Fantastic service! I came in on a Saturday morning for a tire replacement as a walk-in, and they got be taken care of and into a loaner quickly. On Monday, I picked up my car with the repairs done and a complimentary full car wash done. I paid and walked out with some chocolates in hand! Super freendly, fast, and easy.

Just purchased a 2020 Forester Limited. My experience at Sewell Subaru was great! Mainly thanks to Will Hunt! I live 3hrs from Dallas and Will took the time to send me several photos and walked me through the steps and the “negotiation” of all the finance items over the phone and email. I came the following business day, and was there barely 2 hours! Which is amazing! I test drove, signed the papers and Will took the time and walked me through every button and special feature this beaut has to offer! I’m just so impressed with this dealership, everyone was so nice and helpful, I will surely return to Sewell for future cars and cannot recommend them enough!

Im finally old enough to be buying a car for a teenager, and I am delighted that I was able to find what I was looking for at Sewell Subaru. We literally did the deal in one day (first email at 9a, drove away that afternoon) after I found the car in their inventory. I worked with Sarah to close the deal (Jessica handed me off after our several pleasant emails back and forth), and Chris assisted in the sale. There were a couple of minor issues to resolve both before and after taking delivery, and Sewell stepped up big time.This was my first purchase at any Sewell dealership, but I must say I really wish I bought all my vehicles from this company. Excellent customer service. Ive never been to a Sewell dealership.I called Sewell Subaru because my check engine light was on and I needed to get it checked right away and this dealership was closest to my job. I spoke to Brooke, she set up my appointment, answered all of my questions regarding a loaner car (I was worried about getting to work) she assured me I would get to work if no loaner car was available. Brooke was very polite and patient with me. I arrived at Sewell Subaru early in the morning and they provided a loaner car. As soon as I arrived at work Subaru service dept contacted me that my car was ready to be picked up. Took less than an hour. Easy peasy!

Now I have already had 4+ service visits for my manual WRX at this location.Corbin from Sewell service has been nothing short of Amazing. I always walk in unexpectedly and yet I am always accomodated with awesome new and clean loaner vehicles within no more than 10-15 mins.He actually listens to my concerns and work very closely with the technician Kevin to address my concerns.They fixed several main components in my gearbox that eliminated the 3rd gear grinding issue, it did take a week plus due to parts shortages.Ive recently had an oil change and had the stock shift plate adjusted near the 5th-6th and reverse gears.At first I thought the whole gearbox had to be opened up again & I anticipated another stressful week long plus wait and being stuck with a loaner. However that is not the case after technician Kevin was able to do a test drive with me in the vehicle AND then an extended one where he took my vehicle home and finally found the culprit to be the incorrectly installed stock shift plate that needed to be adjusted.Just to clarify that the COBB shift plate the fortworth shop installed was only on the left side shortening mostly gears 1-3, so I presume this issue was apparent from a long time ago and it just so happened to be present after I started driving out in the boonies more going into 6th and 5th gears more often.Although I have yet to experience the sales experience, I look forward to potentially grabbing a 2022/23 STI from this place.The fact that they are able to just almost always take me in as a walk in is pretty amazing and really saves me alot of time and stress from all these other places backed up 2 weeks+..I will say that maybe the service advisors could answer their phone calls more frequently and let the client know when their vehicle is ready for pick up before leaving at 5PM on slow days.The experience felt like that of a BMW or Mercedes dealership.I appreciate you guys thank you

The 2019 Outback is full of problems. The battery goes out after 10 minutes of usage. We’ve already had to jump start the car 2 times and changed out the battery once. The passenger window and trunk does not shut properly at times. There was a “loose screw” near the driver side rear tire making noise and causing the tire to steer to one side. All these problems under 2 years of purchase. Not the mention- the car wash service should actually not really be a selling point as they barely touch the vehicle during cleanings. I get my car back with the same dusty dash and crumbs on the seats.People are nice and customer service may be great- but the quality of product is pretty sketchy.
I just bought a new Subaru from Sewell. I have never had a good buying experience with a new car purchase, but in this case, it was amazing! I started with Sewell Lexus in Fort Worth to get an appraisal completed, and they were efficient and super to deal with. I then was connected with the Subaru dealership in Dallas. From the first call with that team they made the process painless, then I was lucky enough to be handed off to a consummate professional, Byron Robalino. Byron is the kind of salesperson you want to work with. He took care of getting me everything I needed to do remote paperwork, followed up on everything, then delivered the car at 9:00 on a Saturday night after driving over an hour to get to my house. He then spent nearly an hour making sure I understood all the features and safety aspects. It was 10:00 on a Saturday night! I highly recommend this dealership, and Byron!

