Plates took 7, Yes 7 months, to come in.Yes, they did make sure I had temp tags renewed severalTimes in between.I just have never hadTo wait thatLong to receive hard plates and registration.Other than that,GoodCar and good experience minus feeling stressed about myPlates.

Bought a 2013 Lexus GS350 F-Sport with Alex! First time try to buy online and have shipping out without checking the car clearly as least by FaceTime or video call to have the salesman walk around the car(will do it next time :)) I expected that used car but on the pictures they took details not showing the scratches like when I received the car so I call him right away and never pick up the phone like always and text him just to confirm that not from the shipping company before signing the papers but the way he acts I know it really not from the shipping company so I signed the paper cuz don’t want to keep deliver guys waiting. So I took that as my fault and end up paying like $1000 to get all the scratches fixed and front bumper repaint because whoever did the Body&Paint job for them they did horrible job! My point over here is what kind of the dealership is you calling and calling in will never pick up or answer the phone? Salesman never responds back to you? This is my second temporary license plate already and I have to pay out of my pocket because can’t get hold with any of whoever working at dealership! I know everyone in a hard time right now with the pandemic but it’s been 3 months already. Be honest with you guys that I don’t mind buying and waiting but I don’t like the way no response from dealership like after the car been sold it’s not your responsibility no more! I called the TX DMV and they said it’s take 45 days for the plate so I double the time for you guys because of the pandemic. Hopefully I will receive my actual license plate soon! Thank you!

I’ve been waiting several months to write this review.. I purchased my vehicle from Texas car world on May 21 2020.. I noticed that night leaving the car lot I already had a cracked taillight which caused the taillight to not even work which I did not notice before purchase. Alex mistry claimed to have ordered a taillight for me and he would find someone to install It but I have to this day not received any taillight from him so I ended up spending $312 to replace taillight just to be legal to drive on the road without worry. First sign of what kind of trouble I got myself into.. may 26th 2020 engine light came on.. I immediately called Alex mistry “Karan Mistry” his real name after doing some digging. I had already been discussing with him about the taillight so this was just another thing added onto the list .. the first shop he sent me to for repair “diagnose the engine light” was Infinity dealership.. took about 2 weeks but finally got my car back after being told the spark plugs were cracked and that was what was causing the engine light.. Alex did take care of that bill. I left that day, that evening came around engine light came back on!!! Called Alex immediately it took about a week for him to send me to WestwayFord in Irving to diagnose the engine light.. my claim started June 20th there WestwayFord had my vehicle til October 22nd!!!! Warranty took about a month in a half to do their part which eventually resulted in taking out my whole engine and replacing it with a remanufactured engine.. warranty sent over 2 engines both gave Westway ford Trouble.. eventually the 2nd engine that was sent was able to be tweaked and put in and my car was fine... warranty only ended up paying $800 towards repairs which didn’t even cut Into the dent of what I was going to have to spend eventually. I left with car from ford october 16th. 2 days later engine light back on.. took it back to WestwayFord now they diagnose the engine light as failed engine sensor.. October 22nd I picked my car up and finally have no problems after that.. during this whole time from June 20th til october 16th I was being charged rental fees from westway ford and Alex mistry told me he would cover them.. he did not. Eventually ford took the loner from me due to no payment and I was left with no loner nor my car therefore I had to come out of pocket for Uber’s from September 10th til October 16th.. meanwhile I was paying my car notes and insurance during the whole time I didn’t even have my car .. I only continued to pay my car notes because Alex misty told me if I handled my car notes correctly during that time then we will handle my rental fees.. i left out of westway ford paying over 3,000 to get my car released to me. That’s not even the final total of what I payed during This whole process.Alex mistry never paid $1 towards repairs nor rentals nor Uber and left trips. Not one dime!!! I have all documentation proving the agreements he was making with me from week to week . He even claimed of not being The owner even when the actual bank is telling me that he is. I find out at the very end of all this now he has closed down and disappeared . I am currently perusing a lawsuit against him but I just wanted to write this to make everyone aware of this man Alex mistry “real name Karan misty”. If I had read a review like this I would have never went to him so I hope this helps someone one day and maybe they won’t be in the same situation I am. If anyone would like to contact me more on this I am free to give all information I have.*UPDATE* as I keep digging I have came across what might be the new company name after possibly selling the previous nameTexas Cars 123STAY AWAY!!!

