Great selection of smoking devices and products. The young lady with the pink hair who works there is very knowledgable and friendly and was very helpful in assisting me with my purchases. A convenient location with a wide variety of products. I will be back, Ive got my eyes on that big blue hookah.

This smoke shop has alot to offer. They carry fronto and a wide range of papers

They have a lot of stuff but the customer service is horrible, I ask the guy working there if I could see some vape juice and he told me with a attitude to go around the counter and get it myself. When I ask questions about the juice he would just tell me he don’t know and then turn his back to me. He was not a nice person and I will never go back there again

This shop has it all!its like a corner store / smoke shop all in one. I just moved in the area and will for sure be back. The blonde girl working last night was so helpful with all of my questions. she didnt hover me while I looked around but was attentive when I asked to see something. She was friendly & I absolutely love going In somewhere (especially a small business) & having amazing customer service. ILL BE BACK LIVE OAK!

Check the PuffBars, some are fake. We have told your staff to no avail. They did allow us to exchange so I cant complain about that. They were rude that I would say something it seemed. The one below is fake, you can type in the numbers on puff salts site yourself.

The guy who was on duty when I visited was less than helpful - not sure if hes the owner or not. But he clearly did not want to speak nor help me and my husband when we stopped by. Fortunately, there are other smoke shops in the area with CBD. So we didnt have to spend our money here on this trash shop. And the energy in this shop is just mad weird. Cashier was dry and not very knowledgeable about any of the products we asked about. Youd be better off going elsewhere.

The shop is clean and fine inside. However, they sell cheap vapes and other hardware and they know this because they do not have any form of return or trade in policy. Cheap Chinese products with no backing or customer service. I will be going a few blocks down to a better customer oriented shop next time.

Two months ago there was a very rude black girl working there. She was toxic as fk. Luckily I avoided all negativity like in the matrix and got what I wanted. But just wanted to let the owner know. Maybe pick staff on temperament and watch the CCTV. I dont think it should be hard to find ppl happily working there.

Sold me a fake puff bar. Went home and opened it not only did it not work I looked it up on the website. Will not be returning

Came by 1:30 - door was locked. There was a girl in the store who wouldn’t answer the phone then after about 10 minutes she ran up and opened the door. Strange strange behavior.

Update to my review of about a month ago. Both batteries were bad, not holding charges and would die intermittently. The original battery died altogether and the replacement battery flashes only red now when trying to charge it. The charger disintegrated the other day, I opened it up and it appeared to be fried from heat. Also, the second battery that I bought was supposedly an Ooze pen but I was told by another shop that it was likely a fake!

Went here 8/29/19 in rush hour and the staff was really helpful and have great customer service. Shout out to the young lady that helped us!🤙🏾☺

Best customer service in Dallas. Vapes, glass oil burners, CBD and cbd consulting things. Tabaco pipes, lighters ect. They have been taking care of business since they opened the door.

Before coming here i had a bad experience with another shop. This store is awesome and will have my business! He was very helpful in helping me choose a cbd oil and a cartridge. The first one leaked a little but i came back and he gladly switched them out for me with no hesitation or attitude, i never once got a rushy feeling from him. He even let me keep the leaking cartridge 😆 his customer service skills are thru the roof

Cherry is an amazing customer service rep, she knows her products and always smiles, she is blunt about what she is selling and she lets you know the details about your product, she is engaging in conversation with you, she makes the Live Oak Smoke Shop a must go place

Inexpensive and quick

Im new to vaping and this shop is in my neighborhood so I stopped in to get a simple system. The guy who helped me was nice enough but we had issues with two batteries in a row that wouldnt thread to the pen. After the third one he tried it worked and he told me to bring it back if theres a problem. He also told me it takes 30-40 minutes for a full charge. As it turns out it takes 2-3 hours but this battery never gave a green light, which means its going bad. So back I go the next day but my new buddy isnt in, another guy is. He says this is just the way these batteries are and the best he can do is sell me a new, better one at a slightly discounted price. Lame!

Great selection, I like the quality of people and the service each time (many times) has been one of a kind, only bummer is the games of chance, in store credit only 🤪

Definitely wasnt impressed by their prices or the girl who was working. Went in for a coil and vape juice.... Ended up paying over $40 and was talked to like I was a 5 year old. Definitely wasnt impressed by her telling me how she couldnt wait to get her tattoo gun so she could tattoo herself. Not only was she uneducated about her job... She was uneducated about tattooing. Ill stick to the vape store on fitzugh and 75.

Great place, fully stocked with a great variety of glass, owner helped me find what I was looking for and said if theres anything that I wanted that wasnt in stock he would order it. The location is so convenient, I highly recommend you check it out!
