I went in the store on May 12th to purchase a tempurpedic set. I was looking for one on the discount clearance but was told there werent any available. So I put in an order for a new one. However my husband found one on discount the next day at another store and we paid 3k cash. I told him I was concern about getting my refund first before spending more cash but he assured me that I would have no problem. Needless to say when I arrived at the Addison location to pay cash for the clearance the store manager Sharon from lovers lane location was there and seem very upset that I had cancelled my order. Adedire Adesida the store manager at Addison where we found the clearance bed stated that they are good friends and that he would give her half the commission he made from the clearance purchase since she was upset. I didnt care about any of that I just wanted my bed and refund. The lady was so upset she didnt even speak which I felt was very unprofessional being that you are a store manager. Needless to say I have yet to receive my refund in full for my cancelled order..I have contacted both store managers at both locations several times. It has been almost two months and we have been getting the run around saying its in the mail. I paid with 3 forms of payment but have not received the cash portion. Adedire was only concerned about making a sell and me giving him a good review so that he can keep his good ratings.However when it came to him helping me get my refund back he was very unproductive. Me and my husband have reported them to the BBB and we hope we can get this resolved before proceeding to the next. Also I requested the contact info for there headquarters but was told there was no way for customers to contact them. I will keep you posted .

Sharon Roth is the person to see when you need to sleep better. She manages a store with the best of the best in mattress options. My husband and I worked with Sharon to find the best sleeping mattress that worked for both of our different needs, and also is the dreamiest mattress we have ever had! Definitely use this particular location (not all Sleep Experts are the same!) and ask for Sharon!! Even when the mattress was so popular it was not going to be in stock for a while, she allowed us to use another high end mattress in the interim. And she monitored the warehouse to see if another of the bed we wanted came into the inventory faster than anticipated. Not only was she extremely knowledgeable with helping me find the comfiest and most supportive mattress I’ve ever slept on, but when synchrony bank gave me issues with financing she stepped in and helped me deal with them herself. I bought the mattress on Saturday, and she offered delivery the next day, on Sunday, on a holiday weekend. Wow! I had a special request that I called her back for, regarding the delivery. Sharon took care of it on the spot. I will recommend Sharon and this store whenever someone is needing a mattress. BTW, I tried the online route buying a mattress, and it didnt work out for me. I recommend buying a mattress the good old fashioned way, no matter how great the online reviews are for a mattress. The young lady name Jasmine in the store is supper super nice! Me and my husband came in to do an exchange with a mattress we previously bought at Mattress Firm. She took her time with us, gave us the choice to come in each day and try the two beds we were stuck between but ultimately we picked a bed, she honored the same price we spent and even made us laugh a little. Then after we received our new bed she sent us an email and gave us a call to see if everything was alright.

I spent almost 20k with them. They delivered one of the twin XL’s to the house covered in stains, I didn’t notice until they left but immediately within minutes called the store and emailed pictures of the stains. They said they would be back in a week with a new mattress. When they got there said they couldn’t take because the mattress was stained. WHAT?????! You delivered it to me this way. I’m at a total loss for words. DO NOT SHOP HERE!

Mattresses are very complicated LOL. There is a lot of stuff I needed to know because I am having hip surgery because of bad pain. We went to the store so that we could have some help with some of our questions. The Manager of this store was helping us when another customer walked in. She proceeded to go help the other women, and helped her while we waited for 30 minutes. We were very frustrated by this and thought it was very unprofessional. We ended up having to find an employee from another store who was at her store helping her move a bunch of mattresses around. We had to stop him and ask for help with our questions. If the manager wouldve asked us to please hold on a second while she helped this other woman I wouldnt be writing this post. She left us and helped the other woman for over 30 minutes checked her out and never came over to check on us. We kept looking over at her wondering if she was ever going to come back. I always feel like a little communication especially from the manager is very important. We decided to go to the other employees store and give him the commission on the 2500 that we spent.
