I went to this shop because of a poping sound coming from the left side which I thought was the ball joints. They did a diagnosis and said the sound was because I needed a motor mount. So I paid for what they said it was and believe it or not the poping sound is still going on. Although I didnt take it back for repair because I feel like if they didnt fix it the first time they will not fix it the second time its heard to find a trustworthy mechanic shop now days I give this place a 1 for me paying this place to fix a probably and didnt get it fix .

As a woman, sometimes it can be intimidating talking about car repairs, but she was so patient with me - she ordered the part I needed and it was there waiting when I dropped off my car! We had a noise in our car and came in and they diagnosed the issue and got the part delivered and replaced. Even replaced the battery that was getting bad too. They were very professional and friendly and up front about what was needed and had to be done.
