I’m really frustrated with the Sewell infinity service department. Had the engine drive belts replaced, exactly after 1 week - a leakage from the engine cooling system occurred . Sewell had the car for literally over a week. Picked up the car on 9/17 ! Today, marks day 2 - the same engine cooling system they claimed to have fixed has given up ……My trust with Sewell infinity/ Dallas service dept has diminished.I asked who had serviced my car (engine belt) - it was someone new . I’m towing it back to them - after this, I will NEVER go back to them - it’s SHAMEFUL

First and foremost, I found the service at Sewell phenomenal!A great thank you to Michael Irvin - he was cordial and understood my needs. Made the whole process as seamless as possible.I leased an Infiniti from another dealer in 2019. That dealer was charging exorbitant prices in me buying off the lease. When I discussed with Infiniti Financial Services - they recommended that I check with other dealers. I called Crest and Sewell. Michael from Sewell contacted me back and explained the process. We made an appointment for the next morning. I was done with the entire process within an hour!Phenomenal service! Next car I buy, I am buying with Sewell!

I went to Infiniti on a Tuesday and did not purchase that day. I went to a few other car lots in between but my ultimate decision was based on the bells and whistles of the Q50 and the treatment I receive from Blake! Great Job Sewell Infiniti!

So, got my inspection on my Q50 Red Sport. Was told by the service guy that no issues. Then I looked at my front tires which passed (see attached picture) because only the middle of the tire matters per the service guy. Did not even suggest alignment. Then asked him to get with the inspector, still no feed back. Then called to speak with management. Three days still no one has call back. The picture is of my front tires which are bald on the inside. Not one word from service that my car needed any attention. Thanks for not taking care of me and putting my life in danger. If I could give you a zero I would.

Awesome customer service! Sarah worked with us the whole way, and went out of her way to make us feel comfortable. From our first encounter on the phone, she made us feel like we were her only priority. And it wasnt just her. The sales manager was great, as was the finance manager. This car was for my wife. We just brought a Toyota for me a few weeks ago, and the experience is no comparison. If I could take my car back, I would do so, and buy a second Infinity from Sewell. You can not go wrong with this dealership. And if you want that extra special care, ask for Sarah.

David Bearden superseded all my expectations. He was the most professional car salesman that I have ever seen. David was consistent from beginning to end. I gave my infinity G37 for servicing handled by Chase. I let them know the ac smell problem and they checked it and let me know everything is fine after checking it. A week later i noticed the panel around the AC was damaged. I tried to call them and left voice messages to The same guy and they never returned my call. Later on my next service visit i let them know and they made me wait for 45 min to speak to the guy even though i took an appointment and they were like we might not even opened the AC vents while we checked it. I let them know that i even saw the duster foam pieces on vents which is an indication that they have handled it. They then flipped to saying that it’s a normal wear and is expected. They didn’t even list it in the service roaster details. I felt betrayed and tried to escalate it to his manager Rob. He was trying to get away from it by asking what are you expecting us to do now. Just wanted to make sure this will not happen to other customer. I was not expecting them to change my dashboard but they were not at all owning the situation. I am a loyal sewell customer since 5 years but i was devastated by the service i received last time. The real customer service comes into picture when you have a problem on your end. They terribly failed. Thought of upgrading my car but definitely not with sewell anymore. They seem to be nice when everything is good but terrible when there is a problem on their end which they would not own it.

Don’t let the commercials fool you. The sales side maybe superb but the service side is a joke. They don’t care about their customers at all. They put a senior citizen (my relative) back in a vehicle they verbally told me was unsafe to drive because they didn’t want to allow her a few extra days to collect funds for them to repair her vehicle. Them getting their loaner back was more important than her driving an unsafe vehicle (while they’re a dealership sitting on over 1,200 vehicles on their lot). She just needed a few extra days and they didn’t even attempt to accommodate or meet her in the middle after being a loyal customer for a decade. Mark, a service manager there didn’t care at all; didn’t even give it a second thought. I’m sure he wouldn’t put his wife, daughter, mother, grandmother or granddaughter in a vehicle deemed not safe to drive. Care about their customers? Ha!

