Got out couch under 2 hours 😊 been enjoying it since Saturday. Furniture is amazing! Also the prices are very good for such nice looking couches and furniture. Very nice people work here, very helpful, gave amazing deals! Already bothering my husband about going back this weekend 😁

As soon as I walked in I was greeted with warm welcomes and smiles from the employees. I enjoyed looking at the furniture and they did an amazing job helping me make sure that I get what I want....and I also they worked with my budget to where I can walk out comfortable and happy. I located this store on Google. They have relocated from Carrollton to the Design district in Dallas . This showroom is a family owned business for past 12 years. They are located on Farrington Street, 10 thousand square ft bldg. This family has to put their heart and soul into renovating this location . The Google photo on the site is how the building was before the renovations. So when you pull up you will see how they completely changed the exterior to a more modern chic look. When you scroll through all the Google photos, it will show towards the end how the showroom exterior looks and photos of the showroom inside. Needless to say, this place is beautifully displayed and peaceful when you walk inside the showroom. It feels like home. They feature modern, contemporary, transitional and traditional furniture. They took the time to take care of every need and budget. I felt special to receive their undivided attention without rushing me and my family. I furnished my new condo downtown. Deliverey was a breeze no complaints. The delivery service made sure all my pieces were where they needed to be . Had my family over for holidays and they were impressed beyond words . I smiled a mile long . So family from California are moving in a couple of months and they are now viewing on their website to furnish their new home. I give this family business 10 stars if I could. I recently moved to the Dallas area during the COVID-19 pandemic which made shipping a nightmare. After two months of searching for a couch, searching online, dealing with delays and cancellations I randomly stumbled upon this store and met Mauro. And let me say I am so glad I did. From the moment I met him he was so amazing. I showed him a sample of what I wanted and he immediately had the perfect couch! Got it to me in less than two weeks and was so personable and thorough. I had an excellent experience from this company! My wife and I looked all over Dallas for realistic priced furniture that was leather. We searched everywhere and right before we pulled the trigger we ran across this company. Their top-grain leather furniture was not only cheaper than anywhere else we looked, it was more comfortable when we visited in person. The owner is also a very humble, gracious, and good man. He runs his business very well and cares about the customer. I ended up buying a mattress from him as well and have enjoyed both purchases! Highly recommend.

We ended up having to cancel an order for a large sectional because of a financial need that arose between when we ordered and when it was delivered. Mauro was understanding and gracious and made sure the cancellation went through in a timely manner that allowed us to recoup the funds and address our financial need. Before that, Mauro was great at throwing several good options our way when it turned out the item we purchased online was back ordered for a couple of months (thanks, COVID). It was a great experience despite the fact that we never finally purchased a sectional. We will certainly seek out designer furniture for less when next we are in the market.

This may not have been my first option when looking for a new dining table but it definitely should have been. There is a lot of different styles of furniture in the small space and even if they dont have what you want or if youre not sure of what you want, they will help you figure it out and get it to you quick. Kevin is very knowledgeable about the various brands and qualities available.We ended up ordering a rustic table with chairs and a bench seat for an amazing price. It was available to us within 2 days and the delivery crew was quick, polite, and thorough. The table is just so pretty and very solid. Definitely not that gross cheap stuff you always worry about getting stuck with when buying furniture.We are going to get all our future furniture through this place.tldr; well priced quality furniture? yes! absolutely awesome customer service? yes! overall experience? perfect.

This place is well worth checking out! It was pretty busy when I went, but I was greeted and helped immediately. The warehouse isnt heated so it was a little cold, but the main showroom was set up nicely! Our delivery went great and I will definitely be back!

I cant believe some of these reviews. Anyways I had a great experience I believe the guy who helped was named Brian so sweet and polite and he even backed my uHaul truck in for me. It would of taken us a month to even get that part down. Anyways one day I went to their store in hopes to find a sectional; Issac was helping me and he told me about the size and what I could be getting. I found this beautiful red sofa that was large enough for me and friends to sit on when we have kickbacks.Will find a accent chair their next! Wish I could provide a picture but my review will have to do!!!!

****update****I would like to give an update on my previous rating. I was contacted by Brian and we managed to straighten things out I will say that communication is key and I was partly to blame for not following up due to anger and lack of patience. Needless to say Furniture 4 Less has taken care of me and my warranty claim for my cushions and they did it with a smile and great customer service. I previously failed to mention that Ivan is great I had a pleasant experience with him when I purchased the sectional as well as when he assisted me with getting the warranty claim filed form my cushions. I would recommend Furniture 4 Less as they truly have great prices, good quality furniture and I can now add that they stand behind their products.

