My experience with Service King was Outstanding. From the beginning they kept me informed on the status of my vehicle. Ex: They called me everyday about the next step they was going to. I also requested a rental and they was already there the day I brought them my vehicle and when my vehicle was finished all I had to do was leave my rental there. Thanks Service King for being very Professional and Nice.

Truly one of the most soul-draining experiences of my life. Service King has utterly failed in every way conceivable. The first attempt at repair exposed 37 (thirty seven!) issues after they had my car for 2 months! There were literally chunks missing out of the grill still (how do you miss that?!?) and the side view mirror wasnt even attached correctly.We are just about at 3 months now and my car is still not ready even though it was promised time and time again. For the love of God - STAY AWAY FROM SERVICE KING! I wouldnt wish this experience on my worst enemy. Truly one of the worst companies I have EVER had the unfortunate experience to deal with.AGAIN STAY AWAY - NO MATTER WHAT!

Great service!! They were there to accept my car on time. They kept me informed via text message daily. My car was in and out within 4 days. The repair work was perfect. The paint was perfect. They even washed my car....which I needed to do anyway... They were really nice and courteous. On the day I picked up my car, they even took care of the rental car for me. I didnt even have to go to the rental place to return it. Again...superb service!!

Upon arrival, I was greeted and quickly seen. I was in and out within 30-40 minutes and didn’t take long for my rental to arrive. Estimated time of car repairs was a week and a half and I got my car back within 5 days after dropping it off. Fast service! My car came back better than new.

Short as possible. Had a accident service King painted and fixed it using a ton of bondo . Gave me a life time warranty long as I owned the car. Well they lied. They found every excuse they could not to fix it. They said we never had anyone back after 4 yrs. You have a small dent right here did you have another accident. No your bondo covered up your work. Did you leave it uncovered a lot. No !!! They lied point blank.

One of the female office manager went beyond the call of duty to ensure my minor repair was taken care of expediently and with the highest level of professionalism and respect. And once she found out I am an Army Veteran she really went all out for me!! Pretty bad experience all around. After having my car for 2 weeks on a seemingly easy repair, when I got it back, the car was still making a rattling noise. Turns out they missed a damaged heat shield that we later found at a second repair shop. Customer service was equally as bad. So, if you don’t want to fully fix your vehicle and have unpleasant interactions along the way, go here I guess.

So far I hate my experience, I chose them because of the reviews, there has been a significant lack of follow-ups and information about my car. Communication during covid is essential, and I had little to none, and Im the party having to consistently reach out. My attempt to get my car to take it yo another place, they took my car to the back to start what I thought was repairs. Regrets all around

It was taking a bit long to get our vehicle repaired and it was not a major job we were racking up charges for our rental car. I spoke with Dennis who took great care of the situation. I was very satisfied upon picking up my vehicle the staff Dennis, Alias, and Judith has excellent customer service. I would recommend service king to anyone they take care of you right. Service King is the best collision repair place Ive experienced, and Duncanville could be their best location. The handoff from Allstate was flawless, one text to book my dropoff, they have Enterprise on site and my car was booked before the dropff, and took 20 minutes from arrival to departure. They updated me on the repair process, finishing early, texting a minor delay for one part. They repaired other issues in the area of the damage, and it looks great. The rental return took 0 time, 15 min turnaround back into my car. They held my garage door clicker left in the rental, and offered to drop it off! Love Service King. Highest recommendation.

Good morning. When I entered 8653 South Hampton Road. Dallas, TX 75232. It was like entering a Los Angeles mansion. I told the Receptionist who I was. Immediately Judith Garcia came out to meet me. Leaving your car with someone is a daunting experience. Judith assured me that she would be texting me with every update of the repair. She was so friendly and outgoing she made me feel very comfortable. I didnt mind leaving the keys. With her people skills Im sure she will be promoted soon.

I didnt actually have repair work done here. However, I asked the two nice men at the counter to help me with a car issue. Terry really went out of his way to make sure I was safe. This was the worst experience ever dealing with a body shop. I am an experienced license adjuster and I know how insurance claims work. This body shop did not so what they were paid to do by the insurance. I will never ever take a vehicle to any Service King. The manager was not sympathetic to my concerns and did nothing to satisfy me. Bad Business!!!

The customer experience at the Hampton Rd. location was generally a good one. The location itself sits in a strange place,compounded by the fact that you have to navigate a series of sizable potholes just inches from the turn in. This is made even more nerve racking by the fact that the turn is just beyond a stop light.This makes your turn more dangerous as you have to slow waaaaay down to keep from damaging your tires or suspension.And as you well know,everybody these days seem to be in a BIG hurry to get nowhere fast. But once there the staff was professional,the facilities clean,and the coffee acceptable.

Made an appointment to drop my car off and then they told me to call back the next week because they were too busy. Called back Monday and they said they were too busy and I would have to wait another week. Grrr but okay. Once the car was in the shop I couldnt get anyone to call me back with a status, only texts and half were automated so they werent even accurate. Told me my car was gonna be ready late one afternoon but I wasnt available so I went the next day only to find that oops not ready yet and oh we were gonna call you today.. Had to wait an extra 4 days with no explanation of what was taking so long or why. When I picked up my car no one even went over the repair to make sure I was satisfied, just here are the keys and have a good day. Well now my car door isnt shutting all the way and I have to take it back again.. hoping they will get it fixed this time but will not be back and am looking for another shop to fix what they screwed up. :(

Despite being told that my car would be ready and only to find out that someone jumped ahead without talking to me, the staff was very friendly. They could do better on communication and promised times. Im not being unreasonable, they told me that they where finishing my car/cleaning in the morning. I showed at the end of work and no car.