UPDATE:I wrote a review about 8 months ago and sadly I have to take it all back. Its going on 9 months and I still havent received my hard plate. I have been given extended paper tags ever since and been asking about my hard plate tags on a regular bases. Now when I ask about my hard plate Im told by old management who no longer work there that the company has been taking over by new management, and that theres nothing that him old management can do. Hint my paper tags are expired and apparently Im getting stuck in a scam because I can never reach anyone when I called the dealership or email them with their so call online process. I tried to give the new management a chance to fix the situation, but when I called and email no response from new management. Im sure new management seen my review since its been a one star for about 7 months now with this complaint, but is tip toeing around this review. So to me new management have no intentions on fixing the situation either. I called DMV only to find out there were never any order put in to receive my license plate. Im currently in process of filing complaint with the state of TX and an investigation is in progress. BEWARE!DO NOT BELIEVE ANY GOOD REVIEWS WRITTEN BELOW! I WAS COMPLETELY MISLED BY THIS CAR DEALERSHIP TEXAS CAR WORLD OR TEXAS CARS 123! JUST STAY AWAY FROM TX CAR DEALERSHIPS ALL TOGETHER!!!!

They post low price car, so you can go to find out its been just SOLD, what a scam, they have the same car sale pending for 10 days, when i personally go there to check it out, One of the sale person told me he just sold it 3 hours ago, Fishy Business going on, the car still sale pending for 10 days, i was there 4 days ago. they just want the foot traffic to trick to buy another vehicle. He suggested another high millage vehicle for me, NO thanks, i was not born yesterday, BUYER Be-careful.

They have a very nice collection of cars! The best dealership hands down! I went in for a car, test drove a few and found what I like. The deal was done in no time. I was promised a second car by Mike and he delivered. By the following week, he called me to say the new key is ready for pick up. Anyone needing to get a car, Ill recommend you go see them. Don’t waste your time!! Went Tuesday and test drove two cars. Both vehicles were out of gas and the second car I had to pay/pump gas myself because the salesman could not leave (he was the only one left and with customer at the time he gave me the key). Ended up picking the second vehicle, filled out the application. Salesman said he would tell me Wednesday or latest by Thursday what the bank decided bc they were closed for the night. Texted him Wednesday, he said no news. Did not even hear from him on Thursday. It’s now Friday and have yet to hear from them. It all seems super sketchy.. again, don’t waste your time.

Business with Mike was disappointment. The dealership may be decent place where sells cars for reasonable price but then of course when you want your seatbelt to work for safety, Mike said they would fix it or find parts asap.. here we are 2 weeks later.we had our mechanic that we trust to fix it for us. Dealership refuse to communicate with us or pay for it as they commit to do in first place. We are still proud of our truck but definitely disappointed with broken promise by Mike. He just continues to lie. 3 weeks later Alex who is also a management check for rebuishement that we had already got our seat belt repaired by our mechanic. I appreciate him trying to resolve the issues.

Had a great experience here at Texas Car World. Staff was extremely helpful with the entire process of the sale. Knowledgeable of their vehicles. Mike was on top of everything, as soon as I walked into the building a line of beautiful vehicles for me to check out. Test drove a couple and finally felt comfortable with my choice. Had a key problem with my vehicle, but mentioned it to these guys and they took care of it for me for an extra small charge. Beats a Lexus dealership price for sure. Will definitely recommend these guys and buy another when in need.

Great deals and great service. I live in Houston and these guys were the only ones within 500 miles to get me the car I wanted at the price I wanted it. Living 4 hours away, I was able to do all the financing part of it through their website. Very easy. They were able to match the rate my credit union was offering so I didnt have to make two stops to get all this done. Had my sister drop me off and 45 minutes later I was on the road in my new car. I would highly recommend these guys when searching for a used car.

