I placed an order by phone during the last hour of business on a Friday afternoon and the parts were delivered less than 24 hours later. This excellent customer service is not the norm in my experience with most companies. I was pleasantly surprised.

This company is the worst! I am pretty sure that this was discrimination. My sister ordered some parts for my father in the Dominican Republic. When she ordered the parts from these people that was disclosed. I went to pick up the parts, skipping my sisters graduation lunch. She received her Masters in Nursing that day in Dallas and we live in Houston. The people were friendly enough at first. Making small talk while waiting I mentioned that it was for my father in the Dominican Republic. A guy emerged from his office upon hearing this and refused to sell it to me because it was going to the Dominican Republic. I asked why it mattered. He said that it was company policy. I then got on the phone with customer service who transferred me to a supervisor (also Hispanic) who, on speaker for all to hear, was saying that it was fine and that they can sell it to me. They still refused because they were saying that it was not their rep. Keep in mind this is the corporate office and their assets were covered. Instead they tracked down the person to tell me no. This company is awful and would not know what customer service was even if it fell on them. I highly recommend not using this company. I will not be using any of these companies in any of my developments. I am sure they will prosper without me. It really sucks when the bad guys win.

Easy to order and friendly staff i definitely will come back for appliance parts

Knowledgeable associates who are fast to boot. Ive called in parts several times and gone to the physical store once. Every interaction has been a positive one.

Dave at the counter did a great job. First on phone and then at the counter as he was a great trouble shooter as we cross referenced some parts and compared to the original old parts. up and cooking fast.

A fellow named David really went out of his way to help me get the exact parts I needed for a difficult situation couldnt ask for better service

As a technician, this is one of my absolute favorite places to purchase supplies. Top notch customer service and products!!!
