I had the worst experience with this company Lisa was never communicative my husband had to keep calling for our vehicle updates she never demonstrated to care they took a very long time two months to be exact to change a bumper and paint it after all they called once that my vehicle was ready to be picked up when it wasn’t even fix and then after two months it looked like it was finally ready but whoever cleans them and vacuums them they broke my passenger seat and she was aware before hopping in and she careless it was my worst nightmare and worst experience I will never go back here and get my BMW fixed here ever I will look somewhere else if anything if you don’t want your vehicle more messed up don’t take it here wouldn’t recommend but it’s your choice !
Lacy was extremely helpful during my repair process.We had some troubles with the insurance company due to their lack of communication, but Lacy handled everything as promptly and efficiently as he could.He and his team kept me updated every step of the way.I appreciate their work, and customer service!
I love this team. Ive been going to them for years. They are so well organized by Gregg, the head, and always the most polite. They have always worked with me on timing in any way they can, even offering rides to and from Love Field. The work they do is unmatched in quality and their prices are very competitive, if not below market. Efficient, reliable and respectful. Im a huge supporter!

They did a nice job on repairs, and were very timely in getting my BMW fixed. I would, however, recommend that they need to put some sort of plastic or covering over the seats when working on these cars as they left my seats with a dirty, grease-like look. I was able to get the seat cleaned after some hard scrubbing with leather care products.
I had my bumper repaired here and I was very happy with the repair. However, I didnt receive my car back in the same condition that I had left it. I had to go back to have them look at the convertible top and my door locks since they stopped working. My convertible top is now going down but my door locks are still not locking automatically. I think the service is good but the time it takes to get a car repaired here is not realistic.
I had such a great experience with this body shop. Steve was wonderful to work with. This was my first accident, so I was concerned as to what steps would need to be taken. He explained and walked me through the whole process. I called and emailed him repeated for updates. When I called frustrated and wondering why things were taking so long, he was calm and understanding. He always told me where they were in the process of fixing my car. My insurance company was very much the problem. Steve and Autonation are very on top of things to get you on the road again. My car looks and drives like-new. I will be working with body shop for all my future car needs. I hope this guy gets a raise.

Had a great experience at the AutoNation collision center. Alex was awesome and very professional. He was efficient and got things done quick. Car was a total loss but the service was excellent.

Best customer service Experience. From the receptionist Dorothy to my Asst Collision Manger Alex Burgos and my reporter Joseph . My heart is broken knowing my BMW M3 is not repairable, but Alex walked me through the grieving process like a doctor telling a husband that his wife just died!! Alex is an outstanding expert with many years of experience, definitely an example for others to fallow. This Autonation Collision Center e is highly recommended.

Probably the worst experience I have had with a repair shop. I had to contact them regarding my estimate after going without my car for 4 days. Then when someone finally called me back I was told the repair would take a minimum of 6 weeks!?! I called other shops and was told they are likely gonna let my car sit on the lot. I told them to get my car ready because I will not get the repair there. When I got my car it was a mess! Gum in my carpet, marks all over my seats, and the exterior was disgusting. State Farm needs to remove this shop from their list of shops. I took my car to Gerber and had it back in a week and a half. Looks great!

Was here around July when my car was getting repaired. It took at least a week and a half or so. Carolina was nice enough to update me on the progress of my car. I hope I don’t have to come back.
I had my car at this body shop for two months for them to fix repairs due to an accident. They did a poor job the two months they had the vehicle and i had to bring it back for their sloppy work AND they did ADDITIONAL damage to my car that was not even related to the accident.I brought the car back for them to do fix their wrongs and so that they can fix the additional damage THEY did. I was then promised a date that the car would be finished after bringing it back the second time and i never even got an update on anything. I always had to call myself for updates and when i was told it would be done on a certain day, i never got a phone call.In my opinion, any normal person would think after any business does additional damage or wrong doing, that person would be higher priority and treated better but that was definitely not the case for me.I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place.

Horrible! This place was approved by SF, our insurance company. Told us it would be readydy in 10’days. We dropped off and made mistake of saying going on vacation. They did NOTHING for 4 whole days! But they realized their mistake and then LIED to us and said it would still be ready. So our daughter- driving through Dallas on way to college- had to sit there alone in that place - her car was NOT READY even though they said it was!! Took them an hour and a half to “wash” the vehicle. They lie about everything- I bet they commit insurance fraud too- they told us ready —-it was not. They made her wait HOURS alone - her friend dropped her- thinking she was ok- she was NOT!! Infuriating!!!!!Do not ever trust these people or go here! Can’t wait to talk to our insuarnce company. I am confident they lie about everything. I warn you all to stay away. Liars. Frauds. My daughter was in slight fender bender - they kept finding things supposedly wrong. I bet they “fixed” things that were not even broken. Do not go here!!!
I should give this place 0 stars my car has been there over two weeks and I still dont even have an estimate!!!!! Every time I call I some bs excuse as to why they havent estimated it yet!!!! I have left messages for Richard Martinez; the production manager and he has yet to respond. I am not sure why they are Farmers Approved They suck!!!!!! I will towing my car elsewehere immediately.

Was promised no storage fees. I confirmed this multiple times with the gentleman I worked with. After They found out insurance money was involved, the script flipped and started accruing charges - very disappointing.