Mike lied to me…On Tuesday 8/18/2016, I visited Texas Car World to check out a BMW 535i. I was there on behalf of my father who lives in San Antonio. I was really impressed with the facility and the staff. The car was “as advertised” and I was satisfied it would be a great purchase. After speaking with my father over the phone, we decided to drop a deposit of $200, this would ensure that they would hold the car until Saturday 8/20/2016. My father reserved a flight from San Antonio to Dallas but his flight was cancelled and he could not get to Dallas. I quickly called Mike and explained to him the situation and asked if they could return the deposit. Mike said yes, he told me that he could hold it for me to pick up or destroy it. Because I was in New Orleans at the time, I asked him to destroy the check and he agreed.On 9/17/2016 I was going through my finances and found that Texas Car World cashed the $200 check on 9/16/2016. This was a surprise to me because Mike told me that he was going to destroy the check. On 9/20/2016 I called Mike and he explained to me that it must have been a mistake and they accidentally cashed it in. He also went on to explain that he would need to get approval from corporate in order to get the money back to me. I figured I would give Mike a few days to sort this out plus I was out of town dealing with family matters. I called back on 9/26/2016 and Mike told me that he got the approval from corporate to return the money and I would just need to go there and get it. Today 9/29/2016, I stopped by the dealership to pick up the money and Mike was not there, so I waited 30 minutes for him to show up. After speaking to him for a few minutes he went to to the office. When he returned he basically told me that they can’t give me the money and that he is not allowed to give me any money or he could get fired.This whole situation has been frustrating to me. Mike appears to be a very likable guy but he was dishonest and deceitful. Had he been honest from the beginning, I would have been fine with losing the $200. Technically, they did hold the car for us but due to bad weather, we weren’t able to get my father there to buy it. I am very disappointed with the way Mike conducted himself in this situation. I am a fair and reasonable individual, the lying was not necessary. In the world of business, one should conduct themselves with integrity. To make things worse, Mike wanted me to call him back tomorrow because he kept insisting he would continue trying to get the money back to me. At some point I have to let go and call it a loss.

From start to finish; my encounter with Texas Car World was Awesome.. I called and spoke with Mike about a Mercedes S550 and had some finance questions. He immediately put me through to Alex in finance who answered all of my questions. I came in and was undecided once I saw the many choices of excellent vehicles. I was like a baby in a candy store. They let me test drive any car that I wanted to...mind you that it is now way after closing and Mike rode around with me in about 4 different cars. I finally decided on the one that I originally came in for and Alex submitted my application to the bank; however they were closed. I called the next morning; 30 minutes after opening and spoke with Alex who told me that hed just got off the phone with an approval; which means that he was already working on my deal as soon as he walked in. By noon; I had my new S550. Everyone that I met there was so friendly and accommodating and I especially appreciate the efforts of Mike as he was very thorough and knowledgeable which ultimately led me on my decision of purchasing my Mercedes S550 and the warranty. Its very nice to have a comfortable, no pressure car buying experience with honest; friendly people like Mike. I plan on buying all my cars at Texas Car World. Highly Recommend!

We were looking for a White Lexus IS 250 F Sport with red interior and came across the TX Car world on Car fax with one in stock at a great price and very low mileage. I called and talked to Jay to setup up the test drive and immediately fell in love with the car. Jay took care of us and even gave us a heads up about other buyers interested in the same car, but checked with us first to see what we had decided as far as making a purchase and Im glad we did because we would of missed out on this great buy!!. They were able to give us what we were asking for our trade in which made the whole transactions process so EASY and FAST with Alex (like less than an hour fast). Overall, we had an amazing and great experience with TX Car World and would definitely make another purchase with them.

I am not one to write reviews but I honestly feel this place deserves one.Ive been on the search for a nice luxury vehicle for awhile now.. I browsed online for weeks and came across TCW, I was pretty impressed with their online inventory, so I decided to give these guys a shot. I made time the following week to stop by. long story short..IVE NEVER in my life done business with people that have a genuine desire to please their customers, from the minute i walked in to the minute i left, they met all my expectations & then some. These guys are the true example of how a business should be ran!!

