My mother, who is 81 years of age, had my sister take her car in during the week of Oct 25 to get her car checked out. A few days later, she pulled her car out of the garage, drove it to the front of the house and both of her rear tires were on flat. She rarely drives this vehicle since my fathers passing this year and it only has 1498 miles on it. I aired her tires up on Sunday and rolled around in it and the tires held air. I then took it to a local tire shop and they simply added more air as not to void the warranty. The following day, the tires were down again, I had my mom called the dealership that she has purchase 6 vehicles from to help her. It was towed but she was then told that due to her rolling on the tires she now has to come out of pocket $400. I was floored!!! I went to the service department after work and spoke to the rep. I just told him to air the tires up and I would take the car elsewhere. He said that it could not be handled until the next day. I asked do you not have a tire inflator machine that you can roll out to do this? I then said nevermind and I will handle it. I went to my truck that had an inflator equipped, aired the tires up and took the vehicle to my local tire ship. Yes, the tires were replaced however, the fact that they could not offer any options to just replace them was mind boggling. Needless to say, I told my mother that should never purchase another vehicle from Clay Cooley ever again!!! She was and is just another dollar sign rather than a Valued REPEAT Customer!JB Sneed

My Advisor was Leonel Aguilar. I bought my car in for an oil change at this location on March 13,2021 since it’s closer to where I live now even though I purchased my car elsewhere. My maintenance light had just come on and Leonel explained that he would run the Multi-Point Inspection to see exactly what I needed. I ok’d some things and put a hold on others that weren’t necessary at that time. I must say everyone was so pleasant, respectful and professional. Leonel made sure I was taken care of and he explained everything that needed to be done. It was a pleasure to come to this Clay Cooley location at LBJ Freeway & Hampton in Dallas.

They have the best sandwiches around. The way its toasted and those toppings that go on it are amazing. And the peppers are ay dios mio the best not to spicy just right. I love Pot Belly grest food and great customer service.

I was truly displeased they did everything but what I asked him to do my car is still shaking the sound of my brakes and still rubbing I truly would displease have to keep in my car a day and a half Im here at another place see if they can fix the problem I paid $469 and some change and my car still the same make the same noise I was truly just please and this is the first time I have ever been this please with Nissan repairing my car I have a 2018 Nissan

I visited because the windshield broke down, and I checked the car and charged unnecessary fees. The estimate for repairing windshields has also tripled. The waiting time is also long.
