Very helpful with the new 5G SIM transfer. Then moved from Sprint/T-Mobile with another SIM Chip for T-Mobile per there information that as of January 1st Sprint will be phased out so got a leg up now rather than my current Sprint bill be raised.

Had an easy time yesterday buying some phones.David was our sales guy and the best thing is,he wasnt pushy.He allowed us to make our own decisions and answered respectfully.He didnt try to sell us something just because as in trying to push the deals out the door.He was there for what we wanted.Plus I bought a speaker🤷🏽‍♂️Just because😁His patience with us is much appreciated.Thank you David🙏

We were originally Sprint clients going way back to Nextel. Then T Mobile bought the company last year. Everything was going well until the end of July, two days into vacation. My son dropped his Galaxy phone and the screen cracked and rendered the phone inoperable. Along his travels, he stopped at 2 different T-Mobile stores that were unable to help him. After returning to town, he went to another two local T-Mobile stores that gave no assistance what-so-ever and told him he would have to purchase a new phone or go to the Westminster Repair store to see if they could help him. We went there only to find it was closed due to COVID (08/31/21). Finally we ended up at the Cypress store with JC. This was an AHHHHH moment because he not only figured out my sons phone, but was able to update all our business phones without ANY HASSLE. He is very knowledgeable which means a lot as Sprint completes the confusing and exacerbating change-over to T-Mobile. Thank you, JC!!!! You are the absolute best!

There are no words for the awesome service I received at this location yesterday . I have never encountered such a group of knowledgeable and outstanding people! We walked out with an upgrade and a decrease in my monthly bill simply because Lori and her colleagues took the time to listen to the issue and the jumped into action as a team to fix it for me.Lori Suazo was helpful and hands down amazing with figuring out the mess sprint made of my previous service. Me and my fiance come to this T-Mobile store because the great customer service that Chris offers! He is not the type to try to sell you on the items, you can honestly feel like his trying to help you. I highly recommend coming here, we have gone on both weekday and weekend and we didnt wait more than 10 mins.

My husband and I were growing impatient with other T-Mobile locations. End up calling this location, talked to David and he was absolutely helpful and patient to answer my list of questions. We drove to this store and it surprised me that even under so much pressure of helping a full house Dave managed to greet and assist us further. We were put under the care of Chris and everything from customer service, knowledge, to professionalism, was absolutely excellent! If you are thinking to transfer to a new cell phone provider or simply getting a new phone come here. You will leave satisfied. Thank you very much David and Chris! :)

I honestly am not one to review locations that much. My visit was not only the most pain free but it was a friendly no pressure experience. I am a graphic designer and new business owner. I came in specifically for a Note 8 and I was informed of the Samsung Gear S3 and all the great things this model does. I said I would put a pin in it then realized all the benefits I would have of not whipping out my phone for meetings, when Im in the zone on the computer, or just in general disrection of being polite to other people in my surroundings. I unfortunately couldnt afford the phone for the activation fee+taxes along with my other needed items I had bought. They were good enough to recommend making my account a business account and it would cut my initial costs significantly across the board. Kimberly and another T-Mobile employee (shaved head and beard) were very knowledgeable, friendly, worked with me, efficient, and again....No Pressure Salesmanship. Their location is right by my work and I am very happy with my new devices and the accessories that I bought with the simple information they placed on the table for me to either pick up or move on. So thank you to the staff. I am satisfied. Its the little things like this that make a business owner who holds networking as one of the keys to his ring to spread good words and go out of my way, if needed, to come back this store.

Went in to check out new iPhones with my Dad as he wanted a new phone. They explained the display ones had been stolen but no problem they would be able to pull out some from their stock so we can see them (Iwanted to see difference in screen sizes in person).They put us on their list to be helped. We waited for 15 minutes to be helped and then that time came they said they wouldnt have them available. I would have appreciated being told this ahead of time instead of waiting.

Their staff at that T-Mobile sucks theyve given me a used phone that has malfunction into which the screen would not reply to when it was being turn on so all my irreplaceable photos all my contacts are now gone so thanks for helping me you have been a real pain in my ass. If you want to go to a better T-Mobile store go to the one that are in the Westminster mall the Anaheim area anywhere but but this one they will accuse you of doing something that might have happened to cause this malfunction.

Horrible customer service at this store! I added another line to my service and was told by the sales rep there that there was a promotion going on where I would get a free phone and a free speaker if I added another line. I now find out that I have to pay the installment payments on these items for two billing cycles before its credited. What?? The sales rep was helpful at first and gave me his personal cell to contact him but when I still needed help he failed to respond. Also, there was a upgrade FEE for my new phone, which he failed to inform me about until the end. Since then (early September) I have been to the store twice and two other representatives have failed to listen to what I was telling them about what I was told about the promotions and made me seem like I didnt know what I was talking about...just for them to go check and find out I was right! Thats not customer service. I also needed a bill breakdown today and the rep was just throwing numbers at me instead of telling me what I was actually paying for. After me insisting my charges were incorrect, another rep called the customer service line and I ended up getting a huge credit applied to my account because I was overpaying this month, which it was the first sales reps fault! There are alot of other details and complaints I have but I will leave that for the customer relations letter that I will be writing ASAP. The workers here seem incompetent and tell you what things are or arent while dismissing what you (the customer) are saying is the actual issue! Just horrible...zero stars if I could.

This t mobile is the best. Chris is very professional and really values existing customers. Did a great job explaining my opinions and didnt over load me with information from opinions i wasnt interested in. Iv been here a few times and the other members of staff are great as well. Save yourself frustration and time, and make this your normal shop for your mobile hard wear

I went in on the 23rd of June. I got helped by Virginia, I wanted to see if I can afford adding a new line to my plan. After the transaction was done it was clearified I would be paying a certain amount each month. However I WAS MISINFORMED!! 😡 Two days later I called and wanted a break down of each phone payment I have on my plan, I spoke to the Manager that was in store at the time and had him explain the exact amount of what I would be paying and at the end it ended up being much higher than what she had told us. A whole different calculation which ofcourse made me upset because I had made the purchase already. Then I had to find out it wasn’t the amount she had said In the first place and also that even though I had the option of returning the phone in 14 days I would Still be getting ripped off because they stay with $50 and let me just say I ended up paying almost $100 just for adding a new line. Very upset with her service wouldn’t want her to attend me anymore . Please if your trying to make sales Virginia please inform correctly . Thank you and I’m sorry but I feel like people should know what you did.