This was by the far the worst car buying experience ever. I communicated with the dealer from day one regarding my situation. I’m partially disabled and was preparing for surgery so time was of the essence. Finally I got a text saying he (Alex or Karan) has finalized my deal and to come in. I waited an additional two days and went in to purchase my vehicle. Everything went quite smooth. After driving the vehicle for about 15-20 miles the check engine light came on. I dropped the vehicle back off to the dealer two days after my purchase. Then all of a sudden I receive a text that my deal did not go through. He (Alex or Karan) explained the situation and said he would refund me my money. It has been nearly a month and I have yet to receive a dime of my money back. I have called, texted, etc but no response. If he was going to keep my money, he could have been honest but to lie and keep someone’s money that I work very hard for is unacceptable. I highly do not recommend this dealership. Worst customer service experience EVER!

This was my first car buying experience and it went perfectly! The BMW 328i I got turns some serious heads and working with Alex has been a breeze. Hes a laid back guy who truly wants to make his customers happy. Ive had the car for a few months now and have had zero issues. Im convinced I wouldnt have found this car on any other lot and definitely not for the same price tag. Im going to be recommending this place to EVERYBODY. Seriously, check em out.

Wow!!!!! This was the easiest car purchase Ive ever made. They had so many amazing vehicles (Lexus, BMW, Mercedes-Benz etc.) Making up my mind was the hardest decision I had to make. Just left their facility yesterday with a new car! I was so excited with it being my first car and all. To be honest i was a little skeptical at first on if they were gonna give me a great deal but at the end of the day the finance manager Alex helped me every step of the way to get into the car i wanted. I got my got my Ford Fusion from here about a month ago and these guys were great. I found out they are under new management...so if there are any bad reviews on here, Im sure they are because of the old management. My bank (Bofa) would only give me a loan if I went to one of the few major car dealerships.  Thankfully, they got me a loan with low interest no problem. The whole thing was easy and smooth.  They never pressured me or anything either. I got my Fusion at an insanely low price and its obvious thats how they stay competitive. The whole experience was great and thats why I dont go to the major dealerships!

Bad service the owner of the dealership Alex gave me the run around about my car I purchase 3 months ago he told me they been so busy they sold over 80 cars in one month we’re doing so great we getting a bigger lot Blah blah blah found out that was a lie I wouldn’t recommend anyone to this POS guy

My wife and I purchased a car from Alex at Texas car world, we understand they remarket cars and they are used so sometimes you have to live with tire tread and maybe a few dings, but I have to say not here. I asked Alex to take a look at the tires because one had a chip in it, he tells me Taylor dont worry about it Im going to get you a set of brand new tires. Amazing customer service its the little things I wanted to point out that he did for us because its those that count. He serviced our vehicle prior to us leaving with it, & told me Taylor customers who dont ask for much get the most! Well be back again, thanks Alex!

I WOULD NOT recommend going to this dealer, THEY’RE LIARS. I give this dealer 1 STAR, because I have been dealing with them since November 2016, when I bought my Lexus IS 250. I had made the deal with Alex (salesman & finance manager) on the sign up with the vehicle. We agreed on some fixes with the car when I signed everything and purchased the vehicle. It took a long time to go get car repaired and when he finally had time to take the car in for repairs, he gave it back with nothing fixed on it. They fixed something on the car that wasn’t the problem. He then adv me to take it to Lexus Dealer (it’s under warranty), I took the car there and I knew this was a cosmetic repair and the bumper to bumper wouldn’t cover what needs to be fixed. The Lexus dealer told me it’s going to cost 882 and some change to repair, I reached back out to Alex and never got any response on this issue. He has since, not reach out to me and it completely ignoring my calls and texts. He tricked me into going to the dealer to just get out of it and not follow through with agreement we have agreed on.I had HORRIBLE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE here and WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ON GOING HERE!! I have this all in writing, and will take this issue into further actions.They will tell you all these promises and put it in the contract with the sale and once they are done with the sale they are done with you. I have to say the only thing they did in the agreement was window tinting after 6 calls and pestering them. It took 3 months for that!DON’T GO TO THIS DEALER!!

