I own a 2018 BMW M760i with a factory matte job at a original listing price of $189k. I needed the entire car repainted to factory specs due to some minor scratches and dints. For a high end vehicle like this and with a matte finish, you just cant trust to anyone. Period!! The BMW dealerships in the area were charging a ridiculous amount to do the repairs as usual as well as other shops. I heard about Dallas Auto Body Repair from a fellow BMW owner and decided to stop by for an estimate. The shop manager Bryan clearly explained the cost and timeline for the repairs to be completed. After the accident, one of my front headlights were broken and there was major damage to my front bumper. I immediately contacted Bryan as I follow him on Instagram. He was helpful in the whole process. He contacted the insurance company of the other party and controlled the whole process. Got into an accident and decided to bring my truck here. I thought it was too far gone but man was I wrong. Bryan knew exactly what it needed, I left it there and he had it finished in a week, front and back. His team Painted my whole front end and rear and even fixed some frame damage. Got in an accident in April. I damaged my front bumper and side fenders and had scratches on my hood and driver side door. During this whole time of getting my car fixed, I had to go back and forth with the insurance on what was part of the accident and what was not. I kept telling them my hood and driver side door was door was apart of the accident and was working on getting them to pay for getting them repainted.It took a little over a month before my insurance was willing to a least accept the door as part of the accident, so that they could finish my car. When it was all said and done the car came out great. And even though my insurance did not pay for my hood to be repainted Bryan took it upon himself and still repainted my whole hood with no extra charge. On top of that I was able to rent a car through Bryan and they didn’t charge me for the extra days of having to rent the car out. Thank you Bryan for not only communicating everything that was going on and the process that it takes to complete a job like that, but also working with me on getting the issues solved with the insurance and my car. I will definitely come back to them when I’m ready to do any type of upgrades.

Dallas Auto Body Repair should have been my first stop. Needing to get my front end repaired after an accident, initially I took my car to the dealership. I thought that was my best option, but I was terribly wrong.After 2 weeks I got word from the insurance company that they deemed my car a total loss based off of the dealership’s estimate. May 21’ got hit on my front driver side. While looking for a repair shop I came across Dallas Auto Body Repair via their Instagram page. No question if Im going to give them a 5!Short story is, bought this Lexus from an as-is dealer sale basically to give it a new life outside of the north and have a new daily, no sense in ignoring a mechanically perfect vehicle just for some cosmetic and rust damage at the price it was sold at.contacted most other shops in my local area (even some that claimed they do rust repairs on their websites and Google Maps pages) and all either denied or ignored my inquiry, understandably so given the massive undertaking you see here (bent trunk & rear, rusted through panels & safety rebar, broken driver-side tail light, and overall concerning rust buildup at the rear half of the car) but it was still pretty disappointing that no one would take up on the job until I found DABR.Brian took this job up immediately and went over with me through the basics and what the process was going to look like right away. No stops were made, its all gas from here man, he will hook you up and make sure that the price you are paying for is as reasonable as can be and that all parts will be reliable and genuine. Just wanna say I really appreciate Bryan and all the people over at Dallas Auto Body Repair for the work they did on my car.I bought an aftermarket bumper that was in a bit of rough condition. The previous shop that I had taken my car to did not want to work on it and refused me service.I understand that fiberglass can be a PITA to work with, but I was really bummed out and thought I was out of luck on this one.I called Bryan and asked if I could bring the bumper by for a second opinion. I had a great experience here! I brought my car in to get my front bumper replaced, Bryan gave me the total cost up front and thats exactly what I paid when my car was done. He was finished with my car in 2 days, 1 day quicker than he initially quoted. Hes super nice and is all about helping customers save money. He also offered a loaner car at no additional cost. Dallas Auto Body is literally an amazing place! This my first car and I got into an accident, and the insurance place wanted me to go their auto body but I decided to do some research of my own and found Dallas Auto Body on the goggle web. So I called and spoke to Bryan (the general manger) then I decided to go meet with him and get a feel of everything, and I like what I saw. I dropped my car off with him August 29th and received my car back on September 4th! I am so amazed at the auto body’s super fast work, and I appreciate each and everyone who worked on my car including Bryan! This is an amazing place and I’m totally satisfied!!!!

They did a wonderful job on my vehicle, very prompt, took my car in on a Thursday and Saturday I was back rolling, I would definitely use them again and refer my friends and family.

Bryan was professional and timely. He kept me updated on the progress and was very easy to work with. And he returned my car in better shape than I gave it to him in! I can’t comment on price as this was covered by insurance due to an accident, but I would use him again.

If you need body work done on your vehicle this is the shop to go. Bryan help get my truck right now 2 times both of them were pretty bad accident. But he left my truck like new also worked on my fathers truck. Definitely recommend this shop. Also if your paying out pocket not that expensive compare to others I went too.

I was in a situation where it was necessary to pay out of pocket for repairs to my car due to an unfortunate collision with a deer. I went to Dallas Auto Body Repair for an estimate primarily due to their 4.9 rating in 240 reviews.. and am happy I did. The repair estimate was considerably lower than the two others I had, the work was completed when they said it would be, and the paint and body work on my car was excellent. I have nothing but praise and these guys will be my first choice should I ever need paint and body work again.
