Just bought a Tesla and the car dies in 2 days because of all the electrical problems it had that they did not disclose. Screen constantly goes off and unable to use anything. They said it was a software update thats needed but they clearly know nothing about Teslas. The screen was leaking and they said it was glue. Another lie. Mike, one of the managers offered me to trade my car in for way less and put that negative equity on another car from them. Unbelievable... All these problems in the first 21 days.

We were looking everywhere for a used Tesla Model S and finally found one at OttoSource. We purchased a 2016 in excellent condition with low miles. Shaun was our salesperson and we had a great experience. Shaun was super helpful and very accommodating.

I was in the market for a Tesla, got tired of paying for gas long story short. Came to the dealership with a pre-approval check in hand and left that day with a Tesla Model S. Best service, not like the conforming, franchise, forced upon customer service but more of a mom & pops customer service with a warehouse full of luxury vehicles.

Ashley was very helpful and friendly. She was patient and knowledgeable, answering whatever questions we had. We weren’t quite sure which vehicle we wanted to buy, but after her help, we were able to narrow it down.

Caveat Emptor - may the buyer beware. Some of the vehicles were very nice and seemed reasonably priced. But many of them were not what I would call clean. On some the body wasnt straight, as evidenced by the gaps between panels; on some they seemed to be repainted, based on the texture of the painted surface; on others there was rough use, like the car had been used on vacations by families with rowdy kids, based on the scratches, rub marks, etc. Be careful.

Had been waiting quite awhile for an amazing car deal to treat myself after a divorce. OttoSource with the help of Jimmy, the manager, were able to help me find the car of my dreams for thousands below retail pricing at any other dealership! AND get an interest rate better than I was getting for myself at another bank ! They were upfront and honest from the start. Cant wait til I get my next car from them !

I Purchased a vehicle in cash from them for the full amount from them in June, Its August and I have yet to get the Title. Now remind you this is a luxury vehicle purchased with cash out the door.Texas law says the title is required to be provided to the buyer in 30 days from the purchase.So now the company is breaking the Law. I have also yet to get the plates on a vehicle which plates expired on 7/21/21.....today is 8/20/21.....no one has given me any information. If this is how they treat customers who come in to purchase a car whole on the spot, I can only imagine how bad things could be if you were to finance vehicle. I dealt with Ashley Reyes, and at times she seems nice, but she is just covering for all the the bad business this place is doing. Every-time I walk in there to get this settled, there are never any customers in the dealership. First dealership I have been to that is a ghost town every-time you walk in. Please if you value your money, time, or peace, stay far away from the place. Every person I encounter for the rest of my life, I will tell to stay away from this place. Good Luck

TERRIBLE DO NOT BUY FROM HERE, they are cheap when it comes to fix something simple. I got a porsche from here and they try fixing the seats like 3 times and couldnt and i fix them myself. They are no bueno

I had probably the best dealership experience at OttoSource, specifically with Ashley Reyes, that I can recall in the past 10+ years. She went way above and beyond the call to make sure I got the exact machine I wanted, at a great price, and with financing I didnt think I was capable of attaining! Cant recommend any higher. Ottosource has a great staff in general, as well as a great selection of vehicles.

Went in a bought an Audi S5. Very nice car. I only had my car for 4 days and the coolant fluid is leaking. Don’t understand how’s this is possible when only drove it maybe twice since I bought the car. Tried contacting the dealership....not helpful what so ever. I have an extended warranty on the vehicle that I was force to retain....but still no response. This is very upsetting and is the worse company to ever get a car with. They lies to get your money and when something mechanical going on with your vehicle after only having to for 4 days they give you a run around, like it can’t be fixed.

Buyer beware of what you are buying. I was shopping around for a car and found one on their site. Otto Source reported that car hasnt been in any accidents. It has been in two and has also had engine replaced, but they hid all of that info. BUYER BEWARE.

Spoke to a salesman named Dominick who told me the car was in great condition. I put down a deposit to reserve the car, and arranged to see it / buy it the following week. After I asked Dominick to send a few pictures of the vehicle. Dominick claimed the vehicle was in detail and he would get them to me asap. 3 days want by and I asked again, also asking there was anything I should know about, Dominic told me nothing you need to know about, I just looked at the car myself and it is in amazing condition, you are going to be very happy. I took him at his work and flew in to Dallas to see the car. (Dominick claimed they were too busy to pick me up at the airport) When I arrived via uber there were a minimum of 6 employees and 0 customers.)When I went to see the car, I noticed immediately the hood had been damaged. When asked Dominic he said he didnt see a problem! I put my finger in the gap and Dominic said teslas all look like this Then I walked over to the other 5 teslas in the room, none of which had a bent in hoodDominic says well these teslas are hit or missI go to the back of the Tesla, and visibly notice the taillight is not fully attached, when I run my hand across it, it literally falls off in my hand! Someone had tried to super glue it back in place!Lons story short, this dealership is a sham business. They operate a very shady business and have no problem lying about the condition of the cars. They claimed the car I was purchasing had no damage, when it was clearly recently repaired. BBB will be hearing about this too.STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. THEY ARE VERY DECEITFUL. I am having to call my cc company to dispute the deposit they have not refunded.

