Ordered a built-in Thermador column fridge/freezer. Two months later, it is still not installed completely. From delays in availability to wrong parts to errors in delivery address, it has been a nightmare. And the price was the same as any other location in the area. So far, all we have is an Im sorry. Not the place to buy high-end appliances.

Has a decent selection of low to mid-tier appliances, they used to carry better brands but now all they have is Viking and Thermador, I would skip the GE monogram stuff its not what it used to be.Would be great if at least one store in Dallas would carry Sub-Zero, Wolf, and/or Miele!
