My boyfriend and I always go to total wine - hands down best wine selection around. Tonight we entered the store thinking we were going to grab a bottle of prisoner to see what the hype was about along with a few other basic selections. Luckily, we were greeted by Robert S. who educated us on some great cabs with better price points that we probably never wouldve considered. Robert carefully picked out four cabs that were perfect matches for what we were looking for. I really appreciate the time that Robert took to educate us and also he provided some great conversation. Be sure to seek him out when you visit this total wine location. Hes earned a loyal customer, thats for sure!

I bought wine for my wedding here, and Robert is the man to see! So kind and organized. Fantastic customer service. When I need a new wine to drink and watch The Great British Bake Off, I’m coming back to visit Robert!

I’ve always loved Total Wine & More in-store shopping, and started using the delivery service last year. In the past they’ve struggled sometimes with the delivery business model, but this store has absolutely tightened up their processes and customer service such that I highly recommend them for home delivery. Today, a gentleman from the store actually called me about part of my order that was no longer in stock with a recommendation for an alternative that made it clear he had taken a good look at my original order - I was very impressed! Great selection, great pricing, they’ve fine-tuned delivery, and the customer service is excellent.

You wanna talk about good alcohol, this place has it! Went one time and they had a wide variety of whiskey, wines, cocktails, margarita mixes and drinks. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to sit back and enjoy a drink!!

Had a great experience by the 2 young ladies that were more than patient and helpful when picking out wine to gift my sister. I gave them ideas of what she likes and they pointed me in the right direction. My one interaction with a manager was a little sour as he had a what do you want, dont you see Im busy attitude. The outpouring of exceptional service by these 2 ladies is the reason I will go back.

Amazing selection. Biggest liquor store Ive ever seen. So many different things, so many varieties.Tom and Robert were very friendly and helpful.Dub (I think) from Desert Door came in and was very friendly and talked to me about his companys products.I spent way more than my wife would have liked, but there was so much to see and try.

Where do I begin!!! More than once I have walked in this store and see employees talking to each other while customers like myself are needing help... One of the managers Is always standing around and not helping his Co workers.. I also saw an employee drinking and making inappropriate comments to a customer about a womans body..he is always working the sample bar when I come in..he had no tie on...looked like he was hung over...and wasnt professional ..it took me thirty minutes to find an item and then I had to stand in a long line literally backed all the way to cab and wait which seemed like forever to get rung up.. There were only two cashiers and both lines were backed up..when I walked into the store I was expecting to get greeted but didnt... Two people.one of which is a manager stood at the counter and didnt even look up....Ive never felt this type of neglect before..they acted like they dont wanna work and all the managers were in the classroom instead of helping..I will never go back to this store again..Specs here I come!!

Diverse selection, but poor customer service when I needed assistance.I was looking for a particular brand and size of a product. I had seen the brand’s products in stock in a few different areas but not the size I had wanted. I verified that the particular item was in stock at this location.The 1st staff member directed me to another staff member, as I believe they were only there for picking online orders. No worries.The 2nd staff member told me that he wasn’t actually on the clock. Not sure why he was on the sale floor then.The 3rd staff member seemed to not understand my explanation of what I wanted, directed me to a similar product, and then disappeared.Finally, a 4th staff member took out his phone and searched for the item. The site listed 44 items in stock. Sounds great! “Can you help me find it?”, I asked? “We’ll that’s not my area, but it should be over there” he said, pointing me back towards where the 3rd staff member had directed me.I decided to give up my search. I just needed some help finding this one item and no one seemed interested or motivated to help me.

Yes of course the staff there was very helpful I asked him for a particular item (single malt scotch )they took me right to it check out was fast it was a lot of people there but they were getting us out of there fast. Worst location to shop. its been few times im going there and employees just look miserable when you ask them for help, whats the point to work there if you dont want to work?!!!! Today he had to bring the wine from top shelf and he didnt want to do it just keep looking at me and say do you really want that one? huh and keep doing huuhhh its hard, whats even that ?!!! they dressed up like a gentleman but act like a little boy. and this was just today experience I have more if you want to hear.