The service prices are outrageous. $128.00 to scrape carbon build up off of the throttle body. replace spark plugs, $439.62. coolant flush, $439.01. find a certified infiniti mechanic they are way cheaper than sewell infiniti.Sewell will rob you by price gouging.I take my vehicle to Mikes in Arlington, Tx2918 S Cooper St D4Arlington Texas 76015he does extremely good work on my vehicle

I am a frequent car buyer, and trade and or buy cars either for myself or my wife each year. I came in to buy a slightly used Q50 Red Sport and Sam McMeese was very pleasant to work with. It wasnt the when can you come in usual pitch. They will work with you online or however you want to go. We also skipped all the slimmy sales tactics we experienced at Grubbs.We were so pleased we ended up buying my wife a car as well the same week. My dad purchased a vehicle and so did my sister. 4 deals in the last few months and each one of us is pleased and highly recommend them even if it is a slightly longer drive like in our case to avoid the gimmick the other guys use.

I came to this dealership on 12/16/2020 to test drive a Q50 to compare it to an IS350.Within 2 minutes of talking to someone at the front desk, Brian Ochoa was there to help me with my inquiry about the Q50. He was knowledgeable about the car and was not pushy when I said I would be buying a car within three weeks.He pulled the car to the front and allowed me to do a 15 minute test drive. After we went back to his desk, he was honest and open about the fact that both 2014 Q50s had what CarFax categorized as minor damage. I appreciate the honesty and integrity of the Sewell group of dealerships.I would definitely come back if they had the right Q50 for me.

I went for my scheduled service appointment and had to wait in line for 45 minutes before my car had the number 1 tent placed on it. An employee came by and took the tent but I was never waited on. I saw the next cars being waited on so I went to an employee who said someone would be be with me. Six cars were waited on before be after that. Once I was waited on I told the employee I had scheduled my cars routine service and a loaner he told me I would have to wait another hour to get a loaner because they had given them all away even though I had one requested.

Let me start by saying (and Im sure Im not alone) that I hate buying cars! The haggling, the back and forth, the high pressure sales environment, the financing, warranties they try to push, etc. Not a fan! I will say, my experience with Sewell was the exact opposite of what I just mentioned. Baile took care of us from start to finish. She was incredibly responsive with any questions that I had before, during, and after the purchase of the vehicle. In past experiences, the moment you sign the paperwork and drive off the lot, dont expect any help from the dealership/sales-person from that point forward. Not the case with Baile. I can text her any time and get a prompt response. Not only is she a professional and good at her job, but she is very personable and all-around just a good person. They sell very expensive, luxury vehicles at the dealership and I just bought a used Dodge Durango, but you wouldnt know it from the level of service I was provided. You would have thought that I bought a new QX80 the way I was treated. Anyhow, I could go on and on about my experience. Bottom line, if you need a new or used car, go to Sewell and if you are looking for an Infinity, ask for Baile at Infinity of Dallas.

Customers for life? NO!!If you value your money, go to a Nissan dealer. All services can be completed at a Nissan dealer and they will report your services to CARFAX which will increase the value of your car. Sewell INFINITI doesn’t report your maintenance history to CARFAX. $150 for a CONVENTIONAL oil change and tire rotation!!! Free loaner? No! You are paying for it.

I would give it 3 stars because the waiting area is nice with complimentary drinks and such, but it’s not really deserving of it because it seems to always be dirty and in need of a wipe down or vacuum. I am finding with each visit now that they really don’t seem to have it together. Wait time is long, even with a scheduled appointment. This time I even made the appointment a week in advance and reserved a loaner car, because I had TONS TO DO, and not only did they not have a loaner car for me I was told that with my “scheduled” car wash I would have to wait over 2 hours for an oil change and wash. I’m wondering why I drove past dozens of oil change places and car washes to come here to be inconvenienced and pay double, when I had a scheduled appointment!! Super frustrating, and not the service I had expected or heard about, or experienced, and this is my 3rd time here. Disappointing.

Just bought a used Acura TL. Had a stellar buying experience with Brian Ochoa and Michael in the finance department. The whole deal - test drive paperwork and all took probably an hour. Everyone was courteous and professional yet friendly and fun to deal with. This is how car buying is supposed to be. I should point out that I was buying a used car probably on the low end of their price spectrum, but they never treated me like anything but the most important customer. They seem to treat everyone like that. Sewell has had a great reputation for decades and now I see why. Highly recommended.