My husband and I found out about this place online for a particular car, Alex was our sales rep and finance manager, he was very patient and caring. I got a car from this dealer on March 24 everything was great no complaints about that part. The process was easy and I got my car that same day amazing car my only problem is that I still havent gotten my license plates I tried emailing them and texting them its been a month now since I heard back from them nor have I gotten my 200 gas card. On the contrary there is helpful representatives that work at the dealer.On top of this the guy named Marco added 1,000 dollars on top of the listed price and I got prove of the statement he said because they wanted 2,000 down and I only gave Im 1,000 so the other 1000 will be added to the price. Sir that doesnt work that way. I will be going in soon to get my problem resolved. We all make mistakes but please dont hesitate to reach out to the customers.

Mike is super cool. The minute I walked in I knew exactly what car I wanted. I examined the car as he chatted with my boyfriend. He made the whole experience comfortable and friendly and exceeded expectations. The Lexus I bought had a couple scratches and he managed to help me get a whole new paint job on my back bumper and had my car detailed + more. He gave me advice on what insurance will help me save money... This is my second Lexus, which I bought my first one in another state and it was almost 11% APR, but mike and the others helped me bank with people who were willing to settle for 3% apr on my second Lexus. I just moved to Texas but if I knew more people I would definitely refer them to Texas Car World and hopefully if I live here longer I hope to buy all my cars from here :D .. I am sure you will love it here as much as I do.

I purchased a vehicle from them in March 2019. I live in New Mexico, and I worked with them via phone and email. From the first time I had inquired about the car I was interested in, I was met with prompt, and courteous responses. It took me almost two weeks for the deal to finalize, from making a deposit on the car, to securing my lending, then flying to DFW to retrieve the car. Throughout the process, this dealership was in constant contact with me to ensure I was taken care of, and all my anxieties were out to rest.When I arrived at DFW, they sent an UBER for me, and had the car ready for a test-drive upon my arrival to the dealership. The car was in the condition stated online, and there were no surprises with it, however, they wanted to ensure I was going to be wholly satisfied with my purchase, coming from out of state. The test-drive took approximately 15 minutes, and when I parked, they had the documents ready for me to review. They expedited my time at the dealership to less than an hour, so I had the maximum amount of time for my near-ten hour return trip.As a bonus for me, the 2 years of free oil changes transferred to my choice of local service locations here in NM. My car buying experience here was easily the least stressful, and very, very good. I had a very good car buying experience here.

They helped me get a car. Pray God your car doesn’t have any issue. If it does that will be another drama. Just plan on fixing because they won’t fix it even they will tell you the fix but they wouldn’t. My car Broke down in the middle of nowhere during winter with my 2 months old baby in cold. Issue that came up a few days after buying the car and they never fixed it. My premie baby end up having a fever the next day thanks to this dealer.

I got a good deal on a vehicle and speedy process. My only complaint would be just the communication when I had a issue after buying a car could of been better but overall I’m satisfied

Oh my…. Looks like some reviewers had a good experience. I did not. Typical used car sales guys here who are slimy, haven’t brushed their teeth in a couple years, are full of hollow and useless chit chat to divert your focus and attention, and who will say “yeah we’ll take care of that” and then poof goes any record of their promise or commitment to do so. I felt like I should have been wearing a voice recorder so we wouldn’t have had to go back through and remind them what they said they’d do. The sales tactics used to try and cheat me into an extended warranty were almost comical - so obviously a sham but presented to me like it was the deal of the century. They had some loser garage try to glue a trim piece down after I put a deposit down, but it made it worse – great, thanks. Sloppy, sloppy, sloppy around basic details – they say the car went to the dealership to get checked out and will be back by noon (didn’t happen), they say will get it fully detailed and ready by 5pm (didn’t happen), they say windows tinted and all done ready to be picked up by 6pm (didn’t happen), they say this little part was ordered from the dealer and you can come by and we’ll snap it in to place (didn’t happen). Also sloppy in the finance area as the finance guy failed to return my deposit – had to wait nearly a month to get it back. No attention to any detail apparent what-so-ever. I’m finally leaving and I had to ask for the 5th time, can someone please go get the other key to my car (they could have cared less if I left without the other key – replacement value $400 from Audi) ? At another point, the finance guy and one of the sales guys argued out loud about someone else right in front of my wife and I while signing our loan docs – so unprofessional and frankly made us nervous. The air conditioner in the building was dropping water on the desk we were sitting at – had to move to another desk – such an amateur place to conduct business. They blast dance music like it’s a club – kind of silly talking finance information over loud rap. All of these disappointments just trickle in throughout the process – had I known end-to-end what it would have been like – NO WAY would I have continued with the purchase. And that’s why you take the time to write a thorough, and truthful, review – so that someone else can in fact see what it will be like end-to-end. There’s too many other places to buy a car in Dallas – I highly recommend avoiding Texas Car World. Slimy and sloppy – probably out of business in less than a year.