Great customer service!! Clean place too. Ordered a couple of liquors online for 4th of July weekend. I noticed it won’t be ready until the following day so I immediately called to cancel my order online since I’m going on a road trip later that day. The nice lady at the guest services answered the phone and told me I could pick up my order in a couple of hours. I got there and they were just packed. So for her to go out of her ways to help me out I believe that’s going above and beyond. Will shop here from now on!

Has a very huge selection of alcohol, beer, and wine. The employees are very knowledgeable and know where every single thing is from the top of their head. I asked for limencello, which is an Italian lemon liquor which they knew where it was exactly.

Ok love the selection at this store but dont ask for advice. I was shopping for a quality bourbon as a gift and the sales dude recommended an expensive bottle that was very ordinary. Just guessing they try to clear out inventory this way? Ill do my own research from now on.

They have a great selection of nearly anything you would hope to find in a liquor store. They even have a decently sized humidor if youre looking for a good cigar to go along with what you plan on purchasing.Their store is always very clean and the staff is extremely helpful. If they dont have an exact item they know what will be a close match.

Made a curb side pick up order to be picked up between 6-8pm. Had places to be and people depending on us to show up with the order. Sat in the parking lot waiting from 8pm-845 (store closes at 9). Went in to ask what was up with the order. Waited for a cashier to help me, when it was my turn, they were very rude, cut me off mid sentence, and sent me to the online order counter. I show up to the counter, where a young man is not doing anything, and I ask him about my order. He tells me that the store is too busy and won’t be able to fill my order, or the orders of many other curbside pickup people. I tell him this is messed up, we’ve been waiting for hours. They need to fix this. He tells me to go take it up with the manager. I left. We never received a notification that our order wouldn’t be ready that night. Thankfully, we made it to specs just in time, and their staff was beyond helpful. It was like night and day. We decided to seek a refund from total wine and more the next day, who still had not contacted us about our order. This isn’t my first lame experience with this particular location, but it will be my last. Who ever owns the store needs to look into this. You literally just threw my money away for no reason.

If you think the employees walking around are there to help you would be mistaken. They either ignore you or act so put out having to answer any questions that you just want to leave. If you have some spare time give it a run and see how ridiculous it is.

Store had the Greek mavrodaphne wine. Would have given 5 stars, but when I asked 2 staff members, they had no idea...that they dont carry this type of wine. Went online, showed a picture of the wine bottle that was available at the store and was finally directed to the shelf location by a third staff member. Spent more time than I wanted, but overall a great store and even better selection.

Was quickly told to leave the store by a rude greeter for not wanting to wear a mask. Went to Spec’s instead, since they won’t bother customers. Paid 6 dollars more at Spec’s, but I value customer service over limited savings. I recommend Spec’s now.

One of the best alcohol shops in Dallas. The store on 75 is truly fantastic, wiiiide selection (wine, whiskey, you name it) and incredibly knowledgeable people. Smaller selection at the Addison location but equally great people.Be careful... You head in intending to pick up a bottle for dinner and walk out with a case... Really great people and routinely solid suggestions, no matter what your taste or price range may be.For fun, go walk by the special scotch and whiskey case....yiiiikes!

First of all, Total Wine has a great selection at fair prices. I am quitting alcohol, so I ordered 4 bottles of non-alcoholic champagne and red wine to keep around the house in case we had company over and I wanted to feel festive. I went to open the red wine up and (thankfully) looked on the side of the bottle first to see it said 15% ABV! AH! Called Total Wine customer service on a Sunday at 4:45pm and they took care of everything immediately - refunded me for not only the 2 bottles that were listed incorrectly online, but an extra one as a concession for the mistake, and will be correcting the listing online. I appreciate that they were able to own up to a mistake, understood how seriously people take their sobriety, and let me know they would make sure this didnt happen again. I wish I had known the wine had alcohol from the jump so I didnt buy it, but their customer service team was so stellar I cant help but give them the full 5-star rating.

