Jennifer which was the representative that helped us was awesome . She was extremely knowledgeable and knew exactly how to help. Was extremely thorough and had the best attitude and customer service . This has truly been one of the best customer service Ive had going into the store . Please make sure to tell employee that we truly appreciated her help .
Sergios been really nice and professional. He replaced my sim card right away at no cost. It was sometime around noon and there was no wait time. Very nice experience overall.
This store is worse than most att stores, they close early when they feel like it, two times now closing before 8 on Saturday, usually one person working when they are open, and half the time I have been there i wait because there is a family of five getting new phones, the shopping center looks like something I seen in Mexico city. Most of the att stores in California are like this now probably. It just shows what a over crowded third world place California is turning into to.
The woman working was incredibly nice, helpful and patient. I believe her name was Jenny. She provided incredible service.
We have been to this store twice now, with Jenny helping us. She has been absolutely wonderful! Knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. Hope she sees this and gets a raise!
Not the best experience there. I first went in to get home internet since I just moved to the area. I am currently active duty in the Army. Hansel, (manager)and Jenny( sale rep) was nice and friendly. They agreed that I would get refunded for the initial activation fee and 25% military discount but the promotion and discount offered by them never came though. I wasted my time going back and fourth to the store 3 times and got no help from them. I had to call AT&T customer service to figure for myself that the military discount for home internet was canceled a few years ago. Also, while Hansel was on vacation. I went back to the store to try to figure out what was going on with my promotion and discount.The temporary manager( I forgot her name) was not friendly and did not do her job. She said she would put in for the promotion/discount that Hansel and I agreed on but nothing was done. There was no notes in the system put in. Also, when I called back she lied and said that she put everything in the system. Honestly, I understand if there are no discount. Just be honest with the customer and don’t lie about the work or deal.
I went into the store with some questions about getting TV and Internet. I spoke with Guadalupe, and she was very friendly and patient with all my questions. She offered me a Visa reward card and gave me the best promotion on my bundle. I got exactly the package that I wanted, and my Internet is working well.
Thank you for all the help Guadalupe. I’ve been going to other stores and they always keep sending me elsewhere or to corporate. I appreciate you essential workers!

The service associates at the Cypress AT&T store were very friendly. Each of them spoke and greeted me and said hello 👋. The associate that helped me was Sergio, he was very professional and did a great job by answering all my questions.
I went in on February 24th to make a simple upgrade from an iPhone 8 to a Samsung s21 using a Samsung s7 as a trade in. A female associate Ashley was there and took the wrong information, made unnecessary charges on my account, was EXTREMELY RUDE TO US and sent me the wrong phone. After which I came back to this location to fix the mistakes made and it wasnt any better. The manager Hansel and a associate Carlos who seemed new was there. Hansel refused to help his new associate who was constantly asking for help. Because of this EVEN MORE MISTAKES WERE MADE. The manager was too occupied on his phone sitting on the couch. They deactivated a user on my account while trying to apply the upgrade to ME and had to give us a new SIM to reactivate the phone they deactivated by mistake. So after coming in twice for mistakes made in store by the associates I was told I have have come in a third time and am left without a phone for a week. After which they said they couldnt help, Ive been without a phone for days now due to the complete negligence of the manager Hansel and Ashley. The only competent employee seems to be Jenny who unfortunately wasnt there for my 2 hour wait instore today. Would give 0 stars if I could and I took my business elsewhere.
WARNING!! 3RD PARTY AUTHORIZED DEALER. Went to the store to use a promotion card and was given the run around by all the employees. If your not purchasing a new line or upgrade for service then they will probably come up with so many excuses to send you off to a corporate store or customer service. They dont get paid any commission on customer service issues and this is Unethical and SHADY Business Practices. The store personal is not educated on how systems process ands work. Consumers BEWARE

