Excellent customer service! I left feeling like I was well taken care of. After checking out a few other shops in town, this is where I decided to purchase. Prices are slightly higher than online and some other shops in Dallas but I plan to be a return customer because I value a high level of knowledge, accommodation and customer service. Jason at Forever Vapes delivers that.

This store will do almost anything for their regulars. Dont have your fav juice? Theyll stock it. Need a specific coil no one carries? Theyll get it. Absolutely amazing.

Have spent hundreds of dollars at the store here and in Houston, and brought friends and family... have routinely driven past dozens of vape stores to go there. Have had really helpful friendly customer service - and really below average experiencesUnfortunately the last THREE ego-c twist batteries and chargers I’ve bought there have been defective in a few ways... Won’t screw into the charger, break apart, won’t hold charge... And since they don’t keep customer records, and staff turnover means they don’t recognize me, they didn’t help me resolve the issue with my $60 worth of defective batteries... said “no one else has complained”as I stood in line with $100 worth of ejuice to buy, felt a LOT let down.I guess I need to find another place to buy my juice... and certainly won’t be buying batteries etc here anymore.. bummerBut If all you want is juice, check it out.

Two years ago I rated this store 1 star. The service was sloppy and both guys that ran it never opened the store on time. A year ago I returned to see a complete change. I adore the staff there. The primary three are just fantastic and it’s now my main vape shop.

50% markup on vapes..mods that cost 50 dollars from manufacturer are 100 + dollars here.

Store was pretty relaxed atmosphere, good selection of juice. They were able to help me out and answer all my selections. pretty satisfied for being an avid vaper and knowing what i wanted walking into their store. staff was friendly. pretty quick visit, in and out in like 10 mins. Pricing was reasonable compared to other shops Ive been to throughout the country.

So Im kind of torn on how to rate this vape shop. On the one hand, the staff is very nice, and they helped me out when my vape crapped out on me. On the other, I bought my vape on Sunday, and it crapped out on me on Tuesday night after they had already closed. So I went back up to the vape store, and the lady who helped me was very nice, and I was able to do a quick exchange. However, its only about four hours later, and the vape that I exchanged my first one for crapped out on me in the EXACT SAME WAY the first one did. My first vape came fully charged, and I was able to use it for a couple days before it died. But when it died, I couldnt charge it because it stopped charging after about thirty seconds. The vape that I have now DIDNT come fully charged, but it was able to charge it for about an hour, and then the light went out. I took four puffs off it, it died, and now it wont charge. So the staff was VERY nice and helped me quickly and well, but Ive had two vapes in three days and neither of them have charged. So I kind of dont know what to think about this place.

Map description got me to go in but the selection isnt large and they dont know the vg of any of the liquids...The taste testing tanks are so old they dont really work and the basics like a designated place to put your used plastic vape cover were no where to be seen.This store has no passion for what they do.

I havent been there in in a while, been in LA for business.They have a woman working in there now, didnt get her name. But she was very rude to me and what piss me off, I ask for price on a box mod she told me its not in my price range. I didnt give her a price range in the beginning to start with.... I spend on average $100 a week there I deserve better treatment than that for a regular customer.

This establishment is over priced and sells defective merchandise. They have horrible customer services as well. Save yourself the time and money and visit a different place of business.