Emphasis on Total!! I dont usually review grocery stores, malls, gas stations, you know, necessity shopping, I mean, why? Beer is a necessity and Im putting my 2 cents in here because Total has a great selection -- also wine and spirits, if that flips your switch. Theres plenty of check out and lots of employees to help you find whatever you like. Parking can be a bit tricky. Just park around back and get a little exercise -- for the Total experience. 😉

This is the best experience I have ever had inside a liquor store! The staff was so knowledgeable and helpful. I walked in and someone ( I believe her name was Claudine) immediately greeted me and asked if I needed help. I let her know I was buying some gifts, I wanted Texas local items and needed some recommendations. She not only brought me to the correct aisles but also brought me to items I would have never thought to check out! She checked on me throughout my shopping experience to make sure I had everything and made some recommendations to make sure I knew everything local they had to offer. There was even a local whiskey and sotel tasting happening while I was there to top off the experience. Then, while checking out the cashier (Joetta) could not have been nicer and more pleasant. She reassured my choices for the gifts were good ones. I never thought I would be writing a review for a liquor store but this location is so much more than your average liquor store. I even called my friends as soon as I left to let them know how great this place is. If you need any items gifts or not this place will have exactly what you need!

Worst location for you to call in for confirmation order. I called just to confirm if they have Hennessy and was left on the phone for over 30minute. I drove 20minute from my house to the same store and I was still on hold while am inside the store lol. I ask for the manager to complain about the situation and the manage which Name is DAWNSON told me that now that I am here I can go ahead and make my confirmation. Omg can you imaging how rude that was? The owner need to speak to the HRM about this location before they killed his business. Dawson does not deserve to be a manager of such demanding store.

This location is very busy but the customer service is always good. They have a large selection in almost every catagory. It is easy to access off of 75 and there is plenty of parking.

5 ***** for customer service in store but they were unfortunately making up for an epic failure due to the website. My dads still recovering from covid-19 but my purse was stolen and it was the ONLY place that had his liquor so he had to go with me, for curbside pickup. Only when we got there we found the website randomly canceled the order without notifying us at all. My father couldnt walk 5 steps before falling over but the manager, God bless him, gathered the order at the register closest to the every/exit and allowed me to run in and purchase immediately (and yes Im well over 21), I wasnt in the store now than 3 minutes. Truly went above and beyond and service industry that Ive experienced first hand since the outbreak. My most heartfelt thanks!!

I like Total Wine, but I always feel as if I am shopping alone regardless of the number of staff walking around in headsets. Try finding a new cabernet thats special here by just looking at the labels.

This is one of the best liquor stores I’ve ever visited. Surprise, they actually have staff walking the store to help. Really nicely put together and the environment was so inviting I stayed longer than normal. Highly recommended.

Excellent selection and incredible staff. Pick me up a couple of bottles of Glenfiddich 50 while you’re there. Come here for the classes on various topics. You can learn about wine, beer, whiskeys. This location is one of the better ones. Go to the scotch aisle and talk to the people there. Some times they have samples and they know all about scotch. If you do too, go there and engage in a great conversation.

I really really love this location! They consistently have the best prices for liquor, and the best selection by far. Their staff is super helpful (Ive found a new favorite Gin, two new favorite Vodkas, and some amazing Mezcal! They also helped me on many occasions pick out the perfect bottle of wine for specific dinner parties. I also love the tasting events they have (free samples, and I usually end up buying because its a great product) and the mini bottle selection is fun for party favors or travel.

I told him that it states its here so he called another associate and then went to the back. He came back with it and seen how excited I was then tucked it under his arm. I told him aht aht I will tackle u lol! Thank u for taking that extra step. Its the lil things that count and if I worked in that type of biz. I would do the same, thats just me.

Very large selection. Tasting area to try out new wines. I have found many good, new wines at the tasting bar. Love the quick wine chiller. Cool wine in 3 minutes and ice cold wine in 7 minutes.