UPDATE 12-10-20As of today, I am still dealing with ATT Customer Service to get my promotion credit all because if the INEPTNESS of this store and ATT in general!DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS STORE!!!Beware of this store! My problems started with them back in Feb 2020 by them screwing up my T-Mobile transfer. Here it is now Nov 2020 and i am still fighting to get my free phone promotion. When you think you are getting somewhere with the new store manager, a new store manager comes in and i have to start all over again. Then what the manager does to fix the problem doesnt work (found out on next bill that she changed my plan which she swore was not she was doing and i should see a $35 discount but instead get a new bill higher than before). So i call back to this store only to find out that she is no longer there. So now i start all over with ATT customer service who told me before that i had to work with the store since they messed up the original transaction back in Feb. This store has changed managers at least 3 times this year alone. I think they do this on purpose so that ATT customers cant track down the managers when problems arise from doing business withis store.DO NOT GIVE THIS STORE YOUR BUSINESS!!!
I stopped in 11/2/20 monday cus I had a question regarding an existing line upgrade and associated trade in offer which I did at a sams club. I talked to Jenny who had a very pleasant personality. She could have been lazy or disinterested since I was not there for purchase or upgrade of anything and refer me back to sams club but she was very helpful and took the time to answer my questions and gave me good advice. Thank you Jenny!!
I normally don’t wrong reviews for places but I truly believe this place deserves one.One of the best customer experience ever!!The manager Becky was super nice and was able to help me get new service with AT&T.Highly recommend coming to this location if you are looking for professionals.Becky answered all my questions and made sure I didn’t have any doubts before I left the store.She also Gave us the best deals and made sure we pay the least amount possibly.She is definitely a people person and cares about the customers.

I have visited this store twice and both times the staff was assisting other customers which is fine, but they never acknowledged that I was there nor reassured me that someone would be with me shortly. They totally ignored me and it felt like I wasnt even in the store. I think they should at least acknowledge their customers and see if they had a quick question. I waited for about 15 minutes then left the store. I went to another AT&T store in Seal Beach. They were very accommodating as soon as I walked in the store. NOW THATS CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
Customer service was matter of fact. Not overly friendly, but got the job done. None of the service reps were wearing a mask to protect their customers, so If you’re not comfortable with that, you may want to choose another location.

Got a new phone from AT&T a few days ago cashier was Manuel. I got back home did not have any account number or passcode. I wanted to change the phone number I called AT&T they said it was under a different social security number. Call the store no answer.

This experience is THE WORST Ive ever had with AT&T. I walked into the store and told the man at the desk what was going on with my phone. He told me the reason my phone was doing that, but when I asked him what he would recommend to fix the issue, he shrugged his shoulders. I walked out after 2 minutes and went to the location off of N Euclid and the 5, where I received awesome service

Customer service here is on point, came to upgrade my phone with my family and I did not know att had internet and cable. They gave me a better deal and I signed up for it. The person Rebecca got me a glass on my phone and my wife was overall very happy, ill be back if I need anything this was a nice att location and the service was excellent

The store manager is very rude! This is private store and they wont provide you services that corporate store would provide..for example changing the old at&t sim card & etc.. I would recommend all to DONT waste your time on this store rather visit the corporate stores like the one in Seal Beach.
If I could give 0 stars, I would. Not only were we lied to regarding our potential speed, but when we complained about our constant disconnection issues, our terrible speed, and our wifi locking us out, nothing happened. We called multiple times and had people come over to assess the situation, but they tended to make the problem worse rather than better. This problem is still ongoing. They have blamed the router and sent us a new one (did not help, made it worse), then we find out from the service technician that the router we were given was an OLD one and is faulty/is known for these kinds of errors. THEN WHY ARE YOU GIVING THEM TO YOUR CUSTOMERS??? Just a terrible, uncaring business with lackluster “internet”. We can’t even connect to it half the time. Might as well call it dial-up internet with the speeds we’re getting.

At&t is a scam they give u one qoute at beginning but you end up paying way more then they tell you.. and the service is the worst Ive had by far..Im paying for unlimited but my internet never seems to be working..for the price Im payin ud think it was atleast worth it..but it isnt!
