We paid a very large deposit a while ago on work and he basically took our money and ran. Hes not returning calls and we never saw or heard from him again after leaving several messages asking for information on scheduling the work and any sort of information about when it will begin.**ETA he finally answered a call. I will update the review when the work is actually completed.

Jeff and his team did an amazing job and I would use them again. I really liked how they brought samples right to our house. It made the buying process super easy. You learn a lot about a business and how they are going to treat you when things do not go to plan. In our case, we uncovered significant structural damage caused by bad work done by our prior contractor that made the job much more complicated and complex than anyone thought going in. Jeff was able to work with us in a professional and fair manner and get our floor looking amazing. Im not sure other companies would have treated us so fairly.

Quick, professional, and quality work. I was referred to Jeff at Floor Coverings International from my realtor. After three other bids on carpet, Jeff came to our house with samples in his carpet showroom van so that we could see them in the house to pick the best color. It was a quick process to measure, get a quote in the same 1 hour meeting, and pick our carpet from a variety of samples. We chose an out of stock item but even ordering it, our install was done 1 week later. We really enjoyed working with Jeff and his carpenters. The quality of work is great, and our house now has a nice update at a very affordable price compared to other stores. I felt like we really got a good bang for our buck. Highly recommend and will use FCI again!

Great deal on flooring, did the whole house, 2100 or so square ft. In on a Monday and done by Wednesday afternoon. Moved furniture and put it back, very happy with the new flooring. Great 25 year warranty and product.

Also, when there were some areas that need a touch up later, due to wear and some incidental abuse abuse, for example hard objects falling onto the floor, Geoff came out of the house and took care of it without charge, and dropped off some free product for future repairs, if needed.