This was the first time we’ve been here and we had a really good experience. Ashley helped us and she was very friendly. She was up front with the price (and any additional costs) before we even drove down, which I appreciate, since we live 45 minutes north of Dallas. Even with Covid Ashley Reyes was absolutely wonderful and she really went out of her way to make sure that we had the best experience possible. I rated OttoSource 1 star for the following reasons:1. When i walked in, I wasnt immediately greeted.2. The salesmen were sitting in an office sharing the screen without wearing masks3. I was told that the car would be ready for me to see and drive when I arrived. The car had to be charged because the battery was dead and had a cracked windshield4. A younger employee had to drive it out of the extremely tight space for me to see the inside5. Before going to see the car that wasnt ready when I arrived, the salesman made it very clear that I needed to justify/convince him that I was a serious buyer. He said people come in all the time to look around. I told him I was interested in seeing and driving the car and did not want to waste his time or mine.As a hard working, fiscally responsible female, I left there knowing that I would never return nor recommend OttoSource.

Pricing inaccurate. Online shows a certain price for example “$34,599” and then they FORCE you into buying their “$2,000” extended warranty. They said it’s not an option and has to be included. Went in to see a 2019 which still had 4 years left on all warranty, but they forced me to get an extended warranty for 2 years. Also went to turn on the vehicle and the starter was out and the car wasn’t working lol. Avoid at all cost. Also they have the balls to give you an upfront price right when you walk in no negations and this is before even seeing the vehicle lol.

Dont be fooled by the inventory of luxury vehicles! I strongly recommend you take your business to a reputable luxury car dealership if you would like to be treated like your time, money, and business is valuable. It has been 2 WEEKS and still no resolution and no return calls from the managers Joel Martinez or Antonio Salinas. They sell you a luxury vehicle that they are aware has problems so you can use the warranty you buy from them to get it fixed. I would never have expected this level of unprofessional and inconsiderate customer service. PLEASE BEWARE! Spend your hard earned money with a reputable dealer the will treat you with respect. I would give negative stars but it doesnt appear I can do that. I will keep you posted on my progress with this matter. I feel like all buyers should have ACCURATE information about companies before spending your money. Standby....

We found a Lexus SUV online listed here. We contacted them and they called us first thing the next morning. We worked with Steve over the phone. He was very professional and helpful since we live 6hrs away. We caught a flight and arrived at 6:30PM. Steve stayed late to finish all the paperwork. He let us test drive it and got us all set. I would recommend Ottosource.

Ottosource had an ad for a 2020 GLE 350. I went to look at it for an out of state friend and AK showed it to me. When friend made an offer to the Ottosource manager, the manager claimed the ad price was a mistake. They wanted an additional $4k for the car, plus a $1,400 dealer prep fee. Typical shady used car dealer shenanigans.

We purchased 2 cars. Neither had the oil changed ( even though they told us the had done it) or were washed and gassed up. Just had to buy a $300 oil pan, which proves they never did anything for the car. Once the sale was made, there was no service from them at all. They lie just to get you off the property!