Brad Jolly was helpful in a unique and uncomfortable situation.However, my whole experience was ruined and overshadowed by the Finance Manager John Lopez. To say he was rude and unprofessional is an understatement. So disappointed in my Sewell Experience because I had such high expectations after doing a lot of research on finding a dealership.

Unprofessional and just honestly down right baffling.Went into trade in my 2018 Honda CRV which has a bunch of equity in it. sadly my car had been vandalized so I provided the damage estimate with the trade. Picked out a forester and a Impreza as I was going to buy two cars. Needless to say it didnt go well. They low balled and I mean low balled my car. By 9k off. They basically wanted to pad all that money for them selves and turn around and sell mine for like 29-30 yeah ok sure. So I walked. Talked it over with my husband and we decided to do one car asked for a discount on a Impreza and got a response back from Hayden Steed with a text of i wouldnt miss your business over a 50-110 dollar discount. Not only is that rude but extremely unprofessional. I ended up going to Sewell BMW in grapevine and buying a impreza up there that was brought in on trade. I understand that the car market is insane at the moment. However that is 0 excuse to treat people so rudely. I am completely disgusted.
My first experience buying a Subaru-- in a pandemic-- while 6 months pregnant! I was a bit nervous about the test driving situation given my caution around COVID. Sewell as a whole and Sarah Halverson specifically made the situation very comfortable for me. Never gave me any pushback about bringing a car to my home, and doing everything remotely. She didnt try to oversell anything, she talked to me like a real person. Plus I loved buying from a woman :) Very happy with my brand new Forester!

When I went to the dealership it was more to test drive a couple of vehicles but Emmanuel greeted me at the front door & I immediately felt at home. Although I had never driven a Subaru before, all my research showed it to be a great vehicle and I was also impressed with the reviews of the Sewell Subaru dealership. Their customer service was wonderful. It was neither pretentious nor lacking. I was treated with complete courtesy and respect from everyone I met. I worked with Emmanuel Todo and was very impressed with his knowledge and patience. I appreciated his explanations especially regarding all of the safety features of the Subaru. He understood exactly what I wanted and didnt try to push me into more. This was very important to me as Ive hated the hassle I received from other dealers. The whole process with Emmanual and Sewell Subaru was efficient, smooth and pleasant and I highly recommend both.
I had the best experience with my trade-in / new lease of the Ascent at Sewell Subaru. I have always purchased cars and was nervous about leasing. My sales associate William Hunt was extremely patient in walking me through the process. I received exceedingly superb service from him and the other members of the team. William Hunt even bought 2 pink stuffed unicorns for my little girls, which were strapped in the back seats when we picked up the car. I received follow up calls to make sure I was happy with the car and emails from the technology specialist to make sure I understood how to use all the features. I recently had a oil change service for my 2019 Subaru in this dealership. I was shocked by the oil change price. I was not advised in advance and they told me to pay around $80 for oil change and advised me to change my cabin air filter for $71.67. I recently moved to this area, and I did my last oil change by around $49. My car is only 10,500 miles and they didnt explain and they didnt show me my cabin air filter for advising me to change. My friend bought a Subaru in other dealership and they did offer a free oil change for new customers. Staff there are generally friendly, but I just felt disappointment for the service part.