Weve brought our car 3 times now and its still not fix!! Customer service is good but it does not make a diffrence if they can not fix the car!! We can not go past 40 mph or the car moves the tire moves as if it were a toy car .

They are my hero! They fixed my CRV after another Service King in NW Dallas could get my car put together correctly. After 1 1/2 hours they corrected what the other was could not. This is where my CRV will go if it is damaged in the future. The other center even told me that my car would be shipped to them regardless of what I want. Once again they were incorrect.

I called to make an appointment and had to wait two weeks before I was able to have my car looked at for an estimate. I went to the estimate appointment on my lunchbreak and I was asked if I would consider waiting or I could comeback later, because the technician was going into a meeting and wouldnt look at my car until after. REALLY?!? Like the other reviewers havr stated, the customer service is HORRIBLE! Service King couldnt pay me to bring my vehicle back to them, and forget about a referral! Ill have my insurance company refer me to another company.

Service king on Hampton needs to learn to have empathy for people. Stop being rude and talking with attitudes. They are unprofessional. I dont see why insurance companies keep sending people there. These people only care about getting paid. Your car can be totaled and they will fix what they can only for just for the car to break down. Never again will I go there nor will o recommend them to any one.

Had a 7am drop off appointment it is now 7:15 and service king wasnt even open. My mother inlaw had to walk around the building in the rain and in the dark just to get someone to open the door. Then at 7:20 employees start arriving. Bad for business!

I took my 2014 Hyundai Sonata 2.0T here after I got in an accident. It’s been almost a month. Every single time they keep getting the wrong part. today I was specifically told I’d be getting it back today because they FINALLY got the CORRECT piece in today and they were working on it and it WOULD be done today. So I walked 2.5 hours wbcause I ran out of money for Uber after spending $1500 on Uber the past month. I was almost inside before I got the call saying the got the wrong piece again. What a joke. I’ll never go back to any service king again after I get my car back. The manager told me they were just using my vin number to order the part and it’s why they always got the wrong part. So they can’t just make a note that it’s a turbo? Waste of my time. Now I have to walk back. 5 hours for absolutely nothing.

I was in a car accident 11/24/17 - It was horrible I hadnt event made the 2nd payment on my car.. But thats neither here or there right.. LOLMy car was towed away from and accident and I was referred to Service King by Allstate... Considering this was my first major accident I was unaware of a few procedures that needed to be done prior to them fixing my car, their staff took 3 days to pick up my car and I could go on an on... But what really stood out was how they didnt take responsibility for their part in the miscommunication and thats a poor sign of professionalism.They charged me $500 for a storage fee because my car sat at the impound... Which could have been avoid if they wouldnt have waited until Wed to pick my car upI found First Choice Collision had my car removed and never looked back!Id rather pay $500 than the $6000 Frist Choice was paid..

Well I had never used Service King because the mix reviews but decieded to this time since it was only a mirror that was damaged to my 2016 Ford F-150 & my insurance USAA always recommends me to have it reparied at my local Service King.Well long story short I took it in on Tues. The did the estimate and said two days max since they had to order the part. Called Thurs, nothing. Then Friday, nothing.Come to find out later that day they couldnt find the mirror and they had to order it from Ford!To make things worst I find out wrong mirror was ordered after having to speak to service manger cause the estimate had electrical and not manual.I finally had the mirror put on the following Monday! Wow! Can you imagine if it was something way more important or a bigger job!?Should of listen to my son and had it reparied at Don Davis Ford where I purchased it but I just didnt feel like taking a 20 min drive since Service King is a few minutes away.

Had a great experience at Service King. Everything went smoothly and promptly through Geico Xpress and they handled everything. Car was repaired in a timely manner and I picked it up at the expected/estimated time. Was updated through the whole process and was treated with respect as a valued customers the entire time. Overall, great customer service, was always informed, repair was on time, and would return if ever in an accident again. I worked with Jesse and Enrique from Geico.

I wish I would of read the reviews before I came here dropped my car off on a Tuesday they said give him 3 to 4 days ok I did I call the said its still not ready this was the next Tuesday give them 3 more days ok Thursday comes they said it will be ready Friday so Friday comes I call and they say it wont be ready until Monday 🤦🏾‍♀️ ok so I call Monday they said for sure Tuesday itll be done so Im up here today waiting since they opened I got my car at 5:20pm I wouldnt recommend coming here

I had the unfortunate experience of having a car accident over a month ago. Im truly thankful that no one was hurt. Since then, it has been a complete nightmare dealing with Service King and the repair of my car. The manager treated us so poorly and had absolutely no regard for the inconvenience that the not 1, not 2, but THREE extensions to the date of completion that we were told to us by their service advisor. So many things were mishandled that we had to contact Service Kings regional manager to help resolve this issue. Finally, after he stepped in, I was able to pick up my car today only to get in it and see that they had driven it almost 200 miles from the time it was taken in and left it on EMPTY. Secondly, when I was there, no one was at the desk for at least 20 minutes and then they try to tell you how long youve been waiting on someone. As if youre not yourself. I had work done In March on the passenger side of my car and back door was hit and the mirror on the massager side was knock off they replace it 2 months the mirror fell off brought it back to them they replaced it now the paint is vanishing on the side they repaint so the are says its not there paint job going bad someone scraped the car I told them my car has not been hit bad customer service they not honoring their sloppy work.
