The were able to supply the part that I needed but man I understand a convenience fee having a part on hand. I didnt want to be rude and ask him if that included installation but I needed that part. And i installed it myself. I would love to support local small businesses but dang.

I called this place to get a quote on a refrigerator inlet valve. Gave him the serial number and he quoted me a price of $180 for the part and was told that you cannot return it if it did not fix the issue. Looked online and found the exact part for $19.99. I said thank you very much and hung up the phone.

You find better quality parts somewhere else at a much more inexpensive price. Their service is not great, they dont give you the right part and you pay for their mistakes. Highly regret coming here!

They charge what they want cause they have what you need, especially if its an uncommon part. Expect to pay double or triple. Go somewhere else if you can wait for it to come in. Jim
