Absolutely the best experience Ive had at an automotive shop. Ive never even written a Google Review but this place was so great I had to spread the word. I used to be a begrudging customer of Firestone but this place was a complete night and day difference. The waiting room was quiet, clean, and lovely. The employees were helpful, respectful, and relatable. The wait was extremely reasonable and less than quoted. I had them take a look at everything on my car and they didnt find anything wrong with it, so they didnt even charge me or attempt to sell me on something I didnt need. Will definitely be giving them my business again.

On a scale of 1-10, I give them 10. Their customer service is great. They’re professional. My car died on the road, so I took my car and left overnight. They did a car diagnostic test and didn’t find an issue, so they didn’t charge me anything. They even pay for my Uber rides. I love EVERYTHING about this company. They have top notch customer service. And thanks to Tyler. He is kind and helpful. I highly recommend this location.

Everyone my mom and I came in contact with were extremely kind and helpful. You could tell they were genuine in making sure that they explained everything where it could be understood by someone not in the automobile industry. Cant say enough good things. The only place I truly trust! They’re honest men that aren’t trying to nickel and dime me, especially since I’m a woman unfamiliar with cars. They handle everything in a timely, professional manner, and they really care about their customers. I used to take my car to the dealership for its needs, but the quality of service does not compare to Christian Brothers!

I went in for a travelers check, which they did at no cost. I asked about an appointment for a state inspection and report, and they were able to do that as well. I appreciated their not making me come back! My wait time was minimal. They provided water and a snack. They were courteous and professional— a good experience overall! I have had repairs done there previously. I recommend them wholeheartedly!

Totally disappointed. I took an appointment with this location on Friday for Monday, 30th August. And when I went to the service center by travelling 6 miles ( to and fro it was 12 miles in Total) it was closed. If you were closed on Monday, you should have informed me proactively on Friday itself and informed me to reschedule the call for a different day. I am never going here again to service my car with unprofessional people. Zero rating.

After a few days of having my vehicle for more time than was expected trying to figure out why the interior lights weren’t coming on anymore they were generous enough to rent an amazing vehicle for me in the meantime out of respect for my need to go vote and to be at work in a timely manner.The amount of compassion they seem to give and concern about the vehicle’s performance is comforting. Starting from the first phone call I made to CBA, the employee was very professional. Every time I called CBA, all of my questions and concerns were answered. The whole process was hassle free. They took very good care of my SUV. They sent me text updates to keep me informed on every step that was taken to get my SUV back to running well. This was my first visit there and definitely won’t be my last. When they told me my SUV would be ready; it was! I highly recommend CBA to anyone looking for the best quality of service. I picked my SUV up two days later and as soon as I drove it off ; I could tell that the job was done correctly. Every employee was very kind. If I could rate CBA 10 stars; I would! The service was very quick. I came on a Wednesday at store opening time, the rep was finishing up his breakfast and mentioned that the owner brings breakfast to the employees every Wednesday. That statement made me appreciate my decision to have my state inspection done at their company. It’s the little things.

I absolutely LOVE Christian Brothers, the one in North Dallas and the one in Murphy. The men at the location in North Dallas have treated me so kindly and have taken care of every single one of my concerns. It’s also nice (being a girl) and not feeling taken advantage of. They have always done such a fantastic job working on my car.

I locked my keys (and 5 month old son) in the car a few months back. The weather was actually nice so at least it wasnt dangerous for him. We called them to ask if they had a recommendation for someone to come unlock it. I guess they werent busy at the moment and they came immediately to open my car for me. FREE of charge. It was extremely kind of them! Definitely recommend them!

They definitely squeeze people for more $$$. Everything they told us was later debunked by a different mechanic. To be fair, weve had better experiences at other locations. this one was an outlier.

At 8:30am my car broke down and I remembered that their was a CB right by my house. The tow truck driver dropped off my car by 10 and at 1 pm I received a text message what was wrong (tensioner belt ) and what the cost would be, they didn’t mess around and it was ready the next day.. good service and great guys

My wife had extensive neck surgery and her sister drove her car to the hospital to be with her post Op! When she was leaving to come home the car wouldn’t start or even turn over, and wouldn’t jump start. We regularly use Christian Bros. where we live about 30 miles away. I contacted them and they suggested another Christian Brothers shop about one half mile from the hospital. I called and explained the problem and had it towed there. Just like the shop near our home it was fixed the next day, and at a very reasonable price, I might add. Quick response time and fast results. That’s why we chose to use Christian Brothers. It is done, and done right every time.

