. The employees had the worst customer service except for the female cashier. I will be reporting my experience to my reporter friends at wfaa. I never want anyone to experience what I just went through. This place is officially dead to me.

Place is okay, found a shirt but they didnt have my size in store but were able to order and ship to my home. That experience was at least a 4 star but as far as the location I just felt like it was okay.

I love this store, It is one of my favorites. Not only are their Clothes adorable, they have awesome decor, books, jewelry, purses, and other unique stuff. I recommend going to urban. You wont be disappointed. A+ Store.

It has a small guy section compared to the one used to in San Francisco, but it was clean and your typical UO. I think the day I went the AC was out because it was hot.

Love their clearance table and clothes. Early Christmas shopping!

Cool styles, great sales

Nostalgic step back in time, took me back to the 90s with the selection of clothes they have.

I have always enjoyed coming to this place! I have scored some seriously awesome shoes and apparel and countless household items and music related items. Catch the place during a good sale and you can score even more...some things for really really great prices (Gudetama Instax for $49!!!!). There is something for everyone in an Urban Outfitters. I always enjoy shopping there and will continue to do so.

Lots of dresses and clothing to choose from.

Staff does not know their own company policies. I tried to take back something I ordered online for a return and they wouldnt accept it and didnt know their own policy about it. I would not return to this store until they get a better staff

Urban Outfitters is always pretty hip. Four stars due to the clothing, but the service is never really too good. People dont really know what theyre selling.

The prices are just too high. Its getting so out of hand its hard to even enjoy browsing. Its not like the quality of the clothing is anything special. A lot of it is cheaply made. Becoming a disappointment.

Well kept and clean store. I don’t go shopping very often so it’s been awhile since I’ve been in to a UO store. I noticed they had a new section of personal care and cosmetic items. It was fun to see all of the things they had. I tested some lip products and bought a couple.They should have a better station for their makeup removal stuff after someone has tested some of the testers. The bottle of solution was there but there wasn’t any cotton circles or tissues to use it with.The store has a fair amount of clothing a pretty big part of the store is items for the house (i.e. rugs, deco pillow, small decor, etc)

Love this store!!! Had so many knick knacks and stuff I could buy!

Staff was rude. Store was a mess. The cashier acted like I ruined her day when I told her the item I was purchasing rang up at a higher price. She literally rolled her eyes and said, Whatever. Ill fix it. I got the item for the price on the sign, but wont be back because of how we were treated.

Staff is friendly. Did have an encounter with a staff member who decided to close the door on my foot while I was entering the changing room. He was in a rush and the doors are very heavy. I started bleeding at the heel. Seem to always be in a rush.