Ivan has sold me several items. He is always so helpful and so nice!!! He sold my mom some chairs and treated her so well. I have recommended this store and Ivan to several of my friends. Always a great experience ...THANK YOU!

Do NOT buy furniture from this company. They got our order wrong (color) and then we had to wait another week for delivery. Recliner received had nails sticking out the wrong way! They wont do anything about it. The quality is very poor. You can get the exact same stuff at Big Lots for less! For what you get, their prices are not discount! Kevin, the owner said he would compensate for the mix-up of the order but never did anything. He wont even call back!! If you like getting ripped off then this is the place for you! I would definitely stay clear! Kevin was very nice when we were buying the furniture as all salespeople are but once he had his money we were nothing to him; absolutely no customer service whatsoever!

I shopped around for a particular living room set I had in mind. Its hard to find honest prices that are not sky high. Spoke to Ivan, I showed him what I was looking for and he actually found them with their local supplier. After 7 years of having my old set of sofas, they have been upgraded lol. Ordered an Ottoman online on their website. Found the lowest price, which was great and found out (from calling them) that the item would arrive at their store at least a month earlier than the estimate I had gotten from Nebraska Furniture Mart. Placed the order. Only issue was that I never received any follow-up about how long it would take for the item to arrive at the store for pick-up or didnt receive notification even once it arrived. But I kept calling every few days to get an update on my order and they were good with providing that. Pick-up service was quick and easy. Ottoman quality was great. Box did not show any signs of being mishandled. I would certainly recommend them.

I ordered a mattress online. My advice to u is go in store and check what you are buying! Read the fine print! The images are deceiving on the mattresses online and if u are not careful you can make a severe mistake. After paying in full, that deception ended up costing me half of what I paid without even getting the mattress. Basically giving away $200 free. Be aware of what you are buying!

Arrived at 3pm, to a locked door. Hours say open till 7. We called and a man answered who didnt sound happy about being there. Informed us that he just came back from lunch break. Finally got in, and had a list of furniture we had picked out online. He asked what we were looking for and we told him, he said they didnt have it. Asked him about another piece of furniture, they didnt have that either. Didnt mention anything about ordering and waiting until I brought it up. Just going to look somewhere else where business is appreciated.

My wife and I went on 03/20/17 because we fell in love with a sectional set we saw online. We wanted to see it to make sure the size was ok before we ordered it. I asked the guy that was there (looked like he hated to be there) and said he didnt have it, I then asked him if he had something similar and he said no, never even looking at us or the image I had on my phone. We were just ignored while walking the store. It was the worst feeling of been ignored when we really wanted to buy the set, guy was not helpful at all, I wish someone else was there to assist us since we really wanted the set. We will be looking at a different place where they appreciate walk-ins better.

Bought a bunk bed from this hole in the wall and completely regret it. All I wanted was assistance in making sure my bed was properly put together. I was talking to the workers who were hispanic. Not a big deal but i felt neither one of us completely understood the other.The communication between them and I was not great so I called the office to which the rookie salesman told me I was racist because i didnt understand the contractor and he didnt understand me. Then the salesman/ manager proceeded to cuss me out. Do not buy from this 3rd rate furniture store. They dont deserve anyones business. I thought it was funny how the manager explained to me what sales people do. The good ones i know and have worked with, are too great at what they do to cuss out one of their customers. Great salesman can use their intelligence to fix a problem not cuss words. The bed has damage to the rails and because of the way they treated me it is very unlikely they will fix it.

My father and I got their at exactly the time they open, 10 AM sharp. There was no one there so we waited 5 mins, until an man drove up. We asked him if they were going to be open. A legitimate question seeing that it was Labor day Monday that day. He answered with an arrogant, rude tone and attitude saying Im here, arent I?! Not at all a great first impression. When we got into the store, he kept following us around like a puppy dog and made me feel uncountable. I was already upset with the way he greeted us at the beginning. We quickly got out of their and didnt make any purchases, which is u fortunate for them because they would have received a lot of business seeing that I was in need a full funiture sets for 3 rooms. The selection, in all fairness wasnt too bad. I would have definitely bought a few pieces if we were treated with some respect.

Bad Bad Customer ServiceWanted to buy new furniture for my living room and I found this place online. When I called they seemed very unhappy and acted like they didnt care if they got my business or not. I figured he was having a bad day. The next we went into the store and it was the same guy,with the same negative attitude. I asked him about the furniture and he told me i need to look it up online. Seriously! We left and went to a different place which had great service. Avoid this place. Very rude!

I was going to buy a bed from Wal-Mart but they had the exact same bed for $20 less.

Dont wast your time or your money. The service was unfriendly, The little man was unknowledgeable about products online and there was no willingness to assist in finding the items that I inquired about. There are much better stores in DFW that would appreciate my business.