Purchased our Lexus CT a few days ago. With any big purchase, it can be exhausting but it was a very happy and successful time for us. A.K. was our dealer- a very straightforward, brief, no none sense, friendly man who we knew from the start understood what we were looking for and saved us the BS. Im probably purchased over 30 cars. EBay, local Etc. Ive had them shipped done all kinds of situations and this is literally the worst car buying situation Ive ever been in. I talked for hours to a young Yes Man, salesperson that told me everything would be fine as I drove to Austin to come pick up my car. When I got there I had to wait while it got inspected. I didnt mind but all this could have been avoided as well. as soon as I got in the vehicle I noticed that all the tire pressure system monitors have been taken off or stolen, regardless they werent there and one of the headlights wasnt even working. I found it really funny since it just got out of a state inspection that I was sitting 45 minutes on the couch waiting for. I didnt know that a car to pass state inspection with headlights that didnt work.Also the back passenger brake caliper didnt work as the rotor was completely rusted. I didnt realize this to a couple of weeks later but this is one of Carlene when you apply the brakes.I explicitly asked a salesperson if there was anything wrong with the car before I got a friend to drive me 3 hours to Dallas. Now Im trapped and I cant negotiate because their things wrong with a car that they lied about.I called them a week or two later and the general manager was elusive it would not correspond via email and was this moving Target on the phone never able to get in touch. I took the car to my mechanic and they fix the brakes for 300 bucks. They wrote this I owe you one sheet of paper for a headlight.One of the exchanges the general manager said this has been past 30 days. I said yeah and you knew you owed me a headlight and you never did anything about it. Im not supposed to remind them. Theyre supposed to provide me with a head like they were already notified and had paperwork in their system that they had to do this. they wouldnt even pay $300 for the brakes they never sent any headlight or money or a bulb after the GM said he would - a lie from Otto Swingler.Classic Carmen bait-and-switch set up. Once they had me drive-thru hours they knew that they had me and would have been super easy to make this go away. I also simply asked for them just to PayPal me three hundred bucks and call it good and he blew that off too (way less than the amount of their broken items that they lied about when asked on the phone.I grew up raised by a single mom and Im used to this typical male aggressive bait and switch screw you tactic - single moms, people on a budget or schedule beware. Deceptive and then they wouldnt fix the problem after they said they would, and then just told more lies about sending some bulbs. Please be cautious with Otto Source Dallas.

AK was a great salesman and had us in and out of the dealership with our car in less time than it took us to drive there. This was the smoothest car buying process we have experienced. Would go back to them again and ask for AK!

Wow, who knew this place was just right here in plain view. There was a prompt response to my web inquiry, Tiffani was helpful even though the Mercedes model we were looking at was gone. She sent a link of other cars that we liked. After the new year we will be making a visit.

This dealership is awesome! Not only because of their impressive inventory but the entire staff is wonderful. They are hospitable, knowledgeable, and are anything but the stereotypical salesmen. George and Abryean are an excellent team! They helped me pick my car, answered all my questions even ones unrelated to the car itself and were there for me every step of the way. Thank you for the quick service and awesome car! I highly recommend this dealership. Oh and this was my first time there! Will definitely come back for my next car.

If I could give them a zero star I would. We saw the vehicle on line after hours and called and left a message. The next morning we called again and were told the vehicle was still available and to let them know if we were coming and they would have the vehicle pulled up front for us to look at and drive. We called later that day about setting a time and again were told the vehicle was available. So on a Wednesday night at 5 PM in the rain, we started to the location and called to tell them we were on our way being told they would have the vehicle pulled up front. We arrived and the front desk girl put us with a sales girl [Aubrey]. After meeting with Aubrey she stated she would bring the car up, after several minutes she came back and stated she was still looking for the vehicle, several more minutes later she came back and said the vehicle had been sold that day but nobody put it on the sold list.....but they had some other vehicles we could look at. So we left feeling like we had been lied to just to get us into the dealership hoping to be sold on something else. On our way home I called back to Aubrey to express our feelings, she stated she would talk with her manager and she would try some other Avenues on finding a vehicle similar to what we had come to look at and she would call me tomorrow. After not hearing from her I called again and was told she would try looking for a vehicle similar and that her manager was going to call me about how unprofessional it was and talk to me about finding a vehicle. It has been 2 days and I have never heard back from either one of them and would never have heard from either of them had I not called the next day..I personally feel that the vehicle was never there. I also think it was very unprofessional to never have gotten a phone call with any sort of an apology. After reading some other Google reviews and several bad experiences on Yelp I would never advise buying a vehicle from this place unless you are a glutton for punishment.

I’ve been wanting a nice pre-owned car, and I always pass the dealership on the way home so I thought of going by to check out what they had to offer! Had a quick chat with Tiffany who was real friendly and helpful. Answered the few questions I had. I told her i was just looking so she told me to contact her if I decided to make a purchase and she would take care of setting an appointment for me to come in and meet with an associate! I appreciated Tiffany for A+ attitude, for taking the time to assist.

Angel was incredibly knowledgeable but also really cared about my questions. She is not what is expect when buying a car. So refreshing. Customer service like hers is almost impossible to find in this day!!

I was assisted by the receptionist Kim who was nice and sweet she then directed me to a salesman who assisted me and convinced me into my dream car I payed cash and was assisted by Perla who was amazing and patient with me

Had the pleasure of working with George on buying a sequoia for my wife. Going into the lot I was really hesitant on even trying to buy a vehicle because I knew my credit needed some work and I did not want a huge monthly payment. George was able to get me the price and payment I needed for my budget, he got me a spare key and key fob (that the car did not have). And he is delivering it with a big red bow to surprise my wife.