Very professional and super communicative! Brought my car in for new brakes and a once over. They recommend a few things that needed repair (older SUV) when it was a bit more extensive then I anticipated they helped with prioritization. They were extremely communicative throughout the repair process and brought my car to me once it was finished. I am a repeating customer and will continue to be!! Would give them 6 stars if I could! :)

I moved from California took my vehicle to Honda dealer for oil change. Later I discovered there was no oil. Dealer had car picked up and there was no record of it. I found Christian Brothers on AAA, this is my second time, they are honest and courteous.

I love Christian Brothers! Ive been to 2 different locations in Dallas and they have both been wonderful. The workers are so pleasant and kind. When I had to get my battery replaced, they got me an uber home so I didnt have to wait there while they were waiting on parts. Impeccable costumer service. And when I asked for a break inspections, they were very transparent with the cost of the inspection as well as the results. They were honest in telling me that it wasnt time just yet and it could wait (less money out of my pocket that day!). Then recently, I got my oiled changed and breaks checked out again because it was a year since last inspected and they were still above 50%... #blessed. I got my AAA discount and Tom showed me all the things I could get done, but again he was so transparent and honest with what truly needed to be done...which he said none of it needed to be done immediately. I got the oil changed anyway, but I trust their work and honesty. They are not trying to scam people and pinch their pennies and all the costumers seem really happy and even grateful. I wont go to another mechanic shop in Dallas! They also offer complimentary used car inspection before buying - NOTED. If I could more than 5 stars I would :D

I was able to schedule online and received emails confirming and reminding me of the appointment. Drop off was smooth, no waiting, and the inspection was done quickly. I feel like this is the first time I’ve had an inspection where they didn’t try to get me to replace something as minor as windshield wipers. It was nice not to feel like they were trying to rip me off.

State inspection was also performed. Business is very clean and employees were professional and courteous.

I would recommend this place because of the following factors:1) They spent time patiently explaining to me in detail what problems my car had, and took pictures to show as well.2) When things did not have to be replaced, they were honest and told me so, instead of telling me oh this is a safety hazard and has to be replaced. I really appreciate the honesty. I think even if this means they didnt make money this time, guess who I will come to when my car has a problem in the future? Trust is a powerful thing.3) When things werent perfect after they replaced parts, they delivered on their promises to fix it for free in a timely manner.4) You can get a ride to work and from work when dropping off and picking up vehicles.5) Good customer service, good attitude and very professional.

We came in for our State Inspection, we actually called 2 minutes before our appointment and told them we would be late. The person on the phone was respectful, professional and had no problem that we would be late. They immediately took us in when we got there with no wait. The waiting room looked like a living room, very comfortable and welcoming. I would definitely go back for services as needed.

Christian brothers is known for providing quality service and an honest assessment. I’ve taken my car here because I know they are valued for these services. They’re great at explaining everything and you can be confident you’ll get quality service!Most recently however the quote they gave me for my vehicle repairs was extraordinarily high. I took it somewhere else and another mechanic did each job for $100-$200 cheaper, lowering my total bill by almost $600. All in all, I believe you can count on them to do a good job, but you will pay more! And there are other reliable mechanics in the area.

They didn’t air up my tires as I had asked them to do when i called and made the appointment. My husband asked them also when he took the car in. This is supposed to be something they check every time and they assured me it would be done. It took us an extra 20 minutes today to find money for the air machine and pump it in ourselves.

I have been a customer of Christian Brothers for at least 15 years. Rhey have always been ablen to exceed my expectations with their expertise. I know that they will be able to help me and are always helpful..i have no problem making a referral to anyone I know.

I was impressed with their service. Dropped my car off at 7am, was shuttled to work, received texts and call appraising me of what needed to be done, did the work and the shuttle picked me up after work.

Over the last 4 years or so, CBA has done a lot of maintenance work on my vehicle from battery/electrical issues, engine work, to repair of the rear sliding door on my Dodge Grand Caravan. Their work has been good, reasonably priced, and timely. They are honest and clear. Recently, though, a check engine (cylinder mis-fire) issue caused them problems; but they researched the problem, found a manufacturers bulletin on it, recommended that I take it to the dealer to see if my car was covered. It was and the dealership repaired the engine under an extended warranty at no cost to me. CBAs research solves my problem. I recommen them

Great customer service. Very helpful and professional. I just don’t know if they know anything about cars that isn’t absolutely simple. I had diagnostics ran on my car in the shop because it kept turning off and I didn’t have the time or computer on me to try to check it myself. After the diagnostics they stated the only issue found was the fuel pump and filter and recommended I replace them and that would likely fix the issue of the car not staying running . I went ahead and purchased the parts installed them and the car still was not staying on. Turns out the pump and filter were never the issue the only problem was the relay in the fuse box, but they never checked that the problem could be something electrical. Instead they tried charging me $1000 to replace a part that was working fine when the needed part was less than $100. Like I said great customer service but I believe they tried to up charge me for something I didn’t need.