We had the pleasure of working with the best sales person we have ever had. Gillian Lynch was amazing! She was patient with us and answered all of our questions. After our first meeting with Gillian I was sold. We even left the dealership and went over to the Lexus dealership in Grapevine where they offered to give us a cheaper price but the customer service at Sewell Infiniti was so much better. Trent was also great to work with we spoke quite a bit about different car options and my wife was sold on the QX50 that was in the showroom even though we start negotiation on another model. Trent was patient and made the deal work for the car that we really wanted. We took the car home Saturday and unfortunately it died on us Sunday however, we gave Gillian a call and she took the time out of her day to come meet us where we were. She allowed us to take her company car, waited on the tow truck to get there, and then followed him to the dealership. She was great in providing us updates as to what was wrong with car and was able to get the issue resolved in less than 24 hours. She then delivered the car to my wife at her job even though she was off today. Gillian also had flowers delivered to my wifes job for the inconvenience. If you are in the market for a new car PLEASE do yourself a favor and go see Gillian Lynch at Sewell Infiniti. I promise that you will not be disappointed, we will never buy another car from any other person for future cars. Thank you Gillian for being so awesome. We really appreciate all of your help!

Always had good experiences here, But not today.Dropped my car off yesterday for an oil change, Picked it up today it had a loud fuel smell and Smoke coming out the exhaust pipes (It’s 90 degrees outside).I turned around, they took it back to look at it, Came back and said my turbo was going out.I’m not a mechanic but I don’t believe turbo goes out overnight, not to mention the evening before they called and said the oil change was done and the car is in good shape only thing I needed was break pads and a new cabin filter....The manager was rude, told me unfortunately things like this happen and it was nothing they could do and to call corporate Infiniti and see if they would fix it...I NEVER WRITE REVIEWS...NEVER...But this is unacceptable.another mechanic said sounds like they put too much oil in the car....I will write a bad review EVERYDAY..until they come up with a better solution.

Before having my car towed to the dealership, I called to ask about the loaner car program. I was advised the only thing needed was full coverage insurance and a valid DL. I asked two different associates before having the car towed. Once the car made it to the dealership I then called to ask if a loaner was available and what was needed, again, full coverage insurance and a valid DL. Once, I get to the dealership my information was taken, Ryan the service associate comes back to advise me that they do not accept the insurance that I provided.I also, was advised that I would receive a phone call first thing this morning with an update of my vehicle. I called Ryan around 2pm or 3pm, no answer. I then received a text message, stating, Id receive an update on Monday morning.My issue is not only did I not receive an update at all on the promised day, instead of a phone call, I received a generic text.I feel this experience has been very unprofessional and very unexpected from a luxury dealership. I get better experience from the Dodge Dealership.I just dropped my car off 24 hours ago and I am very unhappy with the service at the Service Center on Lemmon Ave in Dallas.I feel that I have been discriminated against, I was fine to receive a loaner until I was seen, which I am a African American female. I was promised a VERBAL update and instead received a generic TEXT not PHONE CALL!

This was yet ANOTHER wonderful experience!!! This was the 2nd time we have worked with Sewell Infiniti. I have always loved Infiniti cars and it is always a pleasure walking in and BAM! the car that is meant to be ours is there! Literally The Razorback had 2 miles on her and they pulled her off the trailer for us to look at!Our sales representative was Sarah Everett, THAT is who you need to make an appointment with, ask for and but work with the BEST!My husband and Sarah went back and forth with her making the numbers work and on the 3rd pass she asked what can I do to earn your business today? He gave her the pay out amount, car payment each month and IT WAS DONE. Easiest car transaction in the world! My husband said, She did everything I asked for, so you like the car, then lets do it.This is a plus too! They will even come pick my car up for oil changes, routine maintenance to keep her running smoothly, cant ask for anything more OH and they bring me a loaner!DONT WAIT! Go See Sarah Everett!! I have coming to the Swell Infinity on Lemmon for years now, never had an issue until recently when picking up my car the gentleman hit my front bumper. Yes, I was upset BUT, I will say they excelled on the repairs and they gave my vehicle a complimentary interior detail service. First time Financing a car so i was skeptical of the experience. I emailed in via webiste on a sunday (when they were closed) when they were closed and Nick responded within an hour.Me and Nick started chatting, and i submitted a Credit App and some other very minimal information. I was approved, and Nick and the Sales Manager actually beat my asking Monthly Finance price by $40 a month. I then went in, test drove it, loved it, and was out in 30-45 minutes, Nick was very hospitable the entire time.Nick and Sewell also took the extra time to paint over some chips with no extra cost to me, speaking of cost i was also offered to be ubered there on their expense. my only complaint is the car wasn’t washed, but if thats the only complaint for purchasing a Dealership Car i am extremely satisfied and i recommend everyone to buy a car from here. They also offer free car washes at all of there dealerships. i will buy my next car from here, and Nick or anyone Nick recommends will be my person!!10/10

