This is a huge place, it looks great and feels spacious. There were a few salesmen that roamed the floor and one asked if I needed help. He cracked a joke to make me feel at ease.I did compare to their more widely available competitors that are in our neighborhoods but I took some pics of prices that I want to compare. Since all they do is carpets, Im hoping they have good prices and deals.

Great Prices and Experience. After a couple trips trying to decide want we wanted. We ended up getting new carpet and wood flooring. Clif and Clyde were a great help to us and answered all the questions we had. Their installers did a great job and had very little waste. So the measurements were perfect and everything was installed quickly and professionally.

Quality products and services. Most important, quality people!

What poor customer service. I was looking for a certain carpet pad. Guy that answered phone spent about 10 seconds with me, very dismissive of my question and said he had to go and hung up on me...nice. I wouldnt trust this business even if he did have the inventory I needed.

I cant say enough great things about the service I received. We just finished building our new home and Kami/Carpet Exchange/Installers were by far the best contractors we worked with. Their prices were better than big box store for same product. The installers were perfectionists and cleaned up after themselves prior to leaving. We stained an area the day of move in and they were quick to respond and had a crew out to patch the area within days. They were again reasonably priced for the patch, easy to work with, and focussed on getting the patch to match perfectly. What more could you ask for?!?! I will be a lifetime customer and recommend them to family and friends. Thanks Kami and Carpet Exchange!

Saw a specific brand-Stanton Atelier Cha Cha at friend’s place & wanted to show my bf the sample in person. Called this place according to dealer location online & the first time, got transferred to the sales abyss & no one answered. Called back a 2nd time & another person answered. Explained to him i was looking to stop by today on my only day off to look at a specific sample & wanted to make sure it was available. His response: Stanton has thousands of samples on that rack-you can come by to look for yourself! Another place i called took the time to verify their sample was currently checked out & didnt want me wasting my time dropping by. I guess i’ll go there to spend my $5000 for my upstairs flooring instead. You’d think during Covid & businesses struggling, this place would be more proactive about quality customer service.

Clyde and his crews are the best! We entered the store looking for new flooring. Thirty five hundred sq ft later, we had the most beautiful wood floors. The floor installation crew is efficient, courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. We jokingly asked if they would remodel the rest of the house not thinking a floor company would take on bathrooms, showers, etc. Clyde said YES and 4 bathrooms and a closet later, we have gorgeous stone tile, an indoor sauna, and a house that looks completely different from when we moved in last year. Avoiding the costs of designers was huge. Clyde works with us on a daily basis, making sure we are happy. How many people can say that a remodel was a delightful experience? Dont go anywhere else! If you have a major project, talk to Clyde. Hell take care of you. You will not be disappointed.

Great job on a tough install. Took a year to talk ourselves to changing out our floors. We are a retail store with offices. There was old glued down carpet that first needed be to be removed and then the floors leveled for the new hard surface product. Our first estimate was 9 months prior to the project completion. Gregg walked us thru the process of selecting the correct product as well as how the install would work best. The install went perfect and we highly recommend Gregg Jones and Dallas Carpet Exchange.

I only have high praise for Carpet Exchange. It doesnt matter if you know exactly what you want or need help deciding what your tastes are I have the highest confidence Clyde and his staff can help you in any direction. The tile that was laid in our home was a difficult task as my home is an older home and not exactly square which made the application of stacking the tiles (as I requested) a hard one and I can tell you that they did it brilliantly with the highest proficiency and skill. I love it! I highly recommend Carpet Exchange for any of your updating projects. I will definitely use Carpet Exchange for any future modernized needs.

I hope the manager can be more patient and explain their measurements more clearly. I felt they are arrogant and don’t care the customer too much. I don’t want to do business with them as I don’t feel they respect you .

Poor customer service. Went in to see some flooring no one approached us or even acknowledged us. They just stood there staring at us. Unprofessional and unacceptable. There are plenty of business out there that sell flooring. Customers have choices in making a purchase this is not the only flooring place in DFW.

With limited time in Dallas, I contacted Carpet Exchange to replace a master bedroom carpet with hardwood flooring and master bath flooring with stone. The workers were efficient, knowledgeable and took great care in my home. The finishers were careful in matching the new flooring to existing flooring and Carpet Exchange carefully matched the bathroom stone color to my requested sample. Carpet Exchange completed the job on schedule, allowing me to vacation without a to do list upon return. I couldnt be happier with the result. Thank you Clyde!

Clyde could not have been more helpful in guiding us to a quality carpet product that fit our budget when we replaced all the existing carpet in a new home purchase. The quality of installation was excellent to say the least. I grew up installing carpet with my father who was nothing short of a perfectionist and when he saw the result of Carpet Exchanges efforts, he was extremely impressed. This place is a great resource. We started with just Hardwood floors but have done make over and over. We have gotten to know three owner and there is no one more knowledgeable I found. The selection is almost intimidating but if you focus you will always find what you are looking for!

Carpet Exchange of North Texas restretched my carpet and left my rooms looking like new. The technician was professional and knowlegable, moving furniture as needed to assure the floors were smooth again. I had prepared for the work, unloading bookcases and taking heavy things out of cabinets, but he was also able to work around some things like my computer desk and TV installation. He picked up the scraps of carpet as he went along and vacuumed up any shreds that were left from his work. I couldnt be more please and I highly recommend this company.

Decent prices but HORRIBLE customer service. The staff never returns calls and when asked help from manager because I had been waiting for my order for a month, he could not help me. Said my salesperson had to help me, but sales had not returned call after call after call. What is the manager for, then?

Sell you on one price then turn around and increase price when its time to buy. Much time spent arguing over what price was promised.

Did not even acknowledge us when we walked in and looked away as we walked out. Dont waste your time.