It took me an hour in a half to scroll through all the reviews above and I was shocked to see a few negative ones. I searched all over DFW and Texas Car World was by far best dealership I have been to. Not only were they friendly and thorough but they went above and beyond to get me approved for my first auto loan. I would send anyone here. Guess i had to move my car and have been told i cant park in the handicapped parking even though im a 100 percent disabled veteran. So texas car world can use it even though they dont have handicap plates or placards.Its a shame .

I recently purchased a vehicle from this place and everything was going good until I asked for the second key for the vehicle they told me they had to special-order it made me wait for 2 weeks then whenever I went in to pick up the key that made me pay $250 that they never told me about beforehand and the gentleman that was helping me out he told me they had the key all along is just a scam but whatever will never use them again in my life and not recommend them to nobody

If I could rate the dealership zero I would my first initial visit was very good Steve was very nice and was very accommodating. I did want to look at a couple other vehicles because I noticed the car at txcarworld was had been repaired and in an accident. Another dealership actually showed me the car fax because txcarworld put the Vin number on the website and it indeed had been in an accident. Wednesday I am texting Steve and tell him that I do want to get the car and he said I can do a deposit of $500 but now the original online price has gone from $24995 to $25995. I screenshot both ads that were up. I just got off the phone with a sales manager he told me Steve found a better opportunity on Tuesday yet Steve is still texting me Wednesday night and this morning about the car. The sales manager told me that it sold on Saturday.As soon as I said I was going to write a review the sales manager started threatening me with a lawyer and becoming rude. Before I talked to the sales manager I would’ve considered coming in and looking at other vehicles because Steve was very nice. I hate to hear he has left according to this sales manager.

Ive recently purchased a car from this dealer and though I love the car I would not recommend purchasing anything from this dealer. Alex. Mistry is the epitome of a crooked cars salesman.It has been a nightmare ever since Ive driven off the lot. I have had several issues with the car (service light, replace battery, etc) all within a month and it has been a headache to get in touch with the owner or manager to resolve my issues. Save your money and go to a reputable dealer. I highly recommend ECar One in Carrollton I wish I would have just purchased my Mercedes from them

Wow! When you think of used car salesmen, you get into a cold sweat. Not so at Texas Car World. Ive been looking for that certain car for three weeks before I found TCW. I wish I had tried them first. Mike and Alex were such a plesure to work with from sale to finance. The car I chose passed a third party mechanic (which I higly recommend) with flying colors. Mike is still working with me after the sale to make sure Im a happy customer. So happy with my Beemer! Its a head turner.

I purchased a car from this dealership and the experience has been a headache. They are frauds! They did not pay off my car loan as promised and I have had to leave several complaints with the BBB and The State Attorney and it turns out that they have several lawsuits pending for the same issues. please research this dealership before you buy from them.

Cars have minor scratches little imperfections on the vehicles and they still want the price for asking thats ridiculous

The customer service declined as soon as I drove off the lot. I had two lights come on and I have not had the car for longer than a week. Its hard to get in touch with the owner of manager because they are never in the office I would not recommend this dealer and I am not pleased with the service I received.
