Went to this location on Wednesday 08 /11/ 2021 at 5:15 pm ish because I wanted to switch from Metro pcs to Verizon so I step in to the store and there was only one guy working he was kinda busy with some grandpa and when he saw me he didnt say welcome, didnt say give me a minute or how are you doing, he literally said nothing! I told myself OK is not a big deal he is busy so I took a sit and waited for about 10 minutes and the guy didnt say anything he kept working behind the desk helping granpa so I decided to leave and I went to T -Mobile Buena park location and everything was five ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ great costumer service, I got my new phone and now I belong to T-mobile. BTW you can take a look of the Camara to make sure Im not lying. The guy was a white guy blue eyes and kinda long hair.

Went to this location to order a new phone and it wasnt in stock so I talked to an employee and he ordered it for me and told me it would take a couple of days to arrive. Four days later I hadnt heard anything but was in the area so I stopped by and asked if it had arrived yet and they told me no. Due to the pandemic I know shipments can be delayed so I was fine with it. A week had gone by still nothing so I called and ask if my phone had arrived yet the employee I talked to told me my phone had shipped but still hadnt arrived and that he couldnt see on his end where it was just that it was in transit. I didnt NEED this phone so I was still cool with waiting. Now its been 2 weeks so I decided to go through Verizon and track my phone. Just to find out that my phone had been delivered to this store 3 days after I had ordered it. So the 2 gentlemen that were in the store that day were just too lazy to look for it or didnt know what they were doing. Some named W Williams signed for my package. I dont recommend shopping at this location

Was having trouble with my Face ID on my iPhone so i went in to get it checked out. Trinity was the person who helped me and he was great. He was very knowledgeable and showed me how to fix the problem myself if it were to happen again. While I was there I he also replaced my destroyed screen protector and I left feeling like I had a brand new phone. Will definitely be coming back to him for any future problems.

Attempted to do a in store pick up of a phone I bought online. After not answering the phones or calling me back over a few hours, I went to the store a found a empty store and a employee on his phone. The employee said I have to wait for the order to go through, but not to worry as they are open till 6 PM so it should not be a problem. I returned at 5:30PM only to see they closed early.

I came in regarding my data & Priscilla at the Cypress store gave me excellent service. She answered my questions and made it easy to understand. She didn’t try and sell me something that I don’t need. She changed settings for me so I wouldn’t go over my data.She spent time with me and didn’t try to rush me through it. Came Into the store to get a new phone and black kid in the store was so rude and not professional.He is on the phone and I can hear him using foul language before I could even step into the store. Will do my business somewhere else. Other rep was good with me and nice but other kid did not make me comfortable here. Wouldn’t recommend you having your kids here when he is around. Wish Priscilla was still at this location to fix that potty mouth

I came her here because of the ratings compared to the corporate location a mile down the street. I want to give more stars but my experience cannot justify. My first visit answered a lot of questions to have make the switch from another carrier unfortunately they didnt have the hardware in stock to seal the deal so I placed and order and waited. Visit number two, after my hardware order arrives and I get the new guys whos super willing to help but botches the setup process. What should have taken 30 minutes went well beyond 4 hours. At least he was a nice guy and we had a nice rapport. So I get said hardware hone and the very next morning I receive an email stating that my discounts were disqualified so back to the store I go. Lost more time but hopefully all is correct. Only time will tell, in a week or in the next billing cycle or two.

I was having trouble with my G3 so I decided to see if there was anything that could be done to fix my phone. I walked out with a note 5, a case, extra battery pack, and a new tablet. The stores manager Ian was so knowledgeable and helpful. He took his time to go over my plan and offered me many options that I couldnt make up my mind! Great store, definitely going back!

DO NOT GO HERE, UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE DECEIVED!!!This is a difficult review to write because I hate giving places bad reviews even if they deserve it. Please be warned, make sure you ask specifically what they are charging you for because they misrepresent and deceptively charge you things you don’t need, hoping you don’t notice or unwilling to take the trouble to dispute later. Either go to the Apple store (for iPhone) or just order on-line through your carrier unless you want to pay for unnecessary things you don’t need or want. They will charge you for one of their “Go Advantage Program” without telling you or charge you $20 to set up your phone. The iPhone 7+ was also $10 more than what they were selling for at Apple??Bottom line, I was lied to. Since I had a bad experience with a Verizon store near my home, I was willing to travel further to this GoWireless store in Cypress since it looked like the reviews were pretty good. My first visit was pleasant. They seemed friendly and attentive and in my case I just wanted to upgrade my phone to an iphone 7 plus. Art G/sales rep & manager went over the cost of the phone, upgrade, etc. Since it was on back order, they told me they’ll contact me when the phone comes in. That’s when the problems began! First the store never contacted me to let me know that my phone came in earlier than projected. I only knew because Verizon sent me a Fed-ex tracking email that phone was delivered.When I came in to pick up my phone is when all deception began. First I was told that due to an Apple promotion, I would receive a complimentary glass protector. I was surprised at this and questioned this, but again AG assured me that it was something new that Apple was doing with its iPhone 7s. So he puts the glass protector on and sets up the phone and rings me up for the tax of the phone, which came out to a little more than I thought it should be. As I was ready to leave, I had to ask for a copy of the sales receipt. When I got home and had the chance to look at the receipt more carefully, I notice a $79.99 charge for a Go Advantage Program. When I called the store and asked about this, I was told that this was a mandatory charge to participate in the Verizon Edge program. Well I find out directly from Verizon that this is NOT a mandatory Verizon program and just a Go Wireless program.So I called the store wanting a refund. The salesperson who answered said that since Art left he would call him to see if he can get a refund code. He relayed that Art asked me to come in tomorrow since he will be in. I came in the next day and then Art tells me that he would need the district manager’s approval for a refund (which they say they never/rarely give) but he’s off for the next two days!? And ask me to come back a 3rd time?!! I wanted a refund for a program I didn’t ask for, wasn’t told about and didn’t need. They kept trying to sell the benefits of the program…(glass screen protector, accessory discounts…etc) I already have a screen protector that I ordered and have discount through my work.Bottom line, I thought I had finally found an authorized Verizon dealer that I could recommend to all my friends, but only if I don’t want them to be my friends anymore. So disappointed.

I recently visited this store to buy a Mothers Day gift as Verizon was having a fatastic BOGO on the S9 and iPhones. I was immediately greeted by the manager Priscilla and one of the store reps Gabby. I told them what I was trying to accomplish and what I thought might be the best way to set up the new phones on my account. Both of them took the time to listen, offer suggestions, and then came up with a great plan to help me. Throughout the entire process they provided fantastic customer service answering every question I had. I highly recommend visiting this store if you are Verizon Wireless customer and need any new phones or accessories. They will definitely take great care of you!

I was visiting my parents from out of town, and forgot my charge. Went in for a charger and was met by a very nice sales person. He told me they were running an offer with phones. And, that it would cost me $45 to get a new charger or just pay a little more and I could get a new phone and 3 free accessories from Samsung. Now I have to pay over $700 for a phone that I dont even need! I am soo extremely upset and feel I got robbed. Instead of paying about $60 a month for my plan, I am paying over $100 a month. This is high way robbery. I will NEVER go back to this store again. I feel extremely disappointed.

The worst experience we have ever had dealing with a company, honestly, mike the guy who tricked us into this phone service lied completely, took away our data plan and even corporate told us he lied! verizon authorized this company to refund our money and change back our plan, art the manager strung us alone for months,then his regional manager to art to tell us to go pound sand! very very bad company! liars across the board!
