Im happy with my phone and the Metro PCS service, but the case I bought here with my phone already seemed to be breaking within a week. Stopped by to show them, and they declined to repair it or offer a replacement. Turned out my son was able to easily fix it in a few seconds when I came home. Really disappointed with their customer service.

Terrible customer service, 20 something girl wouldnt transfer my number. I Went to a different metropcs up the street and everything was fine.

I bought a charger from this shady store. Not even a week later the charger fell apart in 2 pieces, it got stuck in my phone. I had receipt for exchange only so I brought it back only to be told I damaged it. The girl spoke on the phone to some boss telling her its damaged. No refund!Very unprofessional also. Speaking spanish to boss on phone and then going into back room while I standing there.I work in Cypress, Ill be sure to tell everyone how shady and unprofessional this place is