Buyer beware!! Not so safe safety check on used vehicles!My Husband and I recently purchased a used 2010 Lexus RX350 from Sewell Infinity.Everyone was very professional and seemed honest. Our Sales associate was Ryan Long.Ryan assured us all safety measures were addressed and the car was safe.They took the time to replace the rear brakes and the front ones were fine.Not true! The front brakes are unsafe. Why not take care of it all ???We understand that we purchased the car as is. We will take care of the problem.Sewell has informed us they will not fix them.Im sad we really didnt find a good dealership after all.Big deal made of the safety check... not safe.Thanks Jan Kerschner

Truly disappointed. Told that my remote starter could be reprogrammed with the NEW FOB’s that were created by Sewell. Wasted an hour of my time to be told it can’t be done because it’s aftermarket. I’m guessing it’s pretty easy to ID the starter, “look up the wiring diagram” and make the FOB start my car, again, like it use to. Obviously not.

I am an owner of an Infiniti G37 and I have been a customer of Sewell Infiniti for about three years. I am normally pretty satisfied with my services but today was a different story. I made reservations online to have my car serviced and I chose to have a loaner instead of waiting. I arrived this morning with the intent to have a loaner car reserved, but once the service associate took my insurance information, I was informed that Sewell Infiniti does not accept my insurance carrier and I would not be able to get a loaner. I was given a list with over 30 insurance carriers listed that are not accepted. Even after pointing out the fact that I was able to get a loaner two months ago, I was told the list is updated frequently and maybe my insurance was not on the list at that time is. I made some calls and found out this is only a policy for Sewell, no other Infiniti seller in DFW has this requirement. This is a form of discrimination and it left me feeling discriminated against and not to mention I was inconvenienced b/c I had to wait almost two hours and was very embarrassed. Policies like this dictate to the customer what insurance carrier they can choose in order to be able to get a loaner when needed. So nonetheless, after today I wont be returning to Sewell Infiniti for future services.

I had been looking for this exact car for 2 years- I live in Orlando- I called Sewell on Monday morning- I spoke with Kyle- we settled on the price - he called me back within an hour- I made arrangements to fly (with my dog) on Wednesday- I arrived about 10:30 AM - signed everything- this was the sweetest deal- best dealership (in many many many years) -when was the last time you actually had fun buying a car? well I had fun and smiled all the way (1150) miles home- I just want to thank Kyle and the Sewell family !

I had nothing but issues with this dealership. Day 1 starting with finance taking hours, coming home with a brand new car that had several dents in it, to multiple issues with the car and tires etc... I have leased 2 other cars from Sewell Lexus and NEVER had this type of service or experience. I would NEVER lease or buy from this dealership again. I now have found out after we returned the leased car, we were not offered some incentives that we could have used and benefited from. Sewell lost a loyal costumer due to my issues at the Infiniti dealership. I have now bought a car at another dealership bc of this.

I cannot say enough good things about Sam Fadduol. Although I did not purchase my car from Sewell, they have been the exclusive service provider for my vehicle. I always get top notch service, a clean car and amazing loaners. When an issue came up with my Warranty Sam was on top of it, communicative, transparent and more. I wouldve been out a lot of $$ if it wasnt for Sam. I am a Sewell customer for life!

Sewell is not just a car dealership, but an experience. I have never failed to be impressed by everyone that works there, whether the sales people, finance, and even more so their service dept. When asked if I want the same advisor I used the prior time, I always say I dont care because every single time I get great customer service, courtesy, timely follow-ups and detailed information. And if you plan it out a bit, they will bring a loaner all the way out to my house to take my car in for service, even if its just routine oil changes. Just an amazing place and staff. Customer service rules and makes all the difference.

Always trying to sell unnecessary services. I went in bc I needed a headlight bulb change and state inspection. They charged me a diagnostic fee. I didnt need that. I knew my light was out. BEWARE OF THE SHARKS!!!!!