I brought my 09 forester in because of a clunking noise up front for a $99 inspection. It turns out it was just some loose bolts. They gave me a loaner car free of charge while they inspected and had it fixed and didnt even charge the inspection fee at the end of it.
My wife and I recently had the privilege of working with Sarah Halverson on the purchase of her 2021 Subaru Outback. Sarah is the ultimate professional. She walked us through each step of the process and kept us informed every step of the way. Sarah found the exact vehicle we wanted, guided us through the online appraisal process, and presented the numbers to us all through email and text. She could not have made it any easier for us. When we arrived at the dealership the car was ready and full of fuel. After signing some documents Sarah spent an hour going over the features of the car with my wife. The Safety features incorporated in the Subaru are nearly overwhelming and amazing at the same time. Awesome dealership great advisors but I had my outback serviced here a couple days ago and it seems like the tech taking care of my car left some oil on it, to help you : look at passenger window look down pass the chrome molding and you’ll see some oil stains, but other than that good visit to this dealership everyone treats you like a rockstar

Worth driving from Tyler to get a better deal and a better experience. I was prepared to battle, negotiate, suffer through sales tactics and hackneyed one-liners (thats how it is in Tyler with Peltier). Instead it was strangely pleasant, no dirty tricks, easy negotiating, mutual respect, and overall as painless as I could imagine car-buying to be. They gave a generous valuation of my trade-in, and a good deal on the 2020 pre-owned outback we bought. My wife and I celebrated saving a good 1500$ by treating ourselves to a nice dinner in Dallas before heading home. If you shop with Sewell ask for Sarah Gilliam, she was incredibly helpful and kind throughout the whole process.

He made everything simple and really tried to do everything he could to make me feel welcome, save me money, and answer all the questions I could throw at him. He made it even more special by throwing in complimentary model-specific all weather mats and a nice Subaru hat. He was very transparent and noted everything on the car that kept it from being in perfect condition, and then worked with his team to mitigate as much of it as possible. When I picked up the car, William was outside detailing it himself just to make sure it was perfect. So heres a big thanks to William Hunt at Sewell Subaru.

I worked with Paul Harding and couldnt be happier with my experience. We texted some on a Saturday and discussed what I was looking for. At this point I had test driven every car under the sun and been to multiple dealerships. Every time I would go to another dealership it always turned into Well if you want we can do this today, but we have to go back and forth to the manager multiple times. I went in Monday morning to let Paul see my trade and to drive. I had narrowed down my choice to a Forester and Outback. After driving them both again I asked for numbers on both. Paul was extremely accommodating and I decided on the Outback. The numbers were better than any dealership for the level of car I was getting. I walked in at 9:30 and left by noon with a choice made and Paul worked to get the color I wanted. I was able to take delivery on Tuesday where the entire process from walking in the door to driving out was exactly 45 minutes (including signing paperwork). There was no hard sell on extended warranties or add ons at financing. Overall a great experience and probably a new Sewell customer for life.
Ive never purchased a new car before, so heading in to a dealership for the first time was a daunting experience (based in part on all of the horror stories you hear about pushy salespeople and hidden fees). After reaching out on Sunday (note theyre closed Sundays) to schedule an appointment, I heard back first thing Monday morning and was set up with a time to meet with Sarah. From the moment I arrived, the entire staff was professional and courteous, without feeling stuffy. Sarah gave me an overview of the process, we walked through what I was looking for in features, and she quickly identified a car in their inventory that ticked all the boxes. The test drive wasnt rushed, and Sarah took the time to answer my questions throughout - she was great at organically bringing up features that Id otherwise not notice when I ran out of questions. Having settled on the car I tested, we started the process of trading in my old car and completing the requisite paperwork. Again, Sarah and Brad (from Finance) distinguished themselves with transparency, explaining the misc. fees and requirements of the process - at no point did I feel uncertain about what I was signing or that I was being up-charged. During delays (it takes time to buy a car), Sarah took me around the dealership for a crash course in the car & buyer after-care offered by Sewell Subaru, which is robust! Once my trade-in was valued (very fair offer) and my loan was approved, she made even more time to ensure I was aware of the final steps (license plate, insurance transfer, etc.). With keys in hand, I got a final course in the ample controls in my Forester and was on my way - all in less than 3 hours. It was a fantastic experience, and Id strongly recommend Sewell, Sarah, and Brad to anyone looking to purchase a Subaru!