When my check engine light came on I bought my vehicle up to them and they diagnosed it and text me for approval for for the service and they fixed the problem everything is working good I definitely recommend them

Flattened my tire due to debris on the road and when changing the tire to the spare I damaged my TPMS sensor. They got me in as a drive up and gave me a ride back to my house instead of waiting at their business. A couple hours later they came and picked me up and gave me my car back. Awesome service, they didn’t beat me up on the price and took care of me like the professionals that they are. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM. Thanks guys!

Christian brothers is very professional and diagnosed my check engine light. I thought the fee was a little high but they did give me the option to approve or decline the repair. (I did decline). They took me home while they worked on the car and I will definitely use their service again.

Use them to assist in maintaining a fleet of 42 vehicles. Fast, Honest evaluations. Responsive to needs and honest about time frame needed to effect approved repairs. Great personnel from management to technicians.

A nice touch of humanity at this business. Honesty goes a long way and I appreciate as a single female they did not take my $5K for repairs...but instead advised me to invest it in a new vehicle. You gals better get over there. Their the real deal. A major plus is that they shuttle you back home...and pick you up when your vehicle is ready.

Since moving to DFW, I only use/trust CB for my automotive needs. In FL I had a trusted mechanic so its hard to find a place you know had the integrity and prices you want. I now own a 2018 Accord so everything is done via Honda...BUT when I needed a state inspection, I still chose CB. They are ALWAYS friendly...no matter where you go...and their guarantee beats anyone.

WONDERFUL customer service, quick and effective! I was in & out in like 15-20 minutes. Above and beyond. Provided a service for me that the dealership wanted to charge me $70 for and Christian Brothers only wanted to charge me $20! Never going anywhere else ever again.

I always bring my car to this Christian brothers auto. They always send me updates and let me know what’s going on 24/7. This time I needed a rental and they called enterprise for me and actually drove me there. When I came to pick up my car I was allowed to drop the rental off at Christian Brothers and they called enterprise for me. Very convenient for people who work crazy hours and don’t have a lot of time to deal with things like this. No matter where I live I will continue to take my car to Christian Brothers Automotive.

I had an oil change, tires rotated and replaced the air filter on my Ford Edge. No appt. Received excellent and courteous service. All work was completed as promised, and promptly, considering no appointment. Highly recommend.

SCAM Brothers more like it. I sent my Volkswagen Beetle in to get my water pump repaired, and ever since I go my car back, I have had nothing but problem after problem. Today, I took it to another, more reliable automotive shop. I got a call saying that the belt in the engine was completely screwed up, sorry for my lack of words; it was shredded and soaked in oil. To make matters worse, screws in the engine were stripped and parts were welded together! This is unacceptable and not reliable.

I took my car in to diagnose and fix a problem that had suddenly come up. They misdiagnosed the problem and I paid them for what I thought would be sufficient repairs to my car. When I got my car back from them, the check engine light was on. I went back and asked them about it. They dismissed my concerns, likely because it was 5:45 on a Friday and they were eager to enjoy their weekend. Because of their negligence, my fuel pump failed completely and left me stranded in the middle of an intersection. Furthermore they did not apologize for missing the cause of the problem and went so far as to tell me it was my fault for not being able to tell them that the issue was with my fuel pump in the first place. I am disappointed with this location. They are highly unprofessional and incompetent.

Christian brothers were quick fixing my car that broke down. I had the car back in 1 day. They were very friendly and called me with updates and pricing information before they did any work. They did a great job and charged a very reasonable price on the repair and on the oil change and wiper replacement. They also have a free shuttle for those within range of their shop, so they picked up my Mother to come get the car while I was at work! I would definitely reccomend them!

Had a bad experience with a simple oil change. When the tech reset the oil change counter our system menu got jacked up and my work trucks speed has been throttled. I took it back the next day they told me I needed an appointment before they would even look at it. Making an appointment would involve taking our work truck out of production, loss of labor for a days work for two people. Not a very good option. Mistakes happen. Not standing behind your work and causing further inconvenience is unforgivable. Would never bring my petsonal vehicle here.
